Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah II Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah II Kota Tangerang Selatan yang berjumlah 80 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=20,125+0,530X1, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 28,9. Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 25,202 + 0,388X2  dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 19,6%. Secara simultan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan Y = 12,025 + 0,449X1 + 0,288X2. dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 62,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karir memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, instansi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas program pelatihan serta menyusun sistem pengembangan karir yang lebih terstruktur guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Indonesia's diverse geographic conditions demand the provision of appropriate transportation infrastructure. Its primary function is to ensure ease of access and optimize mobility for people and goods, using means such as airplanes, ships, buses, cars, motorcycles, and others. However, in practice, transportation accessibility still faces unique challenges, particularly for passengers with disabilities. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with a legislative approach through an analysis of regulations governing the rights of persons with disabilities, namely Law No. 8 of 2016 and Law No. 23 of 2007 concerning railways. The results of the study indicate that legally, the legal basis for guaranteeing accessibility rights is quite strong, but its implementation is still far from optimal. The implementation of applicable regulations is not fully aligned with the reality on the ground. These problems include the uneven distribution of disability-friendly facilities across all stations, the lack of training for railway personnel, and the absence of an effective oversight mechanism. Therefore, increased synergy between the government and relevant parties is needed to oversee the consistent implementation of regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi peer learning dalam memperkuat Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di LPQ AMM Yogyakarta, khususnya dalam konteks peningkatan kompetensi pendidik dan efektivitas siklus PPEPP (Penetapan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pengendalian, dan Peningkatan). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan informan yang meliputi pengelola lembaga, tim pelatih, tim supervisi, dan pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peer learning berperan signifikan dalam membangun budaya reflektif dan kolaboratif di antara pendidik melalui mekanisme observasi sejawat, forum refleksi, dan pelatihan internal. Implementasi peer learning terbukti membantu memperkuat pelaksanaan PPEPP, terutama pada aspek evaluasi dan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Namun, penelitian juga menemukan hambatan berupa keterbatasan waktu pendidik, variasi kompetensi guru, dan belum optimalnya dokumentasi mutu. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peer learning dapat menjadi model peningkatan mutu yang relevan dan kontekstual bagi lembaga pendidikan Al-Qur’an, karena mampu mengubah paradigma mutu dari administratif menjadi partisipatif serta mendorong terbentuknya budaya mutu yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The dynamics of the construction industry development require Vocational High School (SMK) graduates to have competencies relevant to the needs of the job market. This study aims to identify the level of competency needs in the industry, map the realization of teaching in schools, and analyze the suitability (gap) of work competencies of the Design of Building Modeling and Information (DPIB) graduates of SMK Negeri 1 Glagah. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population and sample involved 30 alumni working in the construction industry and 30 twelfth-grade DPIB students. The data collection instrument used a Guttman-scale questionnaire. The results showed that basic and conventional competencies have been realized very well in schools and are in accordance with industry needs. However, there is a significant discrepancy (undersupply) in the mastery of state-of-the-art technology. The largest negative gap occurred in the operation of Total Station (-50.0%), BIM Modeling Revit (-46.7%), and Digital Data Processing / Mapping Software (-36.6%). Conversely, there is a very high oversupply in the Manual Drawing competency (+66.7%). Based on hypothesis testing using Chi-Square, 15 competencies were declared a match, while 8 crucial competencies experienced significant gaps. In conclusion, there is a sharp competency disparity between the learning achievements in schools and the digital transition required by the current construction industry.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven transformation in academic supervision practices; however, its implementation in schools remains largely conventional, administrative, and not yet optimal in supporting teachers’ professional development. This study aims to analyze the transformation of academic supervision through the integration of digital technology based on empirical research findings over the past ten years. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, consisting of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages based on PRISMA guidelines. The findings indicate that the integration of digital technology in academic supervision contributes to four main aspects: improving the efficiency of supervision implementation, strengthening documentation and learning monitoring, enhancing teachers’ professional competence and digital literacy, and transforming supervision models into more flexible, collaborative, and adaptive approaches. Therefore, the integration of digital technology in academic supervision not only functions as a technical support tool but also serves as a strategic approach to improving the quality of learning and teachers’ professionalism in the digital era.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence donors' decisions in donating to the Muslim community in Yogyakarta City, This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique, then data collection was carried out through questionnaires by distributing Google Forms to a total of 200 respondents. Statistical tests use Smart-PLS software version 3.2.9 through outer model and inner model tests. The results of this research prove that service factors do not influence the decision to donate to zakat institutions in Yogyakarta City. The reputation factor does not influence the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Batam City. Meanwhile, the religiosity factor influences donors' decisions to donate to zakat institutions in Batam City. Apart from that, the service, reputation, promotion and religiosity factors are based on an R-Square value of 0.70, which means that it influences the donors' decision to donate to zakat institutions in Yogyakarta City by 70%, the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

