Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan melalui Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 telah mewajibkan untuk semua produsen batik yang memproduksi dan menjual produk batik di/dari kota Pekalongan untuk menempelkan label “Batik Pekalongan”. Perda ini merupakan upaya Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan dalam menjaga keberlangsungan pengrajin batik di kota Pekalongan, sekaligus melindungi masyarakat yang membeli produk batik di/dari kota Pekalongan, akan tetapi sejak 3 (tiga) tahun perda tersebut diterbitkan, penerapannya di lapangan belum berjalan baik. Untuk mendukung upaya pemerintah kota Pekalongan, maka melalui penelitian ini akan diciptakan aplikasi e-label batik yang mampu menghasilkan label “Batik Pekalongan” dan berfungsi sebagai penanda terpercaya untuk melindungi masyarakat pembeli produk batik di/dari kota Pekalongan sekaligus melestarikan batik sebagai warisan budaya bukan benda. Menjadi penanda terpercaya karena didalam prosesnya aka nada tahapan validasi produk batik yang ditempeli label “Batik Pekalongan” oleh pemerintah kota Pekalongan sehingga masyarakat yang membeli produk batik berlabel “Batik Pekalongan” akan terlindungi dari upaya penipuan sekaligus menjadi penanda yang membedakannya dengan produk tekstil bermotif batik.

Abstract

Pada akhir tahun 2015 ini kita akan memasuki era masyarakat ekonomi asean (mea) yang tentunya akan meningkatkan persaingan di dunia usaha, begitupun Kondisi persaingan yang akan dialami oleh umkm batik kota pekalongan. Agar UMKM Batik mampu bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan di era mea tersebut, Dibutuhkan suatu media yang dapat memberikan umkm batik suatu keunggulan Tersendiri serta mampu memberikan penguatan daya saingnya. Media tersebut harus Mampu mengintegrasikan kalangan pemerintah, kalangan akademisi, kalangan Pengusaha dan masyarakat umum. Untuk membangun media tersebut, peneliti Menggunakan menggunakan metode action research, dengan model pengembangan System development life cycle (sdlc) dan teknik analisis dan desain terstruktur. Dengan terbentuknya pusat informasi berbasis web tersebut maka umkm batik Pekalongan akan memiliki keunggulan tersendiri dalam menghadapi persaiangan di Era masyarakat ekonomi asean (mea) melalui percepatan komunikasi dengan Beberapa pihak terkait dan peningkatan daya saing melalui kemudahan Mendapatkan informasi, baik berupa informasi pembiayaan dari lembaga keuangan, Informasi peluang bisnis dari kadin pekalongan, informasi inovasi dari akademisi Dan informasi peningkatan sdm dari skpd terkait, informasi-informasi terkait lainya Dari komunitas pemerhati batik/masyarakat umum.

Abstract

Ada beberapa jenis pajak daerah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang nomor 28 tahun 2009, salah satunya adalah pajak parkir yang merupakan salah satu jenis pajak daerah dari pajak kota / kabupaten. Untuk mengoptimalkan dan meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) diperlukan pengelolaan pajak parkir yang profesional dan transparan. Pengelolaan pajak parkir masih memiliki beberapa kendala, antara lain: kurangnya pengawasan di lapangan, adanya orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab yang memanfaatkan pengabaian tersebut untuk menuai keuntungan, pendapatan parkir tidak sepenuhnya diberikan kepada pemkot. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kebocoran dalam pengelolaan dana pajak parkir adalah dengan menerapkan parkir elektronik atau E-Parki, sehingga proses pengawasan segala hal yang berkaitan dengan parkir dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah dari sektor pajak parkir.

Abstract

Ketersediaan sistem informasi layanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem kesehatan di suatu negara. Dengan sistem tersebut, masyarakat akan dimudahkan untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan dari berbagai institusi kesehatan yang ada. Selain itu, masyarakat dapat berperan aktif dalam memberikan berbagai informasi tentang kesehatan yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Saat ini, kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi layanan kesehatan yang terintegrasi, sangatlah penting, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengambil keputusan dengan cepat dan tepat. Pada penelitian sebelumya telah dihasilkan prototipe sistem informasi layanan kesehatan. Prototipe tersebut dibuat hanya pada bagaian sisi user umum/masyarakat yang akan mengakses sistem informasi layananan kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini akan dibangun integrasi data pada halaman administrator sistem informasi layananan kesehatan yang dapat mengintegrasikan data pada instansi kesehatan.

