Abstract

Background: Organizations increasingly depend on fair participation, yet visible activity does not by itself demonstrate reliable capability or sustainable value. Fragmented responsibilities, weak evidence, and locally optimized metrics can cause decisions about msmes in platform economies to create unmanaged exposure elsewhere. Aim: This article develops a governance framework that connects fair participation, msmes in platform economies, and human judgment through five mutually reinforcing capabilities: data integrity, model and technology controls, human judgment, accountability, and continuous monitoring. Method: The paper uses an integrative conceptual review. Established management research, professional standards, and institutional guidance are synthesized through construct clarification, mechanism mapping, risk-control analysis, and proposition development. It does not report respondents, sample statistics, or causal estimates. Results: The synthesis indicates that performance becomes more resilient when decision rights, data definitions, controls, escalation paths, and learning routines are designed as one management system. The proposed model links each capability to observable evidence and balanced indicators. Contribution: The article offers an auditable implementation sequence and propositions that can be tested in later empirical research.

Background: Organizations increasingly depend on talent analytics, yet visible activity does not by itself demonstrate reliable capability or sustainable value. Fragmented responsibilities, weak evidence, and locally optimized metrics can cause decisions about workforce governance to create unmanaged exposure elsewhere. Aim: This article develops a governance framework that connects talent analytics, workforce governance, and role clarity through five mutually reinforcing capabilities: inclusive participation, capability development, role clarity, fair accountability, and institutional learning. Method: The paper uses an integrative conceptual review. Established management research, professional standards, and institutional guidance are synthesized through construct clarification, mechanism mapping, risk-control analysis, and proposition development. Abstract

Supply-chain resilience requires an organization to detect disruptions, coordinate a response, and restore service while preserving decision traceability. This study descriptively analyzes academic consumer-goods manufacturing records containing 12 quarterly supply-chain-performance observations from 2022 to 2024 and eight paired risk assessments. The performance series compares four conventional-period observations with eight artificial-intelligence-enhanced observations; the risk dataset compares probability, impact, and risk-priority-number values before and after an AI-enhanced mitigation label. Mean supply-chain-performance-index score increased from 62.77 to 85.06. Mean disruption count decreased from 7.50 to 3.38 per quarter, and mean recovery time decreased from 12.22 to 4.88 days. Mean fill rate increased from 84.98% to 93.02%, while mean perfect-order rate increased from 76.43% to 90.05%. Inventory days declined from 39.25 to 18.50, and supplier lead-time variance declined from 6.10 to 1.62 days. Total risk-priority number across eight categories decreased from 351 to 124. The two datasets are analyzed separately because the records do not identify a common intervention protocol, algorithm, control group, or matched operational conditions. The findings therefore describe differences associated with the supplied period and mitigation labels rather than a causal estimate of artificial-intelligence impact. The study contributes a reproducible reporting format that links quarterly resilience indicators, paired risk-priority analysis, and a practical review matrix for supply-chain governance

Abstract

High-speed beverage bottling lines lose a substantial share of their rated capacity to short, frequent, and easily overlooked disturbances that conventional end-of-shift reporting cannot capture. This paper reports the implementation and evaluation of an Internet of Things (IoT) real-time throughput-monitoring system on an automated bottling line at a beverage packaging plant in Pasuruan, Indonesia. The monitoring layer streams line speed, vibration, motor temperature, and air pressure from four sensor groups, flags micro-stoppages as they occur, and feeds a Pareto-based loss analysis that ranks the plant's chronic production losses by downtime and financial impact. The study analyzes 200 telemetry observations, an 80-event micro-stoppage log, four categorized loss streams, and 30 days of daily throughput records spanning a period before and after the monitoring rollout. Pareto analysis shows that micro-stoppages and speed reduction alone account for 67.9% of the 130.6 downtime hours and dominate the 391.8 million IDR of loss over the study window, identifying them as the vital few losses that warrant priority action. Telemetry profiling confirms that flagged micro-stoppages coincide with elevated vibration and motor temperature, giving operators an early physical signature to act on. After the IoT monitoring system was introduced, mean daily production loss fell from about 45,858 to 8,020 units, mean good output rose from 204,142 to 241,980 units per day, and mean capacity recovery improved from 81.7% to 96.8%, a gain of 15.1 percentage points sustained across the full post-implementation period. The results show that continuous IoT monitoring converts previously invisible micro-losses into actionable signals and delivers a large, measurable throughput improvement, providing a transferable loss-detection template for high-speed packaging operations

Abstract

The results of a survey at delivery service companies in Indonesia showed that the number of delivery delays on the Jakarta-Bandung route was 5.43%. The purpose of the research is to identify wasteful activities, eliminate non-value-added activities, and implement continuous improvements. The research solution adopts a lean and DMAIC services approach. These strategies should be implemented to achieve results by avoiding or eliminating wasteful activities such as for example the type of waiting for wasteful goods to be delivered to SPP Jakarta, the solution for the proposed improvement phase is for these activities to be minimized by ensuring timely delivery, during delivery, the officer should pay attention to the type of bag and prioritize the express package. Officers also need to focus on their work to avoid mistakes that can delay the delivery process. Officers must also respond to unclear addresses, for example by contacting a direct shipper so that the goods can be processed on the same day Lean service reinforcement and DMAIC integration in this study improved internal efficiency and customer satisfaction as the study placed more emphasis on customer voice (VOC) and service features (such as procedural clarity and lead time) as the basis for improvements. Shipping companies must conduct regular evaluations to determine the standard delivery time of cargo from Jakarta to Bandung. The results obtained from this study show that there are some wasted activities that must be eliminated such as showing the existing delivery time of 47.6 hours, and the results of process improvement using Lean and DMAIC services show a process time of 22.5 hours, this increase has a performance improvement value of 52.73%.
