Abstract

Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor memiliki peranan penting dalam memberikan kontribusi pada pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang digunakan untuk pembiayaan dan menyelenggarakan pemerintahan, tetapi perlu adanya optimalisasi dari penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor. Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh  wajib pajak yang tidak melakukan daftar ulang kendaraan bermotor (KTMDU) terhadap pendapatan asli daerah pajak kendaraan bermotor (PKB) Kota Bandung II Kawaluyaan. jenis penelitian ini adalah  kuantitatif dimana peneliti menggunakan  metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Tidak Melakukan Daftar Ulang di Pusat Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandung II Kawaluyaan selama periode 2018-2022. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier sederhana, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh wajib pajak yang tidak melakukan daftar ulang kendaraan bermotor (KTMDU) terhadap pendapatan asli daerah pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kota Bandung. Adapun besarnya kontribusi wajib pajak yang tidak melakukan daftar ulang (KTMDU) terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah kendaraan bermotor sebesar 52,6%.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) knowing the opportunities for implementing independent campuses in 3T areas; and (2) knowing the challenges of implementing independent campuses in 3T areas. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data source used in this research is a library source. Researchers collected library sources to find out the opportunities and challenges of independent campuses in the 3T area. The data analysis technique used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results of this research show that; (1) Mapping opportunities for implementing MBKM on Teaching campuses in 3T areas shows opportunities for students to hone their skills before entering the world of work and opportunities for students to be able to develop and improve the quality of partner schools; and (2) the paradigm that occurs in practice shows that the implementation of the MBKM policy encounters various challenges, namely school facilities and infrastructure that do not meet standards such as difficulty in internet access and road access to schools in 3T areas, limited teacher competency, and students who take part in campus teaching programs. Most people who come to the 3T area come from outside the 3T area and are not familiar with the social and cultural conditions of the local area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence product quality and price have on purchasing decisions at Rizki Illahi Store, Caringin Market, Bandung. The population of this study were customers of Rizki Illahi Store Caringin Market Bandung. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS tools. Descriptive survey method is a research method that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. In this study data and information were collected from respondents using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, there is an effect of price on purchasing decisions, and there is an effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at Rizki Illahi Store Caringin Market Bandung. by 69.5%. This means that product quality and price can explain the variation in purchasing decisions at Rizki Illahi Store Caringin Market Bandung by 69.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on the quality of service at the West Bandung Regency Education Office. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques through library research, field research (observations, interviews, and questionnaires). The population in this study were all consumers (service recipients) at the West Bandung Regency Education Office, totaling 50 people. Determining the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling technique. 50 consumers (service recipients) were sampled as respondents at the West Bandung Regency Education Office. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with t-test and F-test. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of competence on service quality, there is an influence of organizational culture on service quality and there is an influence of competence and organizational culture together on service quality in the Office West Bandung Regency Education.
