Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Education Level and Job Placement on Employee Work Productivity at the Tirta Bhagasasi Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Rawa Lumbu Bekasi Branch. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is a  saturated sampling technique (census). The sample used was 42 people. data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, and dissemination of questionnaires. For data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square), PLS is one of the variant-based SEM statistical methods designed to solve multiple regressions when there are specific problems with the calculated data using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program

Abstract

Pengkajian ini untuk mengemukakan dampak citra merek dan informasi elektronik dari mulut ke mulut pada penggunaan aplikasi Dana. Keputusan penggunaan adalah proses mental atau kognitif yang dilakukan pengguna saat memilih diantara berbagai pilihan yang tersedia. Dana menghadapi masalah keamanan dan layanan pelanggan yang buruk, namun mengalami peningkatan dari 35 juta ke 170 juta pengguna pada saat sebelum COVID-19 sampai saat ini. karena inovasi fitur dan pemasaran yang efektif. Pengkajian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan mendistribusikan kuesioner melalui online dan diisi oleh 145 responden pengguna aplikasi Dana. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil pengkajian menyatakan citra merek dan elektronik dari mulut ke mulut berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan pada keputusan penggunaan. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menyatakan citra merek dan elektronik dari mulut ke mulut berdampak posituf pada keputusan penggunaan. Pengkajian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengelola aplikasi Dana untuk memperkuat citra merek dan memanfaatkan informasi elektronik dari mulut ke mulut untuk meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi Dana di masa depan. Kata kunci: Citra Merek, Electronic Word of Mouth, Keputusan Penggunaan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how promotions affect consumer loyalty at the CoffeeLabs Store, using brand image as a mediating variable. Customers who had bought products from the CoffeeLabs Store constituted the study's population, and 120 responses were gathered using non-probability sampling techniques. The SmartPLS 4.0 tool was utilized to do a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis of the data. Based on the findings of the hypothesis test, the study's findings show that every hypothesis is accepted. The study's findings indicate that, with brand image acting as a mediating variable, promotions have a favorable and noteworthy impact on consumer loyalty. Abstract

Pertumbuhan internet dan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara konsumen meneliti produkdan membuat penilaian tentang apa yang akan dibeli. Minat beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk,khususnya produk teknologi seperti laptop, sangat dipengaruhi oleh Electronic Word-of-Mouth(E-WOM) dan Citra Merek. Sasaran Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuibagaimana minat beli konsumen terhadap laptop Lenovo di Kota Bekasi dipengaruhi oleh EWOMdan Citra Merek. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, penelitian inimengumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Pelanggan yang pernah membeli komputer di Kota Bekasimenjadi populasi penelitian. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna laptopLenovo. Pengujian data menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling)menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa E-wom secara signifikandan positif mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap laptop Lenovo. Demikian juga,ditemukan bahwa Minat Beli secara signifikan dan positif dipengaruhi oleh Citra Merek.

Abstract

Sukaragam Village has the potential to develop a home snack food industry, but so far the products produced are still very simple with low selling value so they have not been able to increase household income significantly. The implementation method includes community education, training, mentoring, and the introduction of appropriate science and technology to PKK mothers in Sukaragam Village. The expected results are an increase in the knowledge and skills of mothers in diversifying processed white bread products as well as the creation of independent household businesses based on pudding and jelly products that are highly competitive. In conclusion, this diversification of household products is expected to increase the added value and income of the Sukaragam Village community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Mutiara Anugerah Alam sebanyak 35 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan kuesioner melalui google form.. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis partial least square (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, artinya semakin baik disiplin kerja dan motivasi yang diberikan oleh perusahaan maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

Advances in technology provide the potential for business people to promote their products or services, and in the current economic situation, the appropriate strategy is digital marketing. WhatsApp Business allows MSMEs to interact with customers directly, promote products or services, and accept orders through the platform. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a QR code standard used for digital payment transactions in Indonesia. WhatsApp Business and QRIS were chosen because these two technologies have great potential in increasing the efficiency and accessibility of MSMEs in doing business digitally. Therefore, my goal is to create a digital-based MSME program through sales with WhatsApp Business and creating a digital payment method with QRIS in Sirnajati Village. Sirnajati Village was chosen as the Program location because it is representative as an illustration of MSMEs in rural areas that have the potential to be developed through the use of digital technology. The method for implementing this program is based on a participatory approach, which involves collaboration between the local government, MSME actors, and the Sirnajati Village community. From this program I hope to increase knowledge about digital development and methods that can be applied for online marketing in Sirnajati Village

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of parents in Sirnajati Village regarding responsive and affectionate parenting using the CILUKBA (Kiss, Hug, and Provide Nutrition) method. This method integrates aspects of parenting style, developmental stimulation, and nutritional intake to support optimal child growth and development. The psychoeducation activity was conducted as a full-day pschoeducation involving 15 parents aged 20-35 years. The program included socialization about the importance of emotional interaction and attention to child nutrition, practical training on the CILUKBA method, simulation of method application, and self-evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in the participants' knowledge and parenting skills. Before the training, 9 participants were categorized as low in parenting knowledge, whereas after the training, 12 participants reached a high category. Participants reported improved emotional connection with their children and a better understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition. The program effectively enhanced parenting quality and positively impacted child development.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises hold a significant role in supporting economic growth, yet many entrepreneurs continue to experience obstacles in adapting to digital marketing practices. One of these cases is Aksesoris Ibu Ratmi in Taman Rahayu Village, which still relies heavily on conventional marketing strategies, thereby limiting product visibility and sales potential. To address this issue, a community service program was implemented in the form of online marketing training through the use of the TikTok platform. The training was carried out with a practical approach that included step-by-step guidance in creating a TikTok business account, setting up a TikTok Shop, and producing as well as uploading creative video content tailored to the characteristics of accessories products. During the activity, participants received hands-on practice under direct mentoring to ensure the skills could be applied independently. The results showed that Ibu Ratmi successfully created her own business account and began utilizing TikTok as a marketing tool. However, some challenges remain, particularly in maintaining consistency in content creation and optimizing the use of all available features on the platform. Despite these limitations, the training has provided initial knowledge and practical skills that enable the entrepreneur to better understand digital marketing, expand market reach, and improve product competitiveness. In conclusion, this program has contributed positively to strengthening the capacity of local enterprises, although continuous assistance is recommended to maximize the potential of TikTok for long-term and sustainable business growth.

Abstract

This service activity is carried out to improve and develop the creativity of 5th grade elementary school students at SDN 2 Handapherang. Online learning during the pandemic is enough to make students bored and limited in their efforts to develop themselves. Through the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model, it is hoped that it can spur students to think creatively in solving a problem. The activities carried out of course refer to the syntax of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model, namely presenting problems, making plans & arranging schedules, monitoring project creation, assessment and evaluation. From the results of the program that has been carried out students are able to solve problems with different styles. This means that each student has his or her own way of determining a solution to the given problem. The assessment is carried out by taking into account the aspects of fluency, novelty and flexibility.