The fear of death is a fundamental existential issue that has been widely discussed in psychology, philosophy, and religious studies. This dissertation explores the phenomenon of death anxiety from the perspective of Buddhism, which offers a unique approach to understanding and overcoming the fear of death. Using a qualitative methodology, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 108 students from Nalanda Institute who study textual analysis of Buddhist scriptures, including the Sutta Pitaka, Abhidhamma, and Visuddhimagga. The research findings indicate that the fear of death in Buddhism is primarily rooted in attachment (tanha) and ignorance (avijja), which lead to suffering (dukkha). However, through practices such as mindfulness (sati), insight meditation (vipassana), and the cultivation of wisdom (panna), individuals can gain a deeper understanding of impermanence (anicca), thereby reducing their anxiety about death. Additionally, Buddhist concepts such as death, karma, and their implications in overcoming the fear of death play a crucial role in shaping attitudes toward mortality. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of meditation practices, the application of the Noble Eightfold Path found in the Sutta Pitaka, as well as an understanding of the nature of the mind as explained in the Abhidhamma and the path of purification (Visuddhimagga). With consistent practice, one can attain a state of inner peace in facing death.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including telecommunications. PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Purwokerto is one of the companies engaged in telecommunications services, especially the sale of internet packages. Currently, the sales process still faces obstacles, such as lack of efficiency in transactions and limited information that can be accessed by customers. This study aims to design a website-based internet package sales information system that can make it easier for customers to purchase internet packages, while increasing the efficiency of the company's services. The methodology used in this study is the prototype system development method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, mockup design, and prototype testing. In addition, the data model and process flow are designed using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe the data structure and system workflow in detail. The results of the study show that the designed system is able to provide easy access to information for customers, simplify the internet package purchase transaction process, increase the company's operational efficiency, and provide fast and accurate transaction reports. In addition, this system can also improve service quality, sales turnover, and expand market reach. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada berbagai sektor, termasuk telekomunikasi. PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Purwokerto merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan telekomunikasi, khususnya penjualan paket internet. Saat ini, proses penjualan masih menghadapi kendala, seperti kurangnya efisiensi dalam transaksi dan keterbatasan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan paket internet berbasis website yang dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pembelian paket internet, sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan sistem prototype, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain mockup, serta pengujian prototype. Selain itu, model data dan alur proses dirancang menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan struktur data dan alur kerja sistem secara terperinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu memberikan kemudahan akses informasi bagi pelanggan, mempermudah proses transaksi pembelian paket internet, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, serta menyediakan laporan transaksi secara cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan, omzet penjualan, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.

Abstract

Heart disease is the leading cause of death worldwide and a chronic disease with significant risks. According to the 2022 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), heart disease cases in Indonesia reached more than 15 million. Many patients are unaware of the early symptoms of heart disease until serious complications such as heart attacks or heart failure develop. To facilitate early detection, a system capable of predicting heart disease risk quickly and accurately is needed. The aim of this research is to create an expert system that can identify heart disease using the Decision Tree (C4.5) classification summary and optimize parameters to achieve the highest level of accuracy. Several important C4.5 algorithm parameters, including criteria, maximum depth, and pruning, as well as the number of folds in Cross-Validation, were optimized. The Kaggle Heart Disease dataset, which has 500 entries and seven characteristics (including one unique attribute), served as the source dataset. Data preprocessing, model training, and accuracy measurements both before and after optimization are all steps in the research process. Comparing the accuracy figures obtained before and after optimization is how the evaluation is conducted. The research shows that the accuracy value was around 70.00% before optimization and increased to 78.00% after optimization.

Abstract

This study has an objective to examine the effect of green supply chain integration (GSCI) and total quality management (TQM) practices on company performance in manufacturing companies in Karawang Regency, West Java, Indonesia. This study estimates that GSCI and TQM each have a positive and significant impact on company performance. It applies a quantitative approach. The primary data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to operational managers of selected manufacturing companies, using sector- and scale-based sampling. The variables utilized include GSCI and TQM as independent variables and company performance as the dependent variable. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test validity, reliability, and causal relationships. The results indicated that GSCI (β = 0.550; t = 10.214) and TQM (β = 0.509; t = 9.100) significantly and positively affect company performance, with an R² of 0.739, indicating strong explanatory power. These findings suggest that integrating environmental practices into the supply chain and implementing continuous quality improvement can enhance operational and organizational outcomes. This study advocates that sustainability policies in industrial parks should prioritize operational integration and quality management. Future research could explore mediating variables and longitudinal designs to assess the long-term impact of sustainability.
