Abstract

Artikel ini memuat gambaran lengkap tentang nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam olahraga tradisional bola leungeun seuneu di Pondok Pesantren Dzikir Al Fath Kota Sukabumi. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini meliputi nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pengertian, bentuk, dan kegiatan dalam olahraga tradisional bola leungeun seuneu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan studi lapangan berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diperoleh fakta bahwa dalam olah raga tradisional bola leungeun seuneu terdapat nilai-nilai karakter yang dapat berguna untuk membentuk karakter dan moral individu.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah bidang pengabdian terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, bangsa, dan negara untu membentuk manusia Indonesia seutuhnya yang berjiwa pancasila. Permasalahan terbesar bangsa Indonesia saat ini adalah di masa pandemi covid-19 di tengah-tengah masyarakat, sebagai akibat dari terjadinya perubahan lingkungan global yang melanda hampir seluruh bangsa di Dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring di SDN Cikundul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dan wawancara. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi yaitu melalui pengecekan terhadap informasi hasil wawancara dengan dokumentasi dan observasi agar hasil penelitian dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring di SDN Cikundul dilaksanakan melalui: (1) persiapan sebelum belajar secara daring, (2) proses pembelajaran secara daring, (3) setelah selesai pembelajaran secara daring, (4) Laporan tugas mandiri, (5) pembelajaran rutin mingguan, (6) pembelajaran rutin mingguan yang dilaksanakan di SDN Cikundul mampu mewujudkannya kerja sama antara orang tua, guru dan masyarakat dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran secara daring sebagai berikut: (1) waktu pembelajaran - seminggu enam hari, (2) pembelajaran tematik - hari senin s.d jumat, sedangkan hari sabtu untuk kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, (3) jadwal pelajaran masa pandemi kelas satu sampai dengan kelas enam, pelaksanaan pada jam pertama dengan penanaman karakter dan dilanjutkan materi tematik, (4) kegiatan mulok yaitu pencak silat, dan (5) ekstrakulikuler pramuka, dan dukter kecil, (6) tenaga pendidik - guru kelas dan guru bidang styudi, (6) Guru bidang Studi – penjas, agama, pencak silat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Minat Belajar Siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survei dengan teknik korelasional dan regresi. Sampel yang digunakan dari populasi terjangkau diambil 80 sampel penelitian menggunakan proposional random sampling dari kelas IX MTs swasta di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan pemberian tes dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data terdiri dari pengujian instrument penelitian dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Juni 2023. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis dan analisis data disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa MTs Swasta di kabupaten Sukabumi. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa MTs Swasta di kabupaten Sukabumi. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang Signifikan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa MTs Swasta di kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

The quality of education depends on the quality of the learning process, for this reason an appropriate learning model is needed. This study aims to overcome the problem of low student scores caused by the lack of effectiveness of the learning methods used. As an alternative option, the quantum teaching learning model can be applied to improve student learning outcomes. The research approach applied is a quantitative experimental design using the ABCD (Audience, Behavior, Conditions, and Degree) training model. Data collection methods used include observation, communication, document study, and measurement techniques. The tools used to collect data included observation guides/checklists, interview guides, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Data analysis was carried out by testing for normality and conducting a paired samples test. Based on the research results in the "paired samples test" output table, it was found that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the average difference between pre-test and post-test learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the use of the quantum teaching learning model influences improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of project-based learning (PBL) in enhancing students' understanding of chemistry concepts. Utilizing a qualitative approach and a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, which were thematically analyzed. The results indicate that students have a positive perception of PBL, as evidenced by their active engagement in group discussions and experiments. PBL has been shown to improve the understanding of chemistry concepts, enabling students to explain and apply these concepts in real-world contexts. Three main themes identified are: (1) student engagement and motivation, (2) skills developed, and (3) barriers to the implementation of PBL. High levels of engagement and the development of social skills such as collaboration are key factors in the success of PBL. However, challenges such as difficulties in understanding complex concepts and disparities in student participation also emerged. The implications of the study highlight the need for a supportive learning environment to enhance student motivation. Recommendations for teachers include providing constructive feedback and clearly defining roles within groups. Future research is suggested to involve more participants and explore external factors influencing the effectiveness of PBL. These findings affirm that PBL not only enhances academic understanding but also enriches students' overall learning experiences. KEYWORDS Keyword_1. Project-Based Learning Keyword_2. Abstract

