Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction of honorary paramedics at Bhayangkara Hospital Class III Pekanbaru. The phenomenon of job dissatisfaction among honorary workers, especially those related to limited compensation and low work motivation, is an important background in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where the entire population of 86 people is sampled through a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that both compensation and motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of honorary paramedics. The partial test shows a significance value below 0.05 for both variables, while the simultaneous test (F-test) shows that compensation and motivation together affect job satisfaction by 57.7% (R2 = 0.577), the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings emphasize the importance of improving the compensation system and strengthening work motivation to improve job satisfaction and the quality of hospital health services.

Abstract

UPT Pekanbaru Class I Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center is a technical implementation unit under the Directorate General of SDPPI which is tasked with monitoring and controlling frequencies in the Riau region. This research aims to analyze the influence of workplace spirituality and organizational culture on work engagement. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, using a questionnaire distributed to 47 employees using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The research results show that Workplace Spirituality has a significant effect on Work Engagement, while organizational culture does not have a significant effect on Work Engagement. Simultaneously, these two independent variables influence work engagement. These findings emphasize the importance of paying attention to organizational culture and the potential impact of Workplace Spirituality conflict in relation to employee work engagement.

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the effect of the Organizational Change Capability dimension which has the variables Learning Capability, Process Capability and Context Capability on performance at PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru city. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 87 respondents who are all employees of PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru city who have met the sample criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially Process Capability and Context Capability have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru city. The Determination Coefficient (R2) with an adjusted R square value of 0.565 or 56.5% indicates that learning capability, process capability, and context capability have an effect of 56.5% on employee performance, while the remaining 43.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

SMEs are the main drivers of the local economy in Indonesia. However, limited resources and innovation capacity make it difficult for SMEs to develop in the era of disruption. The concept of ambidexterity—an organization's ability to balance exploration and exploitation—can be a strategic framework in public policy networks to encourage SME innovation. This study aims to conduct a systematic review of the ambidexterity literature in the context of policy networks and its relevance to strengthening SMEs in Pekanbaru. Using the systematic literature review (SLR) method, this article examines more than 50 recent scientific publications to formulate conceptual and practical implications. The results of the study reveal the importance of local institutional capacity, participatory leadership, and actor diversity as drivers of ambidexterity. This article concludes that collaborative network-based policies need to be designed by considering the balance of short-term and long-term strategies to strengthen SME competitiveness at the local level.

Abstract

UPT Balai Monitor Pekanbaru Class I Radio Frequency Spectrum is a technical implementing unit under the Directorate General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology (Ditjen SDPPI), responsible for monitoring and controlling radio frequencies in the Riau region. This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict and work motivation on organizational commitment. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach, using questionnaires distributed to 35 out of 47 employees through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that work-family conflict does not have a significant partial effect on organizational commitment, while work motivation has a significant effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables influence organizational commitment. These findings underscore the importance of addressing employee motivation and considering the potential impact of work-family conflict on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Usaha Menengah Kecil dan Mikro (UMKM) kepada para pelaku UMKM muda di Pekanbaru yang baru memulai usahanya dengan tujuan setelah memahami konsep dari UMKM ini semakin meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman yang mereka miliki untuk terus maju dan membentuk jaringan usaha yang pada akhirnya para pelaku UMKM tidak hanya melakukan kegiatan usahanya untuk terus bertahan tapi juga bisa tumbuh dan semakin berkembang. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode caramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi kasus yang dialami para pelaku usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan untuk pelaku atau pegiat UMKM yang baru tamat kuliah dan memutuskan untuk menjadi pelaku usaha dengan kemampuan kewirausahaan yang masih terbatas dan minimnya pengalaman dalam membuka bisnis di Pekanbaru. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema akselerasi peningkatan kualitas SDM dan jiwa kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan para akademisi untuk bersinergi dengan masyarakat dalam rangka berbagi ilmu pengetahuan. Peserta pengabdian sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini sehingga hasil pengabdian masyarakat dapat bermanfaat terutama bagi pelaku dan pegiat UMKM muda, yang tadinya belum memahami dan masih cukup gamang untuk terus berbisnis menjadi lebih yakin dan percaya diri akan besarnya peluang sukses yang akan mereka raih di masa depan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu para pengelola UMKM, khususnya di sektor makanan dan minuman di Kota Pekanbaru dalam membuat laporan keuangan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi digital SI APIK, sehingga pembuatan laporan keuangan bisa di buat dengan mudah.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara komprehensif yang terkait standar UMKM yang berlaku dan memberikan pelatihan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SI APIK. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah penyuluhan dan tutorial aplikasi SI APIK, diskusi serta assessment dengan pada pengelola UMKM. Diharapkan PKM ini bermanfaat untuk berbagai pihak diantaranya pengelola UMKM itu sendiri, Bank Indonesia, Pemerintah dan bagi akademisi.

Abstract
