Abstract

Peranan teknlogi informasi pada saat ini sangatlah berpengaruh dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik terhadap individu maupun organisasi atau instansi pemerintah. Salah satu contoh pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi pada instansi pemerintahan adalah dengan menerapkan e-government. Saat ini pemerintah ini sudah mulai menggunakan e-government dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Dari pelayanan publik yang menggunakan cara manual menjadi cara e-government dapat dikembangkan oleh pemerintah menjadi konsep smart city. Kantor Desa Sumber Harum merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang menyediakan jasa pelayanan mengenai pendataan penduduk seperti data nomor kependudukan, surat keterangan kelahiran, anggota keluarga pada kartu keluarga, surat keterangan pendatang maupun surat keterangan pindah, surat keterangan kematian. Permasalahan utama kantor desa sumber harum saat ini adalah pendataan yang masih bersifat manual yang dimana masih menggunakan buku dan menyebabkan pertumpukan dokumen-dokumen yang bisa terjadi data hilang atau rusak. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu adanya peningkatan yaitu dengan menerapkan Aplikasi E-Government Pengolah Data Kependudukan Berbasis Web Pada Kantor Desa Sumber Harum yang dimana akan mempermudah pendataan dari pihak kantor desa sumber harum

Abstract

The challenge for intrusion detection system on internet of things networks (IDS-IoT) as a complex networks is the constant evolution of both large and small attack techniques and methods. The IoT network is growing very rapidly, resulting in very large and complex data. Complex data produces large data dimensions and is one of the problems of IDS in IoT networks. In this work, we propose a dimensional reduction method to improve the performance of IDS and find out the effect of the method on IDS-IoT using deep belief network (DBN). The proposed method for feature selection uses information gain (IG) and principle component analysis (PCA). The experiment of IDS-IoT with DBN successfully detects attacks on complex networks. The calculation of accuracy, precision, and recall, shows that the performance of the combination DBN with PCA is superior to DBN with information gain for Wi-Fi datasets. Meanwhile, the Xbee dataset with information gain is superior to using PCA. The final result of measuring the average value of accuracy, precision, and recall from each IDSDBN test for IoT is 99%. Other results also show that the proposed method has better performance than previous studies increasing by 4.12%.

Abstract

Perkembangan Internet di Indonesia cukup pesat, hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya pengguna jejaring sosial, khususnya Twitter. Untuk mengetahui pandangan masyarakat terhadap suatu pemerintahan dapat digunakan analisis sentimen menggunakan data Twitter. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap pemerintahan Jokowi dalam bidang kesejahteraan pada masa pandemi. Metode untuk mengklarifikasi sentimen pada twit menggunakan metode Lexicon. Pengklasifikasian Twitter menjadi tiga kelompok, positif, negatif dan netral. Secara umum hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar data Twitter diklasifikasikan sebagai netral. Sentimen netral menjadi yang tertinggi ditemukan sebesar 1.627 data dari total 4.000 total data twit, sementara sentimen positif menjadi yang kedua terbanyak sebesar 1.404 twit dengan skor sentimen tertinggi sebesar 40 dengan dan sentimen negatif sebanyak 969 twit dengan skor sentimen tertinggi sebesar -30.

Abstract

Trading in the modern era currently uses a buying and selling system, not directly face to face but only with one finger and in one place, not limited by space and time, which is commonly referred to as buying and selling online and online transactions in one container, namely the website and very there are many types of marketplaces as long as technology continues to develop and changes in the quality of technology continue, in this study the author wants to analyze the Facebook Marketplace with the Delone and McLean method, which has problems such as vulgar advertisements that can be accessed by minors, the sale of goods-prohibited items and there are still many users who violate the rules and conditions set by the Facebook Marketplace. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze these problems and also to find out which factors have the most influence on user satisfaction with the Facebook Marketplace. Based on the results of processing questionnaire data from the people of Jambi City, it was found that 4 of the 9 hypotheses that had a positive and significant effect were service quality to users, use to user satisfaction, use to net benefits and user satisfaction to net benefits.