Abstract

The promotion of batik products in the Pekalongan batik city needs to be carried out so that it can be better known to the community, but is constrained by the limited working hours available. On the other hand President Joko Widodo stressed that the need to create a virtual trade exhibition, so that buyers can interact without the need to wait for an exhibition or are constrained by time. To respond to the appeal of Mr. Joko Widodo, through the development of virtual reality tenology which has also given birth to virtual tour innovations, a virtual tour village based on virtual tour will be built, so that batik artisans will have more time to promote their products, as well as visitors / consumers who have not had time to come to the batik village, will still be able to see the atmosphere of the existing batik village by accessing the digital batik village application of Pekalongan batik city based on virtual tour, and keep interacting with Pekalongan batik craftsmen, whenever and wherever. The application of this research will have a positive impact on several parties, namely: 1) batik artisans, 2) visitors / consumers, and 3) Pekalongan city government. The existence of digital batik villages based on virtual tours will be a new breakthrough / new paradigm in creating and managing batik villages so that they can be visited from anywhere and anytime. Abstract

Pekalongan City Government continues to strive to improve good governance in maximizing the use of Information Technology, this is evidenced by the participation of the Pekalongan City Government in the Movement Towards 100 Smart City programs. One effort that can be made to optimize the use of information technology is the executive dashboard for monitoring RT / RW activities. In 2019, Pekalongan City has 340 RW and 1660 RT. The existence of this executive dashboard application can optimize the role of RT and RW and all information at the lower level can be obtained immediately, such as information on population data, submission of grants and assistance, and others. The information in the monitoring dashboard is the realtime data that currently exists. This research will make a dashboard monitoring RT / RW activities with a prototype model approach. The prototype model and Joint Application Development (JAD) are the most widely used models in creating executive dashboards. The research steps started from data collection, data analysis, application design, application development and testing. From the data collected, a functional and non-functional requirements analysis process was carried out. After that the application design process is carried out and conti nued with the design implementation in the application development process. Then from the results of the Alpha Test and Beta Test, the application can work according to functional and non-functional needs. In the future, this application prototype can be developed in conjunction with the One Data application in Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatikan (Diskominfo) Pekalongan City. Abstract

The Pekalongan City Government has an official website as a form of service to the community. Website is one form of implementation of E-Government. Website maintenance and repair needs to be done regularly to improve services to the community. There are so many visitors, of course, it becomes a problem when simultaneously accessing a website. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a work analysis from the Pekalongan City Government website. In analyzing the Pekalongan City Government website, this study used performance testing especially using load testing with several variables including Internet speed, threads (virtual users), ramp-up period, repetition. The tool used to perform the analysis is JMeter. The results of the tests carried out are: for an access speed of 1.8 MBps, the server can only serve about 16.8 requests every minute. This of course can cause the website to go down which ultimately cannot be accessed when visited by many visitors. Keywords: Performance testing, load testing, JMeter.

Abstract

Pekalongan City still has a Microfilaria Rate rate of more than one percent based on a survey from 2011 to 2015. This causes the Pekalongan City Health Office to repeat POPM activities for the next two years. It is hoped that this incident will not be repeated in the following years. One of the obstacles faced is the absence of monitoring in the administration of elephantiasis medicine. In general, elephantiasis medication has been given well, but the community's level of adherence to taking filiaris medication is still low. So that the efforts that have been made by the Health Office have not been able to break the chain of filariasis disease. One solution to this problem is to apply the RT/RW executive dashboard application which in previous research has been developed in the form of a prototype. In this study, a prototype of the RT/RW executive dashboard will be developed so that it can be used to carry out monitoring activities for filariasis drug administration. Abstract

The wrong assumption stating batik printed textilebatik issimilar withoriginal batik bears a loss for batik producers, because customers tend to buy printed textilewhich are cheaper than originalones (“tulis”, “cap” or “combination” batik). The misperception used by some batik enterpreneurs who mentioned that products he sold arekinds of original batik, although theyare printed textile. It disrupts the existence of Pekalongan traditional batikas well andmany customers experience losses. This research is an effort to support Indonesian government in maintaining batik as an Indonesian cultural heritage, and Pekalongan city government in maintaining the existence of "World's city of Batik" byissuing Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2014 Pekalongan about the use of Pekalongan batik label. Through the use of augmented reality technologybased on cloud computing, it will create a "Batik Pekalongan" label which provides information about the authenticity of Pekalongan batik products through smartphones access, and convenience for Pekalongan city government or Pekalongan ASEPHI in supervising the use of the label. Therefore, it will not be misused by unscrupulous batik entrpreneurs.

Abstract

Emergency measures to treat trauma patients really need to be done so that they can be handled properly, one that can be used to deal with this problem is the availability of an ambulance.Utilization of Google Maps API technology can be implemented in applications to assist residents of Kota Pekalongan in getting access to ambulance transportation through the Ambulance Rakyat application. The Ambulance Rakyat is a type of Android-based panic button application that is used to find and call an ambulance based on the user's closest location. In this research, the Ambulance Rakyat application has been built that implements the Haversine formula and the Google Maps API. The test results show that the Ambulance Rakyat application can find the location of the nearest ambulance, and the application can display a map of the location of the user and ambulance driver. Based on tests conducted by application developers, the application has been in accordance with the needs of users
