Abstract

Compared to traditional methods, the Internet as a means of communication offers several advantages such as constant availability of information, efficient transfer of information and interactivity. In the context of the culinary business, the contribution of customers who want to spread positive information about restaurants is certainly very large. According to the literature, it was also conveyed that consumers believed in previous consumer experiences more than the advertisements delivered by the company. This study wants to examine the role of positive experience variables, perceived quality and trust in the eWOM behavior of restaurant customers in Labuhanbatu. The study used a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to respondents. Respondents in this study were restaurant customers in Labuhanbatu who had carried out eWOM activities to the people around them. This study uses the SEM analysis method with the help of SMART PLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that all predictive variables analyzed have a positive and significant influence on positive eWOM behavior in the context of a restaurant in Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

Product quality is a very important element in marketing, especially in the aim of generating positive word-of-mouth communication. The number of businesses in the culinary field has resulted in rampant competition, entrepreneurs in the culinary field compete with each other to benefit both local and foreign entrepreneurs because at this time many culinary businesses in Indonesia are owned and run by foreigners. Circumstances like the above are a challenge for local culinary entrepreneurs so they don't lose competitiveness and lose consumers, therefore local entrepreneurs must make new innovations so they don't lose consumers. This research on the effect of product quality on word-of-mouth was conducted to determine whether the quality of products sold at Kedai Wak Edoy Malang can directly move word-of-mouth and whether product quality has an effect on making consumers recommend each other to buy at Kedai Wak Edoy Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire/questionnaire technique, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with t test and f test. The case study in this research is that Kedai Wak Edoy Malang can directly move word-of-mouth and whether product quality has an effect. In addition, data collection was carried out on consumers of Kedai Wak Edoy Malang. Where for the taste variable has a t count (4.416) > t table (1.987) and a significant value (0.000) < 0.05. for the Hygienic Product variable has a t count (2.406) > t table (1.987) and a significant value (0.018) < 0.05. for Variation Product variable has t count (2.198) > t table (1.987) and significant value (0.031) < 0.05. for the size variable, it has t count (2.413) > t table (1.987) and significant value (0.018) < 0.05. for the variable Size has t count (2.247) > t table (1.987) and significant value (0.027) < 0.05. The results of the t test also show that the most dominant variable influencing the emergence of positive WOM communication is the taste variable with a regression coefficient (beta) of 0.376.

Abstract

The financial services industry is witnessing massive structural changes due to various technological innovations. The ubiquitous innovation known as Financial Technology (Fintech) is changing traditional banking and corporate finance. The use of Fintech has now become widespread and has changed people's financial patterns. Fintech provides various conveniences in various activities related to payments, money transfers, and even the management of savings itself, even the use of Fintech currently plays a significant role in the progress of small and medium enterprises. In various big cities in Indonesia, small community-owned businesses are familiar with using Fintech as payment. However, based on the observations of researchers, it is known that in Labuhanbatu, the use of Fintech is still infrequent. Therefore, this study aims to analyses the factors which affect the intention to use Fintech in Labuhanbatu. This study uses a quantitative approach and data analysis using the Smart PLS3 software. The sample in this study was students in Labuhanbatu. This study uses the PLS technique which is a variance-based SEM which is suitable for this study due to the sample size and complexity of the hypothesis. From the study's results, it was found that all predictive variables had a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech by Labuhanbatu students.

Abstract

Pada Maret 2020, seperti halnya perguruan tinggi di seluruh dunia, perguruan tinggi di Indonesia kewalahan menghadapi dampak masif dari pandemi COVID-19 yang berdampak pada sektor vital (misalnya, sektor pendidikan dan ekonomi). Akibatnya, perguruan tinggi di Indonesia memilih untuk mengadopsi sistem pembelajaran online untuk melanjutkan proses pendidikan. Yang menjadi masalah adalah penerapan sistem pembelajaran online terjadi secara tiba-tiba. Akibatnya mendapat reaksi beragam baik dari dosen maupun mahasiswa. Beberapa mahasiswa tidak yakin akan manfaatnya atau tidak memenuhi syarat untuk mengatasi penerapan sistem pembelajaran online. Oleh karena itu, proses pembelajaran mengalami hambatan seperti hambatan dalam kemampuan mereka untuk menggunakan dan mengadopsi sistem pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem pembelajaran online oleh mahasiswa di Indonesia Penerapan teknologi yang sukses akan memberikan peluang bagi universitas contohnya bisa mengadakan kelas campuran daring dan luring, system penyampaian materi melalui media social sehingga mahasiswa dapat belajar sebelum masuk ke ruang kelas dan sebagainya.  Metode analisis yang digunakan disesuaikan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yang ada, penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan paradigma positivistik yang mengutamakan kausalitas antar variabel (Neuman, 2014). Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian eksplanatori yang dapat menjelaskan buntuk menguji suatu teori untuk memperkuat atau menolak hipotesis penelitian. Dengan demikian, explanatory sangat tepat untuk penelitian ini sesuai tujuan penelitian, data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online melalui aplikasi Google form. Untuk menguji kerangka konseptual dan hipotesis yang dikembangkan, peneliti menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi bagi literatur ilmiah di bidang pendidikan terutama literatur terkait adopsi penggunaan teknologi di negara berkembang. Secara praktis penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada universitas tentang factor-faktor dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan adopsi teknologi dalam system pembelajaran.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has stunning natural beauty, as evidenced by its famous tourist destinations and even become a destination for foreign tourists such as Bali, Lombok, Labuan Bajo, Lake Toba and others. With so many nature-based tourist destinations, of course it is an opportunity to be able to increase local and foreign tourist visits. In order to increase tourist intention to visit, it is necessary to know the driving factors for the emergence of tourist intention to visit. This study aims to examine the factors driving the intention to visit adventure tourists in Indonesia. Intrinsic motivation, destination image and attitude are used as predictors in this study which are then tested for their effect on the intention to visit adventure tourists in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to 150 respondents, the questionnaire was distributed via the Google form link to make it easier to reach many respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-PLS. The test results show that intrinsic motivation, destination image, attitudes, subjective norms have a positive and significant influence on the intention to visit adventure tourists in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, aksesibilitas dan lokasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Rantauprapat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 96 nasabah PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Rantauprapat khususnya yang membeli produk logam mulia emas. Hasil dari uji validitas menunjukan bahwa setiap komponen variabel memiliki nilai > 0,7 yang menunjukkan data tersebut merupakan hasil yang valid. Dan untuk uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa citra merek di dapat nilai sebesar 0,831, aksesibilitas di dapat nilai sebesar 0,882, Lokasi diapat nilai sebesar 0,867 dan persaiangan bisnis dapat nilai sebesar 0,773. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Rantauprapat. Sedangkan aksesibilitas dan lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

