Abstract

Schools from all grades from elementary to secondary levels in have recently adopted the so-called remote learning, whether online or offline. The relatively unfamiliar learning conditions triggered some panic, not only among students but also teachers and parents alike. This sudden change also caused a similar shock to the students at SMKN 3 Depok. Consequently, the students experienced decreased enthusiasm and motivation, and many teachers were affected in how they should meet the learning objectives. The strategic learning management training during pandemic for students is a solution to boost the students’ motivation and help organize their learning more strategically. The training method is conducted in material presentation, discussion, question and answer, and experience sharing sessions to 255 students of class X SMKN 3 Depok City. The outcome shows how this activity has reignited the students’ learning enthusiasm and motivation.

Abstract

Electronic Office (E-Office) adalah suatu sistem yang berhubungan dengan administrasi secara maya memusatkan komponen-komponen sebuah organisasi dimana data, informasi dan komunikasi dibuat melalui media telekomunikasi. Aplikasi E-Office dapat membantu mempermudah proses surat menyurat karena mulai dari proses pembuatan hingga pengiriman dapat dilakukan dengan aplikasi ini. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui penggunaan aplikasi E-Office PT XXX, mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan pada aplikasi ini, dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan E-Office. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan E-Office PT XXX cukup efektif namun masih terdapat hal yang dapat ditingkatkan agar penggunaannya dapat lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Abstract Vocational education at the secondary level, such as vocational schools (SMK), plays a crucial role in preparing students for the workforce with relevant competencies. However, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, SMK Walisongo 2 in Depok, West Java, faced challenges in adapting to the implementation of education. One solution adopted in the world of education is the use of virtual meetings for learning and meetings. The literature review describes the understanding, types of meetings, meeting requirements, meeting objectives, meeting procedures, meeting etiquette, communication styles in meetings, and meeting organization techniques. The method of implementing community service involves mentoring and training to achieve the desired outcomes. The results of the Office Administration Competency Training program for students and teachers at SMK in Parung, West Java, include understanding the material, discussions, and practical application. The conclusion of this activity is the improvement of competence in office administration for students and teachers. Recommendations provided include continuing efforts to develop competence in this field. Thanks to Universitas Negeri Jakarta and SMK 2 Walisongo Depok for their financial support and collaboration in the success of this program. Keywords: meeting; administration; virtual meeting. Abstrak Pendidikan kejuruan di tingkat menengah, seperti SMK, memiliki peran krusial dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang relevan. Namun, di tengah pandemi COVID-19, SMK Walisongo 2 di Depok, Jawa Barat, harus menghadapi tantangan adaptasi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Salah satu solusi yang telah diadopsi di dunia pendidikan adalah penggunaan virtual meeting untuk pembelajaran dan pertemuan. Tinjauan literatur menggambarkan pengertian, jenis-jenis rapat, syarat-syarat rapat, tujuan rapat, tata tertib rapat, etika dan gaya komunikasi dalam rapat, serta teknik penyelenggaraan rapat. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan pendekatan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk mencapai luaran yang diinginkan. Hasil program pelatihan Kompetensi Administrasi Perkantoran bagi Siswa dan Guru SMK di Parung, Jawa Barat, mencakup pemahaman materi, diskusi, dan penerapan dalam praktik. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi siswa dan guru dalam administrasi perkantoran. Saran yang diberikan adalah melanjutkan upaya dalam pengembangan kompetensi di bidang ini. Abstract

Abstract This community service aims to synchronize the problems found during desk research with the reality in the field so that the solutions can be directly offered to the issues encountered during seminars. The main problem faced by Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Taiwan is how to manage finances and get business ideas to build a business when they return to Indonesia. The first speaker emphasized the importance of building an entrepreneurial mindset for PMIs. They must have the courage to start and learn from best practices and the best mentors in order to be able to innovate and dare to take risks because entrepreneurial action can be formed from small business activities. The second speaker offered solutions to overcome financial management problems for PMI through financial planning with a period, grouping spending priorities, investing, and doing good budgeting. Abstrak Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah bentuk sinkronisasi permasalahan yang ditemukan saat desk research dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan, sehingga dapat secara langsung ditawarkan alteratif solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi saat pelaksanaan seminar pengabdian masyarakat. Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Taiwan adalah bagaimana mengelola keuangan dan mendapatkan ide bisnis untuk membangun usaha saat kembali ke Indonesia. Pembicara pertama menekankan pentingnya membangun pola pikir wirausaha bagi para PMI. Mereka harus berani memulai, belajar dari best practice dan mentor terbaik agar dapat berinovasi serta berani mengambil resiko, sebab pada dasarnya aktivitas kewirausahaan itu dapat dimulai dari bisnis-bisnis kecil. Sementara pembicara kedua menawarkan solusi mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan bagi PMI melalui perencanaan keuangan dengan rentang waktu, mengelompokkan perioritas pengeluaran, investasi dan melakukan budgeting dengan baik.

