Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan refleksi sosial dalam kumpulan puisi Perjamuan Khong Guan karya Joko Pinurbo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan untuk memudahkan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai refleksi sosial yang terdapat dalam puisi Agama Khong Guan, Doa Khong Guan, Doa Orang Sibuk yang 24 Jam Sehari Berkantor di Ponselnya, Malam Minggu di Angkringan, Wawancara Kerja, Demokrasi, Pesta, Uang Minnah, Kabar Burung, Senja Minnah, dan Aku Tuh Minnah karya Joko Pinurbo. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat refleksi sosial pada aspek budaya yang meliputi kepercayaan/agama dan politik dalam puisi Agama Khong Guan, Doa Khong Guan, Doa Orang Sibuk yang 24 Jam Sehari Berkantor di Ponselnya, Malam Minggu di Angkringan, Wawancara Kerja, Demokrasi, dan Pesta. Refleksi sosial pada aspek lingkungan sosial yang meliputi hubungan sosial dan profesi dalam puisi , Uang Minnah dan Kabar Burung. Refleksi sosial pada aspek ekonomi yang meliputi gaya hidup dalam puisi Senja Minnah, dan Aku Tuh Minnah karya Joko Pinurbo.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan makna, fungsi, dan sitem nilai sastra lisan mantra ritual kaghotino buku pada masyarakat Muna. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan - Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat naturalistic atau dilakukan pada kondisi alamiah dan kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif yang lebih menekankan makna daripada generalisasi. Analisis data meliputi; 1) analisis makna, analisis ini digunakan untuk mengungkap makna di balik setiap tuturan atau kata pada mantra ritual kaghotino buku; 2) analisis fungsi, digunakan untuk melihat fungsi keberadaan mantra ritual kaghotino buku bagi masyarakat Muna (pelaksana ritual) dan 3) analisis sistem nilai, digunakan untuk menganalisis seperangkat nilai yang terkandung dalam mantra ritual kaghotino buku (nilai sosial, nilai psikologis dan pedagogis, nilai religius, serta nilai intelektual dan kecerdasan) Temuan/ Hasil - berdasarkan analisis makna,fungsi, dan sistem nilai yang terkandung dalam mantra ritual kaghotino buku ditemukan bahwa mantra ini berisi permohonan pada Tuhan serta pada kekutan gaib lainnya (arwah leluhur, jin, dan sebagainya) agar peserta ritual deberi kesehatan, kekuatan, umur panjang, kelancaran rezeki, kehidupan yang baik, serta dijauhkan dari segala bahaya. Mantra ritual kaghotino buku dapat membangkitkan kesadaran masayarakat setempat atas kekuasaan Tuhan dalam hidupnya. Mendorong insan untuk selalu mengingat dan mendekatknya diri dengan Tuhan baik bentuk ibadah maupun prilaku sosial.

Abstract

This research is a study of literary works (novels) which aims to describe a structure in the story in detail and in detail. This research discusses story facts and themes in the novel Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah. The aim of this research is to describe story facts and themes in the novel Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah. This research is library research. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research data is written data, namely all story elements related to story facts and themes in the novel Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah. The data source in this research is the novel entitled Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah, published by Asoka Aksara X Loveable (2021). The data collection technique in this research is using intensive reading techniques and analytical reading techniques. Furthermore, this research will be analyzed using a structural approach. The results of this research show that the novel Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah has 2 main characters and 15 additional characters. The flow used is a mixed flow because apart from using a forward flow there is also a backward flow in each event. The settings in the novel Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah are Nadhira's house, class, school canteen, law faculty, Dikta's house, library, parking lot, faculty canteen, hospital, bus stop, cafe, Jodi boarding house, Sentul rest area , Secretary of HIMA, School Rooftop, Beach and cemetery. The time setting in the novel Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah is morning, afternoon, afternoon and evening. The social setting in the novel Dikta and Hukum by Dhia'an Farah is thick with beliefs, traditions and language.

Abstract

The novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye serves as the research basis for this study, which focuses on talking about societal issues raised in the book. A novel is a piece of prose fiction that describes the difficult existence of a fictional character or persona. An author's literary works often address societal issues that the author want to make readers aware of. Social difficulties are issues that run counter to societal standards and ideals. What societal issues are raised in Tere Liye's novel Tanah Para Bandit is the wording of the research problem. The purpose of this study is to outline the societal issues raised by Tere Liye's novel Tanah Para Bandit. A qualitative descriptive method was used in this investigation. The research's source material is Tere Liye's novel Tanah Para Bandit, which addresses societal challenges. The data source is Tere Liye's book Tanah Para Bandit, published in 2023 by PT Sabakgrip Nusantara. The methods of analysis and close reading were both used to collect the data for this investigation. The data analysis process employs a literary sociology technique that focuses on the sociology of literary works. The sociological approach to literature focuses on the topic of literary works' contents, objectives, and other components alluded to in the work itself, as well as how these relate to society concerns and the intended message or purpose. Eight different types of social problems were identified as a result of research on the themes of social problems in Tere Liye's novel Tanah Para Bandit. These problems included issues with poverty, violence, family disarray, the younger generation, breaking community norms, population, the environment, and crime.

Abstract

The problem of this research is what is meant by conflict between characters in the novel Marveluna by Ita Krn? This research aims to describe the conflict between characters in the novel Marveluna by Ita Krn. One of the benefits is as reference material for further research, especially character conflicts in a novel. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This research is referred to as library research. The data source in this research is a novel entitled Marveluna by Ita Krn published by Kawah Media, Jakarta, 2022 with a thickness of 332 pages. The technique used to collect data in this research is analytical reading techniques. Data analysis techniques This research uses a structural approach. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the conflict contained in the novel Marveluna by Ita Krn is in the form of internal conflict and external conflict. Meanwhile, internal conflict is the inner conflict experienced by the characters in the novel Marveluna. while external conflict is the physical conflict experienced by the characters in the novel Marveluna by Ita Krn.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of students' learning difficulties in learning to write short stories in class IX of SMP Negeri 1 Kusambi, West Muna Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were class IX who had difficulty in writing short stories. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the study with reference to several internal factors, it shows that the cognitive aspect is the main obstacle, where around 74.7% of students have difficulty understanding the structure of short stories (for example, plot and setting) and 78.1% of students admit to having difficulty in mastering vocabulary. In addition, affective factors such as low learning motivation (68.9%) and lack of self-confidence (64.4%) also contribute to the difficulty of writing short stories. Meanwhile, the psychomotor aspect, which includes writing skills and motor skills in writing, also shows obstacles, although the percentage is relatively lower when compared to cognitive and effective factors. External factors from the external side, family environmental support, although still low (inadequate learning facilities at home around 59.8%) also influence the process of learning to write short stories. The social environment that does not support literacy activities in the surrounding area is also an obstacle. In the school environment, less interesting learning methods (71.2% of students) and unsupportive school facilities (65.5% of students) further worsen the condition. Furthermore, teachers who provide less writing practice (77.0% of students) indicate that opportunities for structured writing practice are still minimal.