At the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency, this study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction factors, organizational environment, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance. Research on internal issues that have the potential to affect employee performance is very important to improve the efficiency of regional financial and asset management. This study was conducted involving 38 employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency. For the purposes of this study, data were collected by distributing questionnaires to BPKAD employees working in Labuhanbatu Regency. Survey techniques and quantitative methodologies were used. A data analysis approach known as multiple linear regression was used to ensure that several variables had simultaneous and partial influences on each other. Employee performance was significantly and positively influenced by job satisfaction factors, organizational climate, leadership style, and work motivation, according to the results of the study. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs, who work in an organizational environment that supports their work, who are led by successful superiors, and who have a high drive to complete their tasks tend to show greater optimal performance. In addition, it has been proven that these four factors simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap beragam aspek mutu layanan di Kafe SG Bilah Hulu, yang meliputi sikap ramah dari staf, kecepatan pelayanan, kebersihan area, kenyamanan sarana, serta keselarasan antara biaya dan kualitas layanan. Sebanyak 88 partisipan dijadikan sebagai sampel yang dipilih dari populasi berjumlah 700 orang dengan menggunakan perhitungan Slovin (10%). Informasi dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis memakai perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 26 dengan menggunakan beberapa metode analisis, seperti uji alat ukur penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan yang signifikan antara tiap-tiap dimensi mutu pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, yang dibuktikan melalui nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,887. Hal ini menandakan bahwa mutu layanan berperan kuat dan bermakna dalam membentuk tingkat kepuasan konsumen secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Warisan budaya Melayu, khususnya tenun songket, terancam punah akibat minimnya perhatian publik, modernisasi, dan rendahnya regenerasi perajin muda. Padahal, songket memiliki nilai estetika, simbolik, dan ekonomi yang tinggi serta mencerminkan identitas budaya Melayu. Kabupaten Labuhanbatu memiliki potensi besar dalam pelestarian budaya ini, namun para perajinnya, seperti Usaha Tenun Songket Srikandi, menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan dalam SDM dan akses pelatihan. Sebagai respon, perguruan tinggi melalui program pengabdian masyarakat merancang pelatihan keterampilan dasar menenun songket, khususnya bagi perempuan dan pemuda. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya fokus pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai budaya dan strategi pemasaran digital. Program ini diharapkan mencetak penenun baru, membangun komunitas tenun berbasis masyarakat, dan menjadi bagian dari penguatan ekonomi kreatif lokal yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini sangat mendesak karena bertujuan menyelamatkan budaya lokal dari kepunahan serta membuka peluang ekonomi baru bagi masyarakat. Tanpa intervensi, akan terjadi kehilangan pengetahuan tradisional dan melemahnya identitas budaya Melayu. Pelatihan ini juga mendukung pemberdayaan perempuan, pengentasan kemiskinan, dan tujuan SDGs, sekaligus menjawab tantangan globalisasi dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis solusi nyata.

Abstract

Keunggulan bersaing merupakan satu hal yang harus diwujudkan,artinya perusahaan harus mampu menciptakan sebuah pola atau strategi dalam tujuan mencapai karakteristik perusahaan. dimana nantinya akan berdampak pada perusahaan. sumber daya menjadi pilar penting yang harus di rawat untuk bertumbuh dan berkembang . seorang pimpinan mempunyai tanggung jawab besar terhadap perusahaan untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan perusahaan. dimana di tengah-tengah itu harus mengintegrasikan bagaimana sumber daya harus selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan.Teori Resource based- View Merupakan sebuah teori yang menjelskan tentang sebuah perusahaan yang dapat mencapai sebuah keunggulan bersaing dengan mengandalkan sumber daya sehingga bisa mengarahkan perusahaan untuk berkelanjtan secara terus menerus.
