Abstract

Socialization activities are one of the media for conveying information to the public. By sharing information and education that useful for PKH Beneficiary Families in the Kedondong Raye Village by conducting socialization on empowerment of PKH beneficiaries through entrepreneurship in digital era. The purpose of this socialization is to provide socialization to PKH beneficiaries in building personal branding in starting a business dan fostering an entrepreneurial spirit by utilizing digital technology through social media Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram. The implementation of socialization activities is carried out by direct exposure to digital technology beneficiaries in entrepreneurship and the conducting demonstrations and practices to the participants. The result of this socialization is providing participants with an understanding of how to start a business and entrepreneurship by utilizing digital technology by taking advantage of existing opportunities so that they can create business dan work opportunities for those around them.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all aspects, one of which is for culinary business actors. The aim of community service activities is to encourage the rise of MSMEs through the spicy sweet potato chips business in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic to reduce the number of social problems in Permata Baru Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The activities were carried out for one month with several activity agendas that had been prepared in a planned manner by the STISIPOL Candradimuka community service team. This activity uses socialization and training as implementing methods. The results of the activity are training in making product labels to support the branding of spicy sweet potato chips so that they are widely known by consumers; introduction and strengthening of relationships between BUMDes and business actors to support product marketing; as well as outreach related to production and inventory management and financial management. Thus, this activity has a positive impact on the business community, namely increasing the ability to innovate and being able to adapt to market changes.

Abstract

Personal branding is a way of representing oneself by exploring one's potentials. It is fitting that the personal branding that is created must be clear, strong and attractive so that a person can give a deep impression to the public easily. In this digitalised world, one of the methods for developing personal branding can be done through seminars. Students of SMK Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai, Banyuasin Regency, received hands-on training from influencers as an effort to create their own self-image and dare to show their potential and build a confident race as a form of readiness to enter the world of work and the public. One of the activities in the seminar included providing tips on building personal branding by creating an attitude that is in accordance with norms and religion, utilising social media and applications that are widespread and easily accessible to students and applying this knowledge by publishing a curriculum vitae. Based on the results of this seminar, it can be concluded that the participants have understood the material presented. By showing a conducive atmosphere and high enthusiasm from the participants. And with the courage of the participants to express constraints by asking several questions to the speakers.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Dalam dunia akademik, penggunaan bahasa yang tepat dan sesuai kaidah tata bahasa Indonesia menjadi aspek krusial untuk menyampaikan penelitian secara efektif dan jelas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan bagi mahasiswa dalam menyusun metode penelitian yang sesuai dengan kaidah linguistik agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Metode: Ceramah, tanya jawab, quiz, diskusi, evaluasi dan dihadiri oleh 34 orang mahasiswa yang terdiri dari mahasiswa semester satu, tiga, dan lima. Hasil: Mahasiswa mendapatkan pengetahuan dan manfaat mengenai tata bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, penulisan EYD (Ejaan yang Disempurnakan), pemilihan istilah yang tepat, dan struktur penulisan karya ilmiah yang efektif. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menginspirasi dan memberikan stimulus pada mahasiswa untuk lebih mengeksplorasi lebih dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar sebagai bagian integral dari sebuah penulisan karya ilmiah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kredibilitas penelitian yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Decent housing is a fundamental need that plays a crucial role in improving community welfare. However, many families, particularly low-income households (MBR), face challenges in accessing housing that meets health, safety, and comfort standards. To address this issue, the government, through the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), launched the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) to improve access to adequate housing for MBR. This article discusses the implementation of the BSPS program's socialization in Kota Palembang as a strategy to enhance public understanding and participation in the program. The methods used in this activity include socialization, verification of aid recipients, and technical assistance in house renovation or construction. The findings indicate that intensive socialization plays a vital role in raising community awareness about the benefits and mechanisms of the BSPS program. Additionally, the formation of Beneficiary Groups (KPB) helps manage aid in a transparent and effective manner. Active community participation in each stage of the program is also a key factor in its success. Through the BSPS program, low-income communities are expected to gain access to better housing and improve their quality of life. Recommendations from this study include broader socialization efforts, strengthening KPB capacity, and continuous evaluation to ensure the program's long-term impact on community welfare.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, particularly in health, social, and economic sectors. Government prevention efforts, such as implementing health protocols, vaccination programs, and social restrictions, require active public participation to be effective. However, public awareness and compliance with health protocols remain challenges in controlling the pandemic. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of socialization and education activities on COVID-19 prevention conducted in RT 68 RW 10, Sukajaya Subdistrict, Sukarami District, Palembang City. The methods used include initial observations, educational material presentations, interactive discussions, demonstrations of health protocols, and the distribution of educational media. The results show an increase in public understanding of COVID-19 and the importance of implementing health protocols. However, challenges remain in ensuring consistent public adherence to these protocols. Therefore, a more sustainable educational strategy is needed, involving community leaders and utilizing digital media to raise awareness and reduce misinformation. With synergy between the government, academics, and the community, COVID-19 prevention efforts can be more optimal and contribute to long-term behavioral changes.