Abstract

Hotspots are an indicator of forest and land fire disasters that occur every year in Indonesia, especially Sumatra and Kalimantan, which have peatlands. Jambi Province, one of the provinces in Sumatra that has peatlands, experienced land and forest fires. The problem faced today is that there is no information system that can display information data on the distribution of hot spots in Jambi Province in real time. The purpose of this research is to analyze problems and design a geographic information system for the distribution of web-based hot spots. The research method uses a prototype model and a unified model language system model using usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype design for geographical information on the distribution of web-based hot spots that can be implemented later as a solution to existing problems

Abstract

At the Toko Kacamata Idri, currently users who want to buy glasses can try the product directly and use it physically at the shop or glasses users who are far outside the city can order via Instagram or Whatsapp. However, ordering online makes glasses users unable to see and try the shape of the glasses ordered directly due to the distance constraint. This study aims to develop virtual eyeglass frames based on Augmented Reality with the Face Tracker Decoration method and the Augmented Reality Random method which are able to provide views and recommendations for glasses based on face shape by adapting the morphology of facial indexes as determining the type of face at the Toko Kacamata Idri. This design is done using the Meta Spark Studio application. The design results are in the form of effects that can be used in the Instagram application. There are three designs in this study, effect designs to identify face types, effects designs to display glasses recommendations and designs to display eyewear products.

Abstract

Universitas Terbuka (UT) utilizes E-Learning to support its learning services commonly referred to as tutorials. In supporting the implementation of this tutorial, UT created a web-based application called LMS (Learning Management System) application. This application is a companion for tutorial activities. When monitoring tutorials, there are still many students who say that they have not fully used this application. Until now, there has never been research and evaluation and analysis of the perception of acceptance of LMS applications, especially for Pendas program students. This research aims to analyze what factors influence the level of acceptance and use of E-Learning. This research model uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square method on Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by using SmartPLS software as the research model. The number of respondents was 290 students, consisting of students majoring in PGSD and PGPAUD at UPBJJ-UT Jambi. The results of this study showed six of the seven hypotheses showed positive and significant results and only one hypothesis was rejected or insignificant. This shows that the LMS application has a positive and significant influence in helping students in tutorial activities.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information system that utilizes geographic data to map, analyze, and manage information in a geographic context. PT. GEA Lestari, a coal mining company, still uses conventional processes in recording and mapping mining locations that are prone to data loss and errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based GIS using Quantum GIS (QGIS) for the coal mining location at PT. GEA Lestari. The goal of this study is to reduce data loss, improve mining location accuracy, provide better spatial analysis, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to the company's management. The Scrum method is used in software development, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used in system design. The resulting system is expected to be more effective and efficient in managing the company's geospatial data and improving decision-making. The GIS is implemented using web mapping technology with the Leaflet framework and PHP programming language.

Abstract

 The internet of things generates various types of data traffic with a very large amount of data traffic which has an impact on security issues, one of which is an attack on the Internet of Things network. In the IoT data traffic flow, which contains various data, it turns out that the portion of attack data traffic is usually smaller than normal traffic. Therefore, the attack detection method must be able to recognize the type of attack on a very large data traffic flow and unbalanced data. High data dimensions and unbalanced data are one of the challenges in detecting attacks. To overcome the large data dimensions, Chi-square was chosen as a feature selection technique. In this study, the ensemble method is proposed to improve the ability to detect anomalies in unbalanced data. To produce an ideal detection method, a combination of several classification algorithms such as Bayes Network, Naive Bayes, REPtree and J48 is used. The CICIDS-2017 dataset is used as experimental data because it has a high data dimension which contains unbalanced data. The test results show that the proposed Ensemble method can improve the performance of anomaly detection for high-dimensional data containing unbalanced data

Abstract

Selain digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran positif oleh siswa, internet juga mampu memberikan dampak negatif yang besar jika tidak digunakan secara bijak seperti pornografi, penistaan, penipuan, perjudian, kecanduan game online, pelecehan secara online, pencemaran nama baik, isu SARA, berita bohong (hoaks) serta perundungan dunia maya (Cyberbullying). Oleh karena itu wawasan etika berinternet sehat (cyber ethics) seyogyanya disampaikan sedini mungkin kepada siswa agar dapat memanfaatkan internet dengan sehat dan aman serta bijak dapat mengoptimalkan dampak positif dalam berinternet dan meminimalisir efek negatif dalam berinternet bagi kalangan remaja. SMK Negeri 2 Kota Jambi adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang berada di Jl. Kopral Ramli, Pasir Putih, Kec. Jambi Sel., Kota Jambi, 36135. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pihak sekolah yaitu belum disosialisasikannya Internet Sehat dan etika dalam berinternet dikalangan siswa/i sehingga di khawatirkan memberikan dampak yang kurang baik terhadap minat dan konsentrasi belajar oleh karenanya diperlukan penyuluhan agar para siswa/i tersebut dapat menggunakan internet secara sehat dan beretika untuk kegiatan positif guna membantu pengembangan prestasi dan kreatifitas siswa/i SMK Negeri 2 Kota Jambi
