Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of culinary quality and café atmosphere on repurchase intention, directly and indirectly through consumer satisfaction. The population used is all consumers who have made purchases at the Makan Minum Khu Mijen Semarang cafe, with a sample size of 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The data source used is primary data, with a data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and the Sobel test. The results of the hypothesis test obtained that culinary quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and café atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Culinary quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, café atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of the Sobel test show that consumer satisfaction can mediate the effect of culinary quality and café atmosphere on repurchase intention. The conclusion states that culinary quality and café atmosphere positively affect consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Managers should involve the variable of culinary quality in the promotion on social media marketing.

Abstract

Several previous studies on the influence of job stress and job satisfaction on performance is still inconsistent This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on driver performance. The sample in this study was 96 Grab motorbike drivers in the Semarang. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that job stress has a negative effect on driver performance, while job satisfaction has a positive impact on driver performance. The conclusion states that the higher the job stress the driver feels, the significantly lower his performance. Furthermore, the higher the driver's job satisfaction level, the more his performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of location of business and product diversity on purchasing intention. The population was all customers of the Lokapita Semarang Knitting Business Group. The research sample was set at 100 people. The determination of sample members used the Purposive Sampling technique, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regressions. The results showed that location and product diversity can explain consumer purchasing interest. The further finding showed that location and product diversity had a positive effect on purchasing intention statistically acceptable. The managerial implication of the study is a better product and business location should be developed so that consumers will view buying products at the corporate.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the people of Mangunsari Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City through purple sweet potato-based donut innovation. The main problem is the low added value of purple sweet potatoes, which are only sold raw, and limited knowledge of processed product diversification. The implementation method included training in donut making, packaging, branding, and marketing management for 25 participants. Results showed a significant increase in participant knowledge from 38% to 87%, with 92% of participants able to produce high-quality donuts. The optimal formulation using a 37.5% substitution of purple sweet potato puree resulted in an organoleptic acceptance level of 84-88%. Value-added analysis showed a 1,025% increase in economic value with a profit margin of 260%. The "Sate Donat Mini 17" business group was formed, with 48% of participants actively producing, generating additional income of IDR 1.8-3.5 million per month. The program has had a positive impact on community economic empowerment and increasing the added value of local commodities. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and workload on employee morale. The population comprises all employees of Tokopedia Pedurungan Semarang, divided into three divisions: seller, buying, and digital, with a sample of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. The data source is primary data, collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis tests show that both the work environment and the workload have a statistically significant positive effect on employee morale, indicating that improvements in these factors are associated with higher morale. The coefficient of determination is 0.534, indicating that the work environment and workload account for 53.4 percent of the variance in work morale. This study concluded that both the work environment and workload contribute positively to employees' morale. Further research is warranted, particularly regarding other factors influencing work morale.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT               The success of entrepreneurship is influenced by many aspects, especially aspects of personality and humanial capital, which in this study manifested in the variable need for achievement, locus of control, knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial experience.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of need for achievement, locus of control, knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial experience to the success of young entrepreneurs.               Respondents are young entrepreneurs in Semarang some 100 people, selected by purposive sampling. Analysis of data using test validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), Test kindness model (the F test and the coefficient of determination) and hypothesis test (t test).               The results showed that the need for achievement, locus of control, knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial experience positive and significant impact on the success of young entrepreneurs. Keywords: personality aspects, capital  humanial, successful young entrepreneurs

Abstract

Abstraksi Penelitian ini mengevaluasi bagaimana pengalaman pelanggan serta faktor kepercayaan memengaruhi loyalitas mahasiswa di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang saat menggunakan aplikasi Gojek. Dengan desain survei kuantitatif dan instrumen skala Likert, data diolah menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Temuan riset mengonfirmasi bahwa interaksi layanan yang berkualitas dan kepercayaan terhadap sistem keamanan serta reliabilitas aplikasi menjadi pendorong utama komitmen penggunaan jangka panjang di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini melalui paradigma kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data dari responden terpilih melalui kuesioner. Analisis regresi berganda kemudian diterapkan untuk membedah pola hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pengalaman pelanggan berkontribusi secara positif terhadap pembentukan loyalitas. Selain itu, tingkat kepercayaan pengguna terhadap keamanan, konsistensi, dan keandalan layanan juga memperkuat komitmen penggunaan secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa interaksi layanan yang konsisten dan persepsi keandalan sistem menjadi determinan utama dalam mempertahankan loyalitas mahasiswa di tengah persaingan industri transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi peningkatan kualitas pengalaman layanan dan penguatan kepercayaan pengguna sebagai upaya membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, product variety, and café atmosphere on consumer repurchase intention at Hero Coffee Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with purposive sampling. The respondents consisted of Hero Coffee consumers who had made at least two purchases within the last three months and followed the café’s official social media accounts. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings indicate that social media marketing, product variety, and café atmosphere each have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention. Simultaneously, the three variables also significantly influence repurchase intention, suggesting that digital engagement, diverse menu offerings, and a comfortable café environment are key drivers of customer loyalty. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of consumer behavior models in the coffee industry, particularly in understanding factors influencing repeat purchases. Practically, the findings provide strategic insights for Hero Coffee Indonesia’s management in designing more effective marketing initiatives, optimizing product offerings, and enhancing the café atmosphere to strengthen customer retention and increase repurchase intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance dan job stress terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. PLN Icon Plus Strategic Business Unit Regional Jawa Bagian Tengah. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya angka turnover karyawan dari 5 orang pada tahun 2022 menjadi 39 orang pada tahun 2024. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Job Demands-Resources (JD-R). Populasi penelitian berjumlah 161 karyawan dengan sampel 115 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (β = −0,615; sig. = 0,000), sedangkan job stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (β = 0,473; sig. = 0,000). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F = 68,176 dan Adjusted R² = 0,541 (54,9%). Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan work life balance dan pengelolaan job stress sebagai strategi retensi karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Marketing Good Governance (MGG) terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan dan pengembangan karier karyawan, dengan pelatihan sebagai variabel mediasi. MGG dipng sebagai pilar strategis yang mengintegrasikan etika pemasaran dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini melibatkan 150 responden dari industri FMCG, jasa keuangan, dan teknologi informasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa MGG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap program pelatihan (β=0.645) dan pengembangan karier (β=0.324), serta pelatihan memediasi hubungan tersebut secara kuat (β=0.334). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tata kelola pemasaran yang transparan, akuntabel, dan adil tidak hanya meningkatkan reputasi eksternal perusahaan, tetapi juga memperkuat kompetensi internal dan kejelasan jalur karier karyawan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi disiplin pemasaran strategis dan manajemen SDM, yang menempatkan pelatihan sebagai jembatan antara tata kelola dan keberlanjutan karier. Implikasi praktisnya, perusahaan perlu menyinergikan kebijakan HR dan marketing berbasis tata kelola untuk menciptakan budaya kerja etis, meritokratis, dan berkelanjutan.