Elementary school teachers play a critical role in shaping the foundation of student learning, yet many still rely on traditional, non-contextual teaching methods that fail to meaningfully engage students. This community service initiative aims to empower elementary school teachers through a mentoring program that focuses on creative and contextual pedagogical strategies. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program was implemented over a two-month period; April-May 2025 in two public elementary schools in Sukabumi, West Java. The program involved collaborative lesson planning, classroom-based mentoring, and reflective practice sessions. Data were collected through pre- and post-program surveys, interviews, and teacher journals, then analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis and Pearson correlation techniques. The results showed significant increases in teachers’ confidence, creativity, and contextual awareness in teaching, as well as increased student engagement. Teachers began to integrate local culture, materials, and everyday experiences into their teaching, creating a more relevant and participatory learning environment. The program’s mentoring model proved effective in fostering teacher agency and sustained pedagogical innovation. This initiative contributes to the model of teacher professional development by demonstrating how participatory and localized mentoring can bridge the gap between theory and practice in primary education.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMA Ramu Bogor, yang masih cenderung menggunakan metode pengajaran tradisional dan kurang interaktif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pedagogik guru melalui pendampingan pelatihan model Pembelajaran PGSD (Presentation Group Support Division), yang dikenal efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan berpusat pada siswa. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan guru dalam seluruh proses identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam beberapa sesi yang meliputi teori dan praktik, dengan fokus pada teknik-teknik pembelajaran interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan proyek kolaboratif. Pendampingan oleh tim peneliti dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk membantu guru mengimplementasikan model PGSD di kelas. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan praktis guru mengenai pembelajaran PGSD. Guru-guru mampu menerapkan teknik-teknik baru yang lebih interaktif, yang berdampak positif pada partisipasi dan motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, terbentuk komunitas belajar guru yang solid, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk terus belajar dan berkembang bersama. Kesimpulan dari program ini adalah bahwa pendampingan pelatihan model Pembelajaran PGSD efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMA Ramu Bogor. Dengan pendampingan yang tepat dan berkelanjutan, model pembelajaran PGSD dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik di tingkat sekolah menengah, memberikan dampak positif pada kualitas pengajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Program ini memberikan bukti bahwa investasi dalam pelatihan dan pendampingan guru yang berkelanjutan adalah kunci untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Rapid technological advancements have highlighted the importance of integrating innovative digital tools into education, particularly at the elementary level. However, many teachers face challenges in leveraging technology due to limited training and resources, resulting in a reliance on traditional teaching methods that may not engage students. This community service activity aims to empower elementary school teachers by helping them create innovative technology-based learning media tailored to the needs of their classrooms. The community service program uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involves a cyclical process of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Teachers participate in workshops to learn practical skills in designing digital teaching tools, such as interactive presentations, gamified learning resources, and digital storytelling. They then implement these tools in their classrooms, followed by a reflection session to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. The community service results showed significant improvements in teachers’ ability to design and integrate technology-based learning media, which increased student engagement and participation. Teachers also reported increased confidence in using digital tools and formed peer support networks to maintain and expand their skills. In conclusion, this program successfully addressed the challenges of technology integration in elementary education by equipping teachers with practical skills and developing a collaborative learning environment. Future initiatives should focus on scaling up the program and addressing infrastructure challenges to maximize its impact.

Abstract

The transition from early childhood education to primary school is a critical developmental phase that significantly influences children’s success in formal learning environments. However, school readiness is often underestimated by parents, who may prioritize chronological age over developmental maturity. This study aims to explore the understanding and expectations of parents, early childhood education teachers, and primary school teachers regarding children's readiness for transition, and to compare perceptions among these stakeholders concerning readiness indicators and influencing factors. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with key informants. The findings show that while some children demonstrate readiness across cognitive, social-emotional, motor, language, and self-care domains, notable challenges persist both at the individual and systemic levels. Diverging perspectives were identified, particularly concerning ideal school entry age, psychological and developmental support, and the lack of communication between education levels. Educational psychology is positioned as a fundamental lens through which school readiness can be understood holistically—emphasizing not only developmental competencies but also the ecological and emotional support systems that shape successful transitions. These insights highlight the need for integrative transition strategies and cross-level collaboration to better support children's overall preparedness for primary education.
