Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of service quality and price both simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at the Honda AHASS 07723 Tajur workshop. The total sample of all consumers is 100 people. The questionnaire was tested with validity tests, reliability tests, and also classic assumption tests. The results of these tests are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the variables of service quality and price both simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Honda Workshop AHASS 07723 Tajur. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R Square) are 47.8% while the remaining is 52.2%. The relationship between service quality and price is very strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.691.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of price perceptions and promotions simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions of Rockland Screen Printing Convection T-Shirts. Questionnaires were distributed to 60 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the following criteria; 1) consumers have purchased Rockland Screen Printing products at least 2 times, 2) consumers are at least 17 years old. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analytical method uses descriptive and verification methods through multiple correlation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the perceived price and promotion variabels simultaneously or partially had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of the Rockland Screen Printing Convection T-Shirt.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence, indirect influence, and influence of total store atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest. as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers of ART.I Coffee and Space Bogor. The number of samples used was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive and associative methods, path analysis using the IBM SPSS version 25.00 program. The research results show that store atmosphere and price have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, store atmosphere and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest has an influence on purchasing decisions, buying interest is able to mediate store atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and identify product quality and promotion either simultaneously or partially on the decision to purchase T-Shirt Distro Reject Official Store Sukabumi. Sampling amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The questionnaire was tested with validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results of these tests are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the variables of product quality and promotion either simultaneously or partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for T-Shirt Distro Reject Official Store Sukabumi. The result of testing the coefficient of determination R (square) is 55.1%, while the rest is 49.9%. The relationship between product quality and promotion is strong in the same direction as the correlation coefficient of 0.743.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how work discipline, work motivation, workload, and productivity are interrelated, laying groundwork for future studies. Multiple linear regression analysis is the chosen method, with a sample size of 100 individuals. Results show that work discipline, motivation, and workload collectively influence employee productivity, highlighting their importance in enhancing performance.

Abstract

Industrial machine repair services is one of the service industries where new company actors have emerged and innovated as a result of the growth of the service sector. One strategy to outperform the competition is to prioritize customer satisfaction. A few important factors that affect customer satisfaction are price and the quality of the services rendered. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how pricing and service quality at PT. Karya Utama Wijaya Sakti relate to each other in terms of customer satisfaction. The sample size is one hundred clients, and multiple linear regression analysis is the method employed. The study's findings show that, albeit slightly concurrently, both the pricing and the quality of services at PT. Karya Utama Wijaya Sakti have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine customer satisfaction through service quality at PDAM Tirta Jaya Mandiri, Bogor Regency. The sample in the study amounted to 100. The technique used was purposive sampling, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Through testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions and linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS. The results obtained show that service quality has a positive and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. The test results for the coefficient of determination R (square) were 40%, while the remainder was 34%. The relationship between service quality and consumer satisfaction results in a correlation coefficient of 0.584.

Sampling amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. The questionnaire was tested with validity test, reliability test, and also classical assumption test. The results of these tests are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the variables of service quality and corporate image either simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the PT. Sun Star Prima Motor Bogor. The result of testing the coefficient of determination R (square) is 45.3%, while the rest is 54.7%. The relationship between service quality and corporate image is strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.682.

Abstract

This research explores the entrepreneurial behavior characteristics of MSMEs in Nagrak Village, Bogor, aiming to provide empirical insights that guide MSME actors in enhancing their business success. Employing a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires from 27 MSME entrepreneurs. Results indicate that MSMEs in Nagrak exhibit generally strong entrepreneurial behavior, with respondents showing high levels of entrepreneurial knowledge, positive mental attitudes towards entrepreneurship, and proficient entrepreneurial skills. These findings underscore the importance of nurturing knowledge, attitude, and skills in entrepreneurship to foster successful MSME businesses. The study offers valuable input for MSME entrepreneurs in Nagrak, suggesting areas of focus to further improve their entrepreneurial endeavors and achieve business success.
