Abstract

Community service that focuses on optimising the potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in villages is a strategic step to improve the welfare and living standards of local communities. This activity begins with the identification of the potential and constraints faced by MSMEs in the area, followed by a comprehensive analysis that helps map out the most relevant interventions. This approach includes skills training, access to capital, and more effective and efficient marketing of products. The active involvement of local communities in MSME development increases the sense of ownership and responsibility for the sustainability of the programme. Collaboration with the government, educational institutions and the private sector is also crucial to provide holistic support. Various forms of concrete support, such as training, technical assistance, and development of marketing networks, are expected to bring positive impacts to small businesses in villages. In this digital era, the utilisation of information technology is key in expanding market reach and improving operational efficiency of rural MSMEs. The implementation of e-commerce and digital marketing allows MSMEs to access a wider market and market their products nationally and internationally. In addition, technology also provides easier access to important information and resources that can support business development. The success and sustainability of this strategy depends on regular evaluation and the ability to adapt the programme based on the results. Continuous programme adjustments ensure that the strategy remains relevant and effective in the face of changing conditions on the ground. Thus, optimising the potential of MSMEs in the village is expected to have a sustainable positive impact, not only for the business actors, but also for the village economy as a whole.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has transformed the learning process in the Society 5.0 era, but its impact on the social interaction of students in rural schools still needs more in-depth study. This study aims to analyse the dynamics of students' social interaction in the implementation of digital learning in class X of SMK Taruna Harapan 2, West Bandung Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation of 27 informants consisting of 20 students and 7 teachers. The results of the study show that the use of Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Canva increases the effectiveness of learning, participation, and student confidence in discussions. However, limited devices and internet networks are still obstacles that cause learning participation gaps. In addition, the dominance of digital communication tends to reduce the intensity of face-to-face interactions, thus affecting the emotional closeness between students. This study concludes that digitalisation makes a positive contribution to the quality of learning, but it needs to be supported by equitable access to technology, the application of blended learning models, and the strengthening of digital literacy and ethics so that digital transformation can improve the quality of learning while strengthening students' social interaction inclusively.

Abstract

Character refers to a set of moral values, attitudes, and behaviors that form an individual's personality and influence their actions across various situations. This study aims to analyze the contribution of physical education to character development in school students through a systematic literature review approach. The research followed the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) protocol, utilizing the Covidence platform to facilitate the screening and data extraction process. Articles were retrieved from Google Scholar and Crossref databases using Harzing’s Publish or Perish application. Out of 750 initial articles, 15 met the established inclusion and exclusion criteria and were selected for systematic analysis. Thematic synthesis was applied to identify key findings across the studies. The results reveal that physical education plays a significant role in shaping students’ holistic character. Structured physical activities within the physical education curriculum can foster core values such as responsibility, cooperation, independence, discipline, tolerance, honesty, and self-confidence. The findings conclude that physical education not only supports physical development but also serves as a strategic medium for character reinforcement. This study offers important implications for curriculum development and learning practices that integrate character education through physical activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah terhadap pemahaman masyarakat dalam bertransaksi di bank syariah, dengan studi kasus pada masyarakat Kecamatan Cikalongwetan, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan syariah masih menjadi tantangan dalam meningkatkan pemanfaatan layanan perbankan syariah di tingkat masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Variabel independen adalah literasi keuangan syariah, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah pemahaman masyarakat dalam bertransaksi di bank syariah. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, serta analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji t dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman masyarakat dalam bertransaksi di bank syariah, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 59,2%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap prinsip, produk, dan layanan perbankan syariah.
