Abstract

Terdapatnya atensi serta ditemui kasus berhubungan dengan kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli dalam upaya tingkatkan minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Tujuan riset yakni: Buat mengenali akibat dengan cara bersama-sama serta individual antara kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli kepada minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Jumlah ilustrasi didetetapkan dengan tata cara purposive sampling sebesar 100 orang pelanggan yang telah sempat berbelanja lebih dari sekali, berencana melaksanakan pembelian ulang serta berumur diatas 17 tahun keatas. Informasi dianalisis dengan memakai percobaan anggapan klasik, analisa regresi linier berganda, analisa pemastian, analisa percobaan F( F- test), serta analisa percobaan t( t- test). Hasil riset membuktikan terdapat akibat yang searah serta nyata dengan cara bersama-sama ataupun individual antara kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli pada minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar.Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Pengalaman Membeli dan Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract

As a tourist destination, Kisidan Eco Hill Retreat and Resto is full of natural concepts, and local wisdom of ancient Balinese tourism and ecotourism on which tourism village products depends. However, the low level of innovation in products and services that exist today indicates weak trust and declining loyalty. Loyalty is an issues of problems faced by business industry players and has become a conversation among national and international business actors. Researchers will explore how strong the influence of innovation in increasing loyalty through current customers trust as a reference in the future. The study used an SEM test tool model with stages of descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and evaluation of goodness of fit PLS model. This research shows that customers trust is capable to completely mediate innovation on loyalty. The direct results of innovation is that it does not have any significance effect on loyalty and on the contrary innovation is capable to build trust and significant trust builds loyalty. The implication of this research in the context of Eco Hill and Resto tourism business, customer trust holds a strong roles to stimulate the creation of sustainable customers loyalty if built from innovation. Although innovation is built innovatively without gaining strong trust from customers, it has not been capable to stimulate loyalty.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of a research gap and differences in focus regarding entrepreneurial orientation, capabilities, and entrepreneurial knowledge on the performance of SMEs. Additionally, this study aims to address the issue of declining performance among SMEs in the fashion sector in Denpasar City. The research was conducted on SMEs in the fashion sector in Denpasar City, with a total population of 7,896 SMEs. The sample size was calculated using Slovin's formula, resulting in a sample of 100 SMEs in the fashion sector. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were deemed valid and were subsequently analyzed using SPSS 25. The results indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, capabilities, and entrepreneurial knowledge each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Furthermore, these three variables collectively have a positive and significant impact on SME performance. The implications of this research suggest that enhancing entrepreneurial orientation can be achieved by focusing on innovation indicators. Capabilities can be improved by paying attention to distribution networks, and entrepreneurial knowledge can be enhanced by considering knowledge management indicators. Overall, the performance of SMEs can be increased by concentrating on their profit-generating capabilities. Abstract

Di Indonesia angka pengangguran sangat tinggi, ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia. Tingkat pengangguran tidak hanya disebabkan oleh kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan saja, tetapi kualitas SDM yang kurang mumpuni juga menjadi salah satu faktor meningkatnya angka pengangguran. Pemerintah harus memiliki upaya untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan upaya yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah didalam mengatasi masalah pengangguran di Indonesia. Dengan ditingkatkannya pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia masyarakat mampu mendapatkan kesempatan untuk bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar mampu mengetahui seberapa berpengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mutu SDM terhadap angka pengangguran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatory research. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh terhadap angka pengangguran, apabila pertumbuhan ekonomi meningkat, angka pengangguran akan berkurang, sedangkan mutu SDM tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap angka pengangguran

Abstract

The degradation of tourist satisfaction behavior and low service standards has lowered the awareness of the behavioral intention of tourists to revisit certain tourist attractions. This is a benchmark for tourism object service providers to increase the behavioral intention of tourists to visit again, especially in waterfall tourism. This study analyzes the role of visitor satisfaction as an impact on the service quality and the behavioral intentions of tourists who have returned to Bali's Yellow Waterfall tourism. Adopting a quantitative research design, the selection of respondents was referred to as purposive random sampling based on criteria, with 100 respondents. The analytical method involving SEM-PLS 4, including direct and indirect hypothesis tests, the study revealed that the level of visitor satisfaction is a significant predictor as a mediator of the relationship between destination service quality and return visit intention. Furthermore, research shows that the quality of service felt by visitors does not have a significant direct influence on the intention of tourists to revisit. This finding recommends that waterfall tourism service providers improve service quality standards and meet visitor expectations to strengthen the sustainability of the intention to revisit.

Abstract

Clean living behavior can be done by maintaining the sustainability of life can be done by reducing waste, saving energy, planting trees, and not littering. Waste sorting can be done by separating organic and inorganic waste into different trash bins. In addition, inorganic waste can also be separated again based on its type, such as plastic, paper, glass, and metal. Facilitates the process of collecting and processing waste for recycling. The Principles of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) recommend the use of waste sorting methods. The daily habits that we do to maintain personal and environmental cleanliness consist of this behavior. . Along with the emergence of various diseases that often attack children aged 6-12 years, PHBS in schools is a collection of behaviors carried out by students, teachers, and school residents based on learning so that they are able to independently prevent disease, improve their health. Implementation of better waste sorting practices can reduce the negative impact of waste on the environment, increase the efficiency of waste management, and provide long-term benefits for school residents. Schools are one of the places that have great potential to educate students about good waste management. SD Negeri 2 Kelusa has problems related to the lack of student knowledge about waste sorting and utilization, especially organic waste. Most students at SD Negeri 2 Kelusa still have limited understanding of the types of waste and how to process it. Most students do not realize and understand that organic waste can be reused, so they tend to throw it away with other waste.

Abstract

The determinant of the success of a business lies in its human resources, improving the quality of human resources is based on increasing discipline which will have an impact on the ease of achieving business goals. Supervision and job satisfaction can have an influence on workers' sense of discipline. The Bangli Regency Transportation Service will be the place for the study, using census techniques, 89 employees were determined to be used as the reference group. The study material that has been collected will be processed using a multiple regression model, the results found show both individually and simultaneously a direct and real influence on increasing the workers' sense of discipline.
