This research aims to find out data related to the effectiveness of Story Telling as a Learning Strategy for Children aged 4-6 years. The method used is through a bibliometric review of the Google Scholar database between 2009 and 2023 with the results of 905 data selected to 550 data. The publish or perish software was utilized as data reception. Meanwhile, the Vos Viewer application was used to analyze the data. This analysis produces data related to the cultivation of moral values in children aged 4-6 years through the story telling method. Contribute to the discourse of early childhood education and serve as a resource for educators, parents, and caregivers that is innovative and effective for moral development in early childhood. Analyze this data to show that the story telling method has an impact on the moral values of early childhood.

The domino effect of the post-pandemic period is that many MSME actors who were previously successful have collapsed and even closed, on the other hand from the 2019-2021 Covid-19 pandemic, new MSME actors have grown, even to the point where they immediately opened many branches everywhere. To make MSMEs survive and be able to survive, MSME actors and their employees must remain productive. Every MSME will experience high levels of productivity maintained by disciplined team members. The effect of work discipline is having a strong work ethic will be able to carry out their duties as effectively and efficiently as possible, so that the MSME business can achieve its productivity goals. In addition, the work environment is very important for the MSME business strategy because it functions as a location where employees carry out their daily work activities. In MSME work productivity, motivation is often described as supporting productivity. This study aims to complete the gaps in previous studies by conducting a comprehensive study of the factors that increase the work productivity of MSMEs in Malang Raya which are influenced by work ethic, work motivation, work discipline and work environment. Researchers are motivated to do this research because the work productivity of MSMEs will have a positive impact on the growth of MSMEs.

One place for students who want to learn about entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship learning with a business incubator. Entrepreneurship learning in tertiary institutions through business incubators is expected by the Indonesian government in building Start-Ups. especially college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning through business incubators in building start-ups in tertiary institutions. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the management of business incubators in tertiary institutions has been going well, this can be proven by the existence of an organizational structure, the proper management of business incubators according to their duties and responsibilities, facilities and infrastructure that are quite complete, and various different types of programs. work with the same goal of growing strat-up souls. The role of the business incubator in cultivating young strat-ups in college is quite good. The results of this research have implications for two things. First, universities are expected to continue to upgrade entrepreneurship learning in a creative, innovative and adaptive manner. Second, the government is expected to continue to improve and equip incubator facilities evenly and improve mentoring/training programs for students

There are many things that can be done to provide economic solutions, one effective way is through improving the performance of MSMEs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have important characteristics in economic development, both in developing and developed countries. The importance of the role of MSMEs in helping the country's economy, it is hoped that the longer the development of MSME performance will increase. The strategy decision emerged as a response to the current decline in MSME graphics performance, with steps. Strategic planning in small companies is much more informal compared to large businesses, however, MSMEs must continue to develop new missions, goals, strategies and policies, to then compare external opportunities and threats with their potential strengths and weaknesses. In this study MSME innovation as an additional stimulus because innovation is thought to increase competitive advantage, understanding the relationship between performance and innovation in micro, small and medium enterprises can help the company's competitive strategy. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the strategic decisions made by MSME actors were still not quite right, on average MSME actors made short-term strategic decisions. This research aims to understand the dynamics of power and conflict in organizations through a qualitative study. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis at a manufacturing company in Indonesia. The research results show that power in organizations is complex and multidimensional, with various sources and forms. Conflict arises as a consequence of struggles over resources, differences in interests, and disagreements about norms and values. This research contributes to the understanding of how power and conflict are interrelated in organizations. These findings also provide implications for management practice, highlighting the importance of effective leadership, open communication, and fair conflict resolution mechanisms.

The global phenomenon shows rapid digital transformation in various sectors, including the food and beverage industry. At the local level, school canteen areas face challenges in following this trend, especially in implementing digital marketing literacy. This research aims to identify challenges and formulate effective strategies in implementing digital marketing literacy to support food and beverage business innovation in school canteens. The novelty of this research lies in its specific focus on the school canteen area, an area that is often overlooked in studies of digital literacy and business innovation. The urgency of this research is driven by the urgent need to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the school canteen business through the adoption of digital technology. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting relevant previous research through publish or publish then analyzing the article and narrowing it down regarding keywords. The research results show that although there are significant obstacles such as limited skilled human resources and access to technology, there are also great opportunities through increased training and digital capacity development. The implications of this research show that with the right strategy, school canteens can increase operational efficiency, consumer appeal, and ability to innovate, thus contributing positively to the educational ecosystem and student health.

Abstract: Adolescence is a time of physical, emotional, and mental changes, and is an important period for maintaining behavior, including food intake. There are still many teenagers who only want a slim body rather than a healthy body. They also don’t really pay attention to health factors when choosing what to eat. Given the high nutritional problems that occur in adolescents, especially in schools, nutrition education that can raise the level of knowledge of children so as to prevent nutritional problems such as obesity and stunting in children. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of SMP Negeri 11 Medan students about a balanced and nutritious diet. The type of this research is descriptive research using a cross-sectional research design. The subjects of this study were 30 students of SMP Negeri 11 Medan and it chosen by random sampling technique. The data were collected through pre-test and post-test questionnaires in a question format consisting of 10 multiple choice questions. The statistical test used univariate analysis to calculate the mean and percentage of each variable, such as gender, age, and level of knowledge of SMP Negeri 11 Medan students. The results of this study found that there was a change in the in the level of knowledge of SMP Negeri 11 Medan students before and after counseling. Therefore, balanced nutrition counseling is needed to increase knowledge and is expected to prevent various nutritional problems by changing adolescent health behavior.
