Abstract

Abstract Vocational education at the secondary level, such as vocational schools (SMK), plays a crucial role in preparing students for the workforce with relevant competencies. However, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, SMK Walisongo 2 in Depok, West Java, faced challenges in adapting to the implementation of education. One solution adopted in the world of education is the use of virtual meetings for learning and meetings. The literature review describes the understanding, types of meetings, meeting requirements, meeting objectives, meeting procedures, meeting etiquette, communication styles in meetings, and meeting organization techniques. The method of implementing community service involves mentoring and training to achieve the desired outcomes. The results of the Office Administration Competency Training program for students and teachers at SMK in Parung, West Java, include understanding the material, discussions, and practical application. The conclusion of this activity is the improvement of competence in office administration for students and teachers. Recommendations provided include continuing efforts to develop competence in this field. Thanks to Universitas Negeri Jakarta and SMK 2 Walisongo Depok for their financial support and collaboration in the success of this program. Keywords: meeting; administration; virtual meeting. Abstrak Pendidikan kejuruan di tingkat menengah, seperti SMK, memiliki peran krusial dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang relevan. Namun, di tengah pandemi COVID-19, SMK Walisongo 2 di Depok, Jawa Barat, harus menghadapi tantangan adaptasi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Salah satu solusi yang telah diadopsi di dunia pendidikan adalah penggunaan virtual meeting untuk pembelajaran dan pertemuan. Tinjauan literatur menggambarkan pengertian, jenis-jenis rapat, syarat-syarat rapat, tujuan rapat, tata tertib rapat, etika dan gaya komunikasi dalam rapat, serta teknik penyelenggaraan rapat. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan pendekatan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk mencapai luaran yang diinginkan. Hasil program pelatihan Kompetensi Administrasi Perkantoran bagi Siswa dan Guru SMK di Parung, Jawa Barat, mencakup pemahaman materi, diskusi, dan penerapan dalam praktik. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi siswa dan guru dalam administrasi perkantoran. Saran yang diberikan adalah melanjutkan upaya dalam pengembangan kompetensi di bidang ini. Abstract

Abtrak              Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Boarding School, Bogor. Program ini melibatkan 56 peserta, terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan 36 santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman. Selain itu, pendampingan kegiatan ini juga dilakukan oleh para dosen home base Prodi S3 Ilmu Manajemen Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi para santri yang diberi tanggung jawab dalam mengelola berbagai unit bisnis di bawah naungan pondok pesantren. Melalui program ini, peserta mendapatkan pelatihan dan bimbingan dalam bidang manajemen, kewirausahaan, serta pengembangan bisnis berbasis pesantren. Diharapkan, hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pengelolaan bisnis pesantren, serta meningkatkan kemandirian dan keterampilan santri dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan dari self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 44 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survei. Ukuran sampel dari populasi penelitian ini ditentukan dengan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% hingga yang diperoleh mempunyai kepercayaan 95%, terhadap populasi diketahui populasi individu yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini yaitu kelas XII Manajemen Perkantoran dan Akutansi 142 siswa dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil 100. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, pengetahuan deskripsi, analisis dan pembahasan data yang telah dilakukan dan diuraikan pada bab-bab sebelumnya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana diketahui bahwa Pvalue pada self-efficacy sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja siswa. 2) Berdasarkan dari hasil hitung pada tabel diatas, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 0.204. Sehingga kemampuan dari variabel self-efficacy untuk menjelaskan kesiapan kerja sebesar 20.4% dipengaruhi dan dijelaskan sedangkan sisanya 79.6% dipengaruhi dan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the procurement of goods and services within the Procurement Division of PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. SOP serves as a key guideline to ensure operational efficiency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with five informants involved in procurement activities. The results show that the SOP has been generally well applied and integrated with the e-Procurement system. However, several obstacles were identified, including unclear user requests, urgent demands, and limited vendor availability. These challenges are mainly caused by human resource constraints, lack of coordination, and system readiness issues. To address these problems, the informants suggested improving communication, conducting regular SOP socialization, adopting flexible procedures when needed, and evaluating vendor performance. The study concludes that effective SOP implementation requires not only clear procedures but also organizational readiness, communication, and adaptability to real conditions.

Abstract

The increase in customer complaints in e-commerce services requires an effective excellent service strategy to maintain customer trust and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the complaint handling strategy at PT. XYZ. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques on four respondents who have different roles in customer service management. The results show that the most common complaints include product discrepancies, delivery delays, and slow refund processes. The main challenges include limitations in digital systems, interdepartmental coordination, and limited human resources. This study suggests optimizing customer service technology, strengthening internal coordination, and enhancing human resources to support 24/7 service and reinforce the company's image. Product discrepancies often arise from miscommunication between the sales and warehouse departments, leading to customers receiving products that do not match their expectations or the descriptions provided. Delivery delays are a common frustration, particularly during high-demand periods, affecting customer satisfaction and leading to negative reviews. Additionally, slow refund processes create frustration for customers, especially when dealing with returns or faulty products. These delays hinder the company's ability to provide excellent service and detract from the customer experience. One of the primary challenges identified in the study is the limitation in the digital systems used for customer service management. PT XYZ’s current system is not fully optimized to handle high volumes of complaints, leading to delays in responses and resolutions. Interdepartmental coordination is also a significant issue, as different departments such as logistics, sales, and customer service often operate in silos, making it difficult to resolve customer issues promptly.

Abstract

This study aims to map the progress of studies on the impact of tax avoidance using a bibliometric approach with the help of VOSviewer software and a literature review from the Scopus database for the period 2020–2025. The analysis was conducted on relevant scientific publications to identify research trends, dominant keywords, collaboration between authors, and the most influential journals and institutions in this topic. The results of the study show a significant increase in the number of publications related to the topic of tax avoidance impact, with a primary focus on issues such as corporate governance, financial performance, and transparency. In addition, it was found that studies on the impact of tax avoidance increasingly involve cross-disciplinary approaches and international collaboration. These findings provide a comprehensive overview of the direction of impact tax avoidance research and can be a strategic reference for academics and policymakers in understanding the implications of tax avoidance practices on the public and private sectors.

Abstract

The development of rural areas is an integrative effort between villages, carried out to accelerate and improve the quality of public services, development, and community empowerment through a participatory development approach. However, rural area development has not yet adequately addressed social justice in terms of development sustainability. This study aims to identify socially just development strategies for rural areas, particularly concerning the socio-cultural dimension. The research was conducted in the Agropolitan National Priority Rural Area (KPPN) of Selingkar Ijen, Banyuwangi, focusing on 7 out of the 14 villages within the area. This is a descriptive qualitative study using Soft System Methodology (SSM). Data collection was carried out through observation, secondary data gathering, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews (mandala interviews), with data analysis conducted using the Planning Charrette method. The research findings indicate that the development of the Selingkar Ijen Agropolitan Area must consider the socio-cultural dimension, particularly the presence of Osing cultural traditions and the strengthening of Osing community institutions or customary councils. These represent a unified value system and collective cultural practices within an integrated rural area. The strategy includes the cultural transformation of Osing traditions among the younger generation for further development. It also involves recognizing Osing culture as a revitalized pillar of development and leveraging it as local wisdom within governance and development systems.
