Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Besar Industri Hasil Perkebunan Makassar dan variable yang memberikan pengaruh dominan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ana-lisis deskriptif untuk mendeskriptifkan atau memberikan gambaran tentang objek yang diteliti dan Analisa Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan faktor kompetensi antara lain : pengetahuan, ket-erampilan, pengalaman kerja dan motivasi perpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara Tingkat pengetahuan terbukti berpengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Industri hasil Perkebunan Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh perilaku keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM, pengaruh self-efficacy financial terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM dan secara simultan pengaruh perilaku keuangan dan financial self-efficacy keuangan. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 75 pelaku UKM sektor Fashion dan Kuliner di Kabupaten Gowa menggunakan analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial perilaku keuangan dan keterampilan berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM, financial self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan kinerja UKM sedangkan secara bersama-sama variabel eksogen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM sektor kuliner dan fashion Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wasto identify and analyze the role of product image to inform product quality and purchasing decisions for aqua 600ml mineral water in Sukabumi District. The survey wan conducted amon 97 respondents using purposive sampling technique based on the following criteria:1) consumers who purchased at least on aqua 600ml product and 2) product choice. Customers must be at least 17 years old andold enough tocompletethe survey. The questionnaire was tested with validity, realibilty andclassical acceptance tests.the analitysis method used in this research is descritivemethod and validation through quantitative method. Data analysis techniques were carriedout by path analysis and sobeltest using SPSS for windows.thus, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, price has a positive and significant effet on brand image, product quality has no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image can influence price in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In Bojong Koneng Village, District. Babakan Madang, Djuanda University Bogor held outreach to MSME players. MSMEs in Bojong Koneng Village often experience the same problems: financial management, promotional tools and digital marketing. Therefore, training is needed in financial management and digital marketing as well as training to expand the product market with banners. By implementing and developing digital marketing, Bojong Koneng Village MSMEs will benefit. It is hoped that Bojong Koneng Village MSMEs will understand and apply the results of this training, especially regarding financial management, which will teach them accounting process skills. They will also be able to apply digital marketing practices in their daily business, so they can develop their business and increase income.

Abstract

This research delves into the study of innovation dynamics in the context of education and the local economy in Pasir Jambu Village, Sukaraja, Bogor. The study focuses on two main aspects: creative learning and the empowerment of small businesses in the rural community. Through a careful qualitative approach, we explore the role of innovation in stimulating local economic growth and improving the quality of education. The research findings indicate that creative learning in the schools of Pasir Jambu Village has had a positive impact on students' critical and creative thinking abilities. Teachers implementing innovative teaching methods have helped unleash students' potential in various academic and non-academic aspects. On the other hand, the empowerment of small businesses through various innovative initiatives has enhanced the productivity and competitiveness of small business owners in this village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine employee responses and analyze the direct and indirect influence of competence and workload on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at PT. Sun Star Prima Motor Tajur Bogor. This research uses path analysis data analysis techniques. Data testing used the SPSS version 22 program. The research results showed that employee responses to performance and competence were in the very good category, as well as employee responses to workload and work discipline were in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing prove that competence and workload directly have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Competence does not directly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload and work discipline directly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competency and workload indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior. All respondents who were sampled in this study were young entrepreneurs who started a business from the beginning as many as 85 respondents, taking samples using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data is processed using Warp-Pls 7.0 based on multiple regression. Financial self-efficacy and financial knowledge have a positive and significant contribution to financial management Behavior for young entrepreneurs. The results of this study have managerial implications that the government's attention is essential in providing facilities and infrastructure, favorable regulations for SMEs by creating an excellent entrepreneurial climate and facilitating the adoption of information technology so that SMEs can be technology literate. In addition, the relevant government, in this case for SME entrepreneurs' existence helps the government to succeed in development, especially in the economic field, and reduce unemployment. Based on our study states financial self-efficacy and financial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior for young entrepreneurs. Both, play a vital role in helping to build confidence in financial planning and management knowledge, understanding, and being able to overcome all business risks to achieve the expected success.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence, indirect influence, and influence of total store atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest. as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers of ART.I Coffee and Space Bogor. The number of samples used was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive and associative methods, path analysis using the IBM SPSS version 25.00 program. The research results show that store atmosphere and price have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, store atmosphere and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest has an influence on purchasing decisions, buying interest is able to mediate store atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas, lokasi dan layanan prima memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Menganalisis hubungan antar variabel seperti pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, layanan prima terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan bagaimana ketiga variabel (fasilitas, lokasi dan layanan prima) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Patisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menginap di the Garden Hotel Syariah berjumlah 166 orang. Sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of error sebesar 5%, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 117 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner tertutup, dimana setiap responden meberikan jawaban dari pertanyaan sesuai dengan pilihan yang telah disediakan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel independent dan dependent dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kepuasan pelanggan adalah gambaran nilai atau perasaan konsumen setelah menerima jasa layanan hotel Syariah, meliputi kualitas layanan, kebutuhan terpenuhi, reputasi yang baik, rekomendasi dan loyalitas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara langsung sebesar 0.288, sedangkan saat melalui service excellent pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0.327. Pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara langsung sebesar 0.304, sedangkan melalui service excellent pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0.327. Hasil analisis jalur ini menunjukkan nilai yang cukup besar, artinya variabel fasilitas dan lokasi dapat menggambarkan kepuasan pelanggan lebih dari 30%. Abstract

The financial performance of a company is the prospect or future, the potential growth and development for the company. The economic situation can change, this affects the activities and performance of companies, both small and large companies. One of the company's responsibilities is to produce good performance to avoid financial distress. This research aims to find out whether there are differences in predictions between the Altman, Springate, Zmijewski and Grover models as predictions of financial distress and to find out whether the Springate model is the most accurate prediction of financial distress. This research is quantitative research. The data source is secondary data from infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Sampling used a nonprobability method with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 44 companies. The data analysis technique uses the Kruskal-Wallis H Test with the SPSS 25 program and the Accuracy Level Test. The results of the research reveal that there are significant differences between the Altman, Springate, Zmijewski and Grover calculation models for predicting financial distress and Springate is the most accurate financial distress prediction model in predicting financial distress with an accuracy level of 73%.
