Abstract

Cinnamonstory.id is a handover and dowry decoration business that was formed in 2017. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mapping of the 9-element Business Model Canvas (BMC) business model with SWOT analysis (trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), and formulate a business model development strategy Cinnamonstory.id using the SWOT matrix. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The analysis method in this study uses a combination of BMC analysis approach and SWOT matrix in formulating Cinnamonstrody.id business development strategy. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Cinnamonstory.id in Quadrant II is a diversification strategy. The results of the study show that training, design innovation, affordable services, responsiveness, and effective digital marketing are the keys to Cinnamonstory.id success. Develop Cinnamonstory.id by joining a network of vendors, offering consulting and leasing, recruiting, and training employees, and establishing partnerships with suppliers. Seek out new ideas, develop distinctiveness, improve operational efficiency, manage suppliers, and provide superior customer service in Cinnamonstory.id. Analyze customer feedback and sales data, allocate funds for promotions and investments, and develop marketing strategies and partnerships through social media.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatar belakangi dengan arus globalisasi yang cepat membuat perkembangan teknologi kearah serba digital ini semakin pesat. Disinilah kesempatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha untuk menembus market digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran digital marketing terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Dasan Tapen, Kecamatan Gerung, Kabupaten Lombok Barat dan untuk memahami bagaimana kendala dan manfaat penerapan digital marketing bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Dasan Tapen, Kecamatan Gerung, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Untuk mengungkapkan persoalan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berguna untuk memberikan fakta dan data mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing bagi peningkatan pendapatan UMKM. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa digital marketing berperan dalam peningkatan pendapatan UMKM di Desa Dasan Tapen, Kecamatan Gerung, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, hal itu dibuktikan dengan peningkatan pendapatan 33% hingga 59%.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan  dan keterampilan pada peserta tentang kewirausahaan berbasis digital marketing. Rumusan masalah yang dihadapai kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta tentang kewirausahaan berbasis digital marketing dan Metode pelaksanaan yang diberikan yaitu memberikan materi/ceramah tentang penguatan jiwa berwirausaha berbasis digital marketing setelah itu pelatihan, diskusi dan praktik memulai usaha online. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari, tanggal 31 Maret-1 April 2023. Peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah peserta BLK komunitas LAZ DASI NTB dengan jumlah 12 orang. Lokasi pengabdian berada di Desa Sesaot, Kecamatan Narmada, Lombok Barat. Program pengabdian masyarakat mengacu kepada permasalahan yang ada di lapangan yaitu masih minimnya pemahaman tentang motivasi jiwa kewirausahaan pada golongan usia produktif, dalam hal ini peserta BLK LAZ DASI NTB. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan wirausaha berbasis digital marketing sebesar 47,51%. Dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut diarapkan peserta pelatihan dapat lebih percaya diri dalam memulai dan mengembangkan kreativitasnya khususnya dalam usaha online. Digital Marketing-based Entrepreneurship Training  This community service seeks to offer participants knowledge and skills concerning digital marketing-based entrepreneurship. The formulation of the problem was the participants' lack of knowledge and skills in digital marketing-based entrepreneurship, and the implementation method provided was to provide material and lectures on strengthening the spirit of digital marketing-based entrepreneurship, followed by training, discussion, and practice in starting an online business. This community service project will last two days, from March 31 to April 1, 2023. A total of 12 members from the LAZ DASI NTB community (BLK) participated in this activity. The service is provided in Sesaot Village, Narmada District, and West Lombok. The community service program addresses issues in the field, specifically a lack of awareness of the motivation of entrepreneurial spirit in the productive age group, in this case BLK LAZ DASI NTB participants. This community service activity has resulted in a 47.51% improvement in the knowledge and abilities of digital marketing-based entrepreneurs. Trainees might be more confident in starting and growing their creativity, especially in online enterprises, as their knowledge and skills improve

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business development strategy at Cinnamonstory.id, a gift decoration and wedding offering service that has been established since 2017. The creativity in offering unique decorations for brides and grooms serves as a value-added advantage that differentiates Cinnamonstory.id from its competitors. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data obtained is analyzed using SWOT analysis, which includes internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) as well as external factors (opportunities and threats). The results of the analysis show that the strength value (1.75) is greater than the weakness value (1.00), while the opportunity value (1.60) is smaller compared to the threat value (1.85). Based on the calculation results, Cinnamonstory.id is in Quadrant II of the SWOT diagram, which is in a position of strength and threat, with an internal factor value of 0.38 and an external factor value of -0.13. This position indicates that the appropriate strategy for Cinnamonstory.id is a diversification strategy, which involves making changes to address weaknesses and leverage strengths in facing market threats. By understanding its business position through the SWOT matrix, Cinnamonstory.id can take strategic steps in developing its business, such as continuing to innovate, maintaining product uniqueness, keeping prices competitive, seeking new and more economical distributors, and improving service quality to customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Working Capital Turnover on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022-2024. The population in this study consisted of 14 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022-2024 period. With purposive sampling, the analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of data analysis, the variables used in this study were Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Working Capital Turnover as independent variables and Return on Assets as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability. Debt to Asset Ratio has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability. Total asset turnover has a negative but insignificant effect on profitability and working capital turnover has no effect on profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Adanya peningkatan dalam mutu pendidikan tidak terlepas dari peran guru sebagai unsur utama dalam keseluruhan proses pendidikan. Guru mempunyai tugas untuk membimbing, mengarahkan dan juga menjadi teladan yang baik bagi para peserta didiknya. Maka dari itu, dengan setumpuk tugas serta tanggung jawab yang diembannya guru mampu menunjukkan bahwa dia mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik demi terciptanya pendidikan yang bermutu. Keberhasilan kinerja akan tampak apabila terdapat motivasi kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekitar juga dapat menentukan keberhasilan kinerja seseorang, oleh karena itu, selain gurunya sendiri yang berusaha meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya, pihak sekolah juga berusaha mengupayakan pemberdayaan gurunya agar memiliki kinerja yang baik dan profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Guru benar-benar dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Dengan kinerja tinggi maka tingkat sumber daya manusia Indonesia akan mulai sedikit demi sedikit meningkatkan terutama para generasi muda Indonesia. Sehingga terciptalah bangsa yang cerdas dan mampu menghadapi tantangan-tantangan masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskripsi. subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang di sertifikasi di SMAN 1 Monta Kabupatern Bima tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 32 orang dan itu dijadikan sekaligus sebagai subyek penelitian. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan tehnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah tehnik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM) yaitu menggambarkan koefisien hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y.
