Abstract

This study explores the development of a character-building model that integrates the Merdeka Curriculum and School-Driven Program to foster religious and social care values among high school students in Banda Aceh. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis, involving school principals, teachers, students, and community members from four high schools in Banda Aceh. Triangulation of sources and techniques ensured data validity. The findings show that each school employs unique character-building strategies aligned with its vision and mission. The study emphasizes the importance of proactive school leadership, teacher engagement, and community collaboration in successful character education. To address challenges such as cultural differences, student readiness, and resource limitations, the Busi (Islamic School Culture) model was developed. This model integrates religious values and social activities, enhancing students discipline, empathy, and social skills. The implementation of the Busi model led to significant improvements in students moral and social development. The study underscores the need for integrating religious and social values into the curriculum and fostering collaboration between schools, families, and communities to achieve holistic character education.

Abstract

The use of frameworks in research is important, because with it the research to be carried out gets the right direction and a clear position. However, many studies do not use the framework in their implementation or use it but not in depth. This article aims to analyze the role, relevance, and development of frameworks in the cross-disciplinary scientific literature. The framework is understood as a conceptual foundation that connects theories, methodologies, and findings so as to maintain research coherence. This study uses a literature study design by examining articles from accredited national and international journals. Data were collected through the search of various academic databases and analyzed using a thematic approach to identify patterns of conceptualization, relevance, and forms of adaptation of frameworks in various disciplines. The results of the study show that the framework functions strategically in strengthening theoretical foundations, sharpening the identification of research gaps, and guiding the design of contextual and innovative research models. This study confirms that the development of a framework that is adaptive to social, cultural, and disciplinary contexts is key to maintaining relevance and increasing scientific contribution in the midst of the dynamics of knowledge development.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran halaqah reguler sebagai sarana menghidupkan Al-Qur’an di SMA IT HASANKA Palangka Raya. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pembinaan literasi Al-Qur’an pada remaja sekolah menengah yang menghadapi tantangan era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah (PAR) dengan melibatkan siswa, guru, dan pembina halaqah dalam seluruh proses peengabdian mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan refleksi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa halaqah reguler yang dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terstruktur mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa dari aspek makhraj, tajwid, dan kefasihan. Selain itu, kegiatan halaqah juga memperkuat kedisiplinan, keaktifan, serta membentuk karakter religius peserta didik. Pada tataran institusional, program ini berhasil menumbuhkan budaya literasi Al-Qur’an dan kesadaran spiritual di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan demikian, halaqah reguler terbukti menjadi sarana efektif dan transformatif dalam menghidupkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi guru merupakan proses sistematis dan berkelanjutan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi guru agar dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepribadiannya secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelatihan kompetensi guru diselenggarakan dari perspektif pembelajaran mendalam di SMA Negeri 1 Kandangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti melakukan melakukan tanya jawab secara lisan dan langsung bertatap muka dengan pihak informan yaitu kepala sekolah untuk menggali informasi yang mendalam dan dibutuhkan mengenai pembinaan kompetensi guru dari perspektif pendekatan deep learning di SMA Negeri 1 Kandangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan kompetensi guru dalam perspektif pendekatan deep learning di SMA Negeri 1 Kandangan yaitu pertama dengan pengadaan pelatihan yang berkaiatan dengan deep learning. Kedua, pembentukan komunitas belajar. Ketiga, pelaksaan supervisi kepala sekolah. Keempat, penilaian kinerja guru oleh tim. Kelima, pendampingan pengawas. Keenam, memfasilitasi keikutsertaan guru dalam kegiatan MGMP. Terakhir mengikutsertakan perwakilan guru dalam kegiatan luar terkait deep learning.

Abstract

In the contemporary digital landscape, the security and confidentiality of information exchange have emerged as paramount concerns due to the increasing sophistication of cyber threats. This study proposes an integrated security framework through the development of "PrivaSel," a hybrid application that synergizes advanced cryptography and steganography to achieve dual-layer protection. The system employs the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a robust 256-bit key length, implemented in Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) mode to ensure high-level data confidentiality and resistance against frequency analysis attacks. Key derivation is further strengthened using the PBKDF2 algorithm with 100,000 iterations and a random salt to mitigate brute-force vulnerabilities. For the covert layer, the system utilizes the End-of-File (EOF) steganography technique, which embeds encrypted payloads into diverse container media including images and videos without altering the spatial pixel data. Developed using a Python-based FastAPI backend and a responsive HTML5/Tailwind CSS frontend, the application facilitates seamless asynchronous processing. Empirical testing through histogram analysis confirms that the EOF method maintains absolute visual integrity, yielding a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.00 and an infinite Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR). The results demonstrate that while the file size increases linearly relative to the payload and metadata overhead, the hidden information remains imperceptible to statistical analysis and can be flawlessly retrieved only with the authorized password, providing a reliable solution for secure multi-file data transmission.

Abstract

Students’ social interaction is a fundamental aspect of social and academic development; however, many students experience difficulties in establishing effective interpersonal relationships in the school setting. Group counseling has been widely implemented to address this issue; however, empirical findings remain fragmented and have not been systematically synthesized. This study aims to review and synthesize empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of group counseling in improving students’ social interaction. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design based on the PRISMA framework. Literature searches were conducted using Google Scholar with the keywords “group counseling” and “student social interaction”, focusing on articles published between 2014 and 2024. Following a rigorous screening process, five eligible studies were selected for analysis. The findings indicate that group counseling consistently improves students’ social interaction through various approaches, including role playing, modeling, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Group dynamics play a central role in facilitating behavioral and cognitive change. In conclusion, group counseling is an effective and adaptable intervention for enhancing students’ social interaction, providing important implications for school counselors in designing evidence-based counseling programs.