Abstract

Pengolahan data merupakan suatu proses penting dalam banyak aspek kehidupan yang juga memiliki peran dalam bidang administrasi perkantoran. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi, pengolahan data dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak atau software yang dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pengolahan data. Namun pada prakteknya, masih banyak organisasi atau individu yang menggunakan metode pengolahan data manual, seperti pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner atau survei secara manual dan pengolahan data melalui lembar kerja atau buku catatan. Hal serupa juga ditemukan penulis pada tempat yang diobservasi sebagai bahan penelitian, yaitu pada Tim Kemenangan Caleg X yang sistem pengolahan datanya masih manual menggunakan lembar kerja berupa formulir. Pengolahan data manual ini seringkali memakan waktu yang lama dan rawan terjadi kesalahan dalam penginputan dan pengolahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dirasakan karyawan dalam pengolahan data manual, dampak negative dan positif dalam pengolahan data secara digital serta pandangan karyawan terhadap perubahan pengolahan data menjadi digital.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop a web-based archives learning media, (2) determine the feasibility of Arsip Teladan as a web-based archives learning media, (3) describe and explain the usefulness of the Arsip Teladan application for users, (4) as a guide for using the Arsip Teladan application. The type of research used is research and development (RnD) using the ADDIE development method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research only reached the development stage by testing the feasibility of Arsip Teladan as a archives learning media validated by media experts and material experts. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher gets the following results: (1) Arsip Teladan as a website-based archives learning media has been developed with the address https://s.id/ArsipTeladan, (2) based on the results of expert validation, it is known that Arsip Teladan is suitable for use with the results of the average score of media expert validation 97% with the category “Very Feasible” and the average score of material experts 97,1% with the category “Very Feasible” as learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap burnout akademik melalui efikasi diri mahasiswa tingkat akhir Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran UNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Model penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis melalui jalur Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan menggunakan bantuan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi SmartPLS4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap burnout akademik, dukungan sosial berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap burnout akademik, dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh tidak langsung Secara signifikan terhadap burnout akademik melalui efikasi diri.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Directorate General of Industrial Relations and Labor Security of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia which discusses the accumulation of archives in the room. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing the problems found. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of an archive-conscious culture, how the impact of an archive-conscious culture and also how to overcome the obstacles that occur in archive shrinkage. According to the views of employees, archive-conscious culture has been socialized and the accumulation of archives is slowly decreasing, there is a positive impact where the Directorate General of PHI JSK already has an archival SOP which makes archive management more controlled, efforts to optimize archive shrinkage through technical guidance or socialization related to shrinkage so that archives can be managed more effectively.

Abstract

Work-life balance is a condition where an individual is able to maintain a balance between the world of work and personal life in a sustainable manner. This balance is something that is expected by every employee, including non-managerial employees of the HCGA division of PT XYZ. The main objective of this study is to determine the achievement of employee work-life balance as reviewed from three aspects, namely time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. In addition, this study also identifies factors that support and inhibit the achievement of work-life balance in employees. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems that arise. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The results of the study indicate that not all employees are able to achieve optimal work-life balance. Some employees, especially those from the recruitment and general affairs departments, feel that they have a good work-life balance thanks to work flexibility and the ability to manage time. However, employees from the people development and administration departments of HCGA actually experience difficulties due to excessive workload, additional tasks outside of their job descriptions, and lack of team management from superiors. The support of coworkers who help each other and create a supportive work environment is one of the main supporting factors in achieving work-life balance. On the other hand, work pressure outside of working hours and ineffective communication are obstacles that are often faced. This study only uses one variable so that it cannot fully describe the relationship with other aspects such as work stress or job satisfaction. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore more variables in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of work-life balance in the work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive e-module based on Flipbook for the Organizational Information and Communication Systems Phase E in Grade X Office Management at SMKN 40 Jakarta and to evaluate its acceptability based on assessments from subject matter experts, media experts, and student trials. The background of this research is the insufficient availability of textbooks for students and the importance of utilizing technology to support the teaching and learning process. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which consists of the following stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The validation results from subject matter experts indicate that the developed interactive e-module received a score of 96%, which falls into the "Very Acceptable" category. The assessment from media experts also resulted in a "Very Acceptable" rating, with a score of 93%. Meanwhile, the results of the field test conducted on students showed a score of 87%, also categorized as "Very Acceptable". Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the interactive e-module based on Flipbook is suitable for use as a learning medium..