Abstract

Prospect Family Program (PKH) is one of the policies carried out by the government to decrease poverty level in Indonesian. PKH is to increase quality of the poorest family. The research was conducted on people who are members of the Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Prospect Family Program (PKH) in Kedondong Raye Village, Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the Prospect Family Program on Community Welfare in Kedondong Raye Village, Banyuasin Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 44 used purposive sampling technical approach Slovin formula. The method research is to find out the effect of Prospect Family Program variable effected to the welfare used simple regression analysis, partial significance test and the coefficient of determination (R Square). The analysis showed R square was 0.603, which means that the percentage of the prospect FamilyProgram (PKH) variable to welfare was 60.3%. The result of this research how Prospect Family Program effected Positively and significant to welfare At Kedondong Raye Banyuasin without the other variables not included in the regression method.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, kepemimpinan wanita semakin mendapatkan perhatian di berbagai sektor dengan menerapkan peran penting yang dijalankan. Persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan wanita pun mengalami perubahan. Dalam hal ini yaitu kemampuan dan dedikasi wanita dalam memimpin semakin diakui secara luas dan positif di berbagai belahan dunia seiring dengan bukti keberhasilan dalam memimpin, meskipun terkadang menghadapi tantangan sosial dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menggambarkan peran kepemimpinan wanita  serta mengidentifikasi kebijakan yang diterapkan pada Kantor Dinas Perindustrian Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dalam mendukung kesetaraan gender.  Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami persepsi wanita dalam kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan wanita, khususnya di Dinas Perindustrian Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pencapaian dan keberhasilan organisasi, serta mendorong kesetaraan gender dalam lingkungan kerja, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya program dan pelatihan yang dikhususkan untuk wanita. Kepemimpinan dengan gaya transformasional dan demokratis berhasil meningkatkan kinerja, kedisiplinan, dan komunikasi diantara pegawai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya kebijakan kesetaraan gender untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih terbuka dan mendukung kontribusi maksimal dari seluruh pihak, baik pria maupun wanita.

Abstract

Perlindungan hukum terhadap hak atas tanah merupakan aspek krusial dalam sistem pertanahan nasional. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, Kementerian Agraria dan Tata ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) meluncurkan aplikasi SENTUH TANAHKU sebagai inovasi digital untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aplikasi tersebut dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap hak atas tanah, khususnya di Kecamatan Kalidoni, Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis-empiris, mengkaji data primer dari wawancara serta data sekunder dari dokumen hukum dan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SENTUH TANAHKU memberikan kemudahan akses informasi pertanahan, tetapi masih ditemukan kendala dalam implementasi teknis dan pemahaman masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan kebijakan pelayanan digital pertanahan dan perlindungan hukum hak atas tanah.
