Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research in the scope of marketing management. The literature review research article analyzing marketing strategies in increasing tourism ticket sales revenue is a scientific literature article within the scope of marketing management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Product has an effect on Increasing Tourism Ticket Sales; 2) Price affects the increase in tourism ticket sales; 3) Promotion affects the increase in tourism ticket sales; and 4) Place affects the increase in tourism ticket sales.

Abstract

In a government system, the existence of government agencies or institutions has main tasks and functions in accordance with their fields of work. In internal relations within an agency and external relations, communication is usually carried out in writing or correspondence. In internal relations, employees carry out tasks according to the disposition of their superiors and tasks in the form of making letters or documents are sent back to their superiors and if needed will be sent to other parties. In external relations, there are many outgoing letters and incoming letters, the number of which can reach hundreds per day so that if the correspondence system is carried out manually, it causes time inefficiency, and work effectiveness in addition to the accumulation of letters so that special management is needed regarding the correspondence system. The existence of a manual correspondence system also causes various impacts such as the length of making letters, letters not received directly, lost letter files and so on. The Central Government has implemented the use of an electronic application called Srikandi in all Government agencies which can not only be used for electronic filing media but also used for correspondence management. This paper is based on a literature study. Researchers are interested in seeing the extent to which the effectiveness of the use of electronic correspondence applications on work effectiveness and employee time efficiency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop hypotheses related to factors that influence employee productivity mediated by remuneration, especially in the transportation sector. The approach used in this literature review study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review previous relevant articles. The technique used in this literature review is Comparative Analysis. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach came from previous studies relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Q2-Q4 Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta 2-5 Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Copernicus, and digital reference books. The results of this literature review are: 1) Competence affects remuneration; 2) Motivation affects remuneration; 3) Self-efficacy affects remuneration; 4) Competence affects employee productivity; 5) Motivation affects employee productivity; 6) Self-efficacy affects employee productivity; 7) Remuneration affects employee productivity; 8) Competence affects employee productivity through remuneration; 9) Motivation affects employee productivity through remuneration; 10) Self-efficacy affects employee productivity through remuneration.
