Abstract

Abstrak Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) merupakan salah satu kebijakan pemerintah yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan pemerataan pendidikan di Indonesia, namun dalam pelaksanaannya pemberian beasiswa dari program ini masih dijumpai banyak kasus yang kurang tepat sasaran. Salah satu permasalahannya adalah masih ditemukan siswa penerima bantuan pendidikan yang berasal dari keluarga yang mampu, sedangkan siswa yang kurang mampu justru tidak mendapatkan bantuan. Sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem klasifikasi berbasis web yang dapat mengklasifikasikan siswa layak atau tidak untuk mendapatkan PIP. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma -nearest neighbor untuk mengklasifikasikan siswa penerima beasiswa PIP. Penelitian ini menggunakan data siswa/i SMAN 1 Sinunukan, Mandailing Natal yang didapat melalui penyebaran angket sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dilakukan preprocessing data dengan menggunakan Label Encoder dan Normalisasi Min-Max. Data dibagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu data training dan data testing. -fold cross validation digunakan untuk menentukan nilai yang optimal. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan untuk implentasi algoritma -nearest neighbor dalam klasifikasi kelayakan penerima beasiswa PIP yaitu sebesar 70% dengan nilai .

Abstract

This research originates from the reality on the ground, for students' academic grades on the subject of geometry, especially the area of flat shapes, is very low. After being identified, it turned out that the students really did not understand the questions, including the working procedures. This can be seen when students are given different questions. This situation is caused because students do not understand the basic concept of the area of a flat shape that is specific to squares and rectangles. This research is an effort to overcome the problems mentioned above, namely to increase students' understanding of the broad concept of flat shapes. a class action research conducted on third grade students at a public elementary school, to be precise Class A at SDN 321 Sinunukan involving 36 students. the principles of classroom action research (CAR) are used to understand the concept of the area of square and rectangular shapes. In their learning students carry out various activities in exploring the surrounding environment which in the end students find their own area of square and rectangular shapes (realistic mathematical approach) so that students are expected to be able to work on questions related to areadepth as a result of students really understand the concept of the area of a square and rectangle.In their learning activities students are assisted by a teaching tool (Mathematics tools) in the form of transparent plastic paper to help students measure the area of an area. in each cycle it is carried out through a series of processes in the form of plans (planning), act/do (action), observation (observation) and reflection (reflection)

Abstract

Teachers almost never carry out learning that is oriented towards higher order thinking skills (HOTS). The author also rarely uses learning media. As a result, the learning atmosphere in the classroom is stiff and the children don't look cheerful. .based on the results of interviews with several students, information was obtained that (a) students were lazy to attend lessons that were mostly carried out by the teacher by means of lectures (b) apart from lectures, the method that was always used by the teacher was assignments or homework (PR). Some students claim to be bored with tasks that are only theoretical. To face the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, students must be equipped with higher-order thinking skills. One of the HOTS-oriented learning models and suggested in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is the Discovery Learning learning model. Discovery learning is a learning process that occurs when students are not presented with information directly but students are required to organize their understanding of that information independently. After carrying out the mathematics learning model of Discovery Learning, the authors found that the learning processes and results of students increased. Better than previous studies. When the Discovery Learning model was applied to other VIII graders, it turned out that the students' learning processes and outcomes were just as good. Discovery Learning learning practices that work well, the authors conclude as a HOTS-oriented learning best practice with the Discovery Learning model.

Abstract

The results of observations in the classroom when mathematics learning was taking place, class VI students tended to be passive and students' mathematics learning activities were very lacking. For mathematics lessons, the average score obtained by class VI students in the weight measurement material, which was the material before this research was carried out, was 50.37 and the percentage of students who reached the learning completion standard was 33.33%. This value is very far from the percentage of students who reach the teaching and learning completion standards (SKBM) set at SD Negeri 327 Sinunukan, which is 60%. This classroom action research (PTK) was carried out for 2 months using the game method in an effort to increase the mathematics learning activity and performance of class VI students at SDN 327 Sinunukan, Sinunukan. The research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings through the following stages: planning, observation and reflection. The data collection technique is carried out through observation sheets at each meeting by observers to see data about learning activities, while data about learning outcomes is obtained through daily test scores and student mathematics learning achievements in cycle 1 and cycle 2. Results obtained from Classroom Action Research (PTK ) through the game method model, shows an increase in student activity results, especially activities for preparing places, materials and tools by 55.56%, activities to express ideas by 66.67% and reading game rules and books by 74.04%. %. Based on data on student mathematics learning achievement, the class average score in cycle I was 69.62, increasing to 73.51 in cycle II. The percentage of students who achieved the completion standard also increased in cycle I by 88.88% (Good Category), increasing to 100% (Special Category) in cycle II.

Abstract

The ability to absorb the national assessment of logarithmic function content for SMA Negeri 1 Sinunukan in 2020 and 2021 is very low. This low learning ability may be caused by the implementation of less effective learning strategies. Therefore, there is a need to use more effective learning strategies so that students master mathematics. especially the material on logarithmic functions becomes better and students' learning motivation also changes for the better. One learning strategy that is considered to have the potential to improve academic achievement and increase motivation to learn mathematics is the SAVI learning model. The aim of this research is to find out whether the learning model SAVI can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of logarithm material for class Both cycles use the SAVI learning model. 0.97 in cycle I increased in cycle II to 77.56

Abstract

Di bidang Pembelajaran & Pengembangan (L&D) yang berkembang, para profesional sering mengandalkan penilaian, diagnostik, dan alat pembuatan profil untuk memandu keputusan tentang bakat, kepemimpinan, dan efektivitas tim. Namun, banyak dari alat ini, meskipun banyak digunakan, seringkali tidak memiliki ketelitian ilmiah yang diperlukan untuk aplikasi yang kredibel. Makalah ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya validitas dan reliabilitas sebagai prinsip dasar dalam memilih dan menggunakan alat penilaian dalam L&D. Validitas memastikan bahwa alat secara akurat mengukur apa yang diklaimnya, sementara reliabilitas menjamin konsistensi di seluruh waktu, situasi, atau penilai. Kami menguraikan jenis validitas utama—konten, konstruksi, kriteria, dan wajah—dan berbagai bentuk reliabilitas, seperti pengujian-pengujian, inter-penilai, dan konsistensi internal. Perbedaan ditarik antara validitas alat dan ketepatan teori yang mendukungnya, menekankan bahwa instrumen andal yang dibangun di atas model yang cacat masih dapat menyesatkan. Selanjutnya, makalah ini membahas penyalahgunaan korelasi sebagai pengganti sebab-akibat, kesalahan umum yang mengarah pada interpretasi data yang tidak valid. Panduan praktis diberikan bagi non-ahli statistik untuk menilai alat secara kritis dengan mempertanyakan bukti, meninjau landasan teoretis, dan mengenali tanda bahaya dalam klaim vendor. Pada akhirnya, makalah ini menganjurkan pendekatan berdasarkan bukti dalam L&D, mendorong para profesional untuk memprioritaskan alat dan model yang divalidasi secara empiris, didasarkan secara teoritis, dan relevan secara praktis. Dengan demikian, praktisi L&D dapat membuat keputusan orang yang lebih baik, memengaruhi budaya secara etis, dan meningkatkan kredibilitas profesi.

Abstract

Abstract This research thoroughly discusses the mid-semester assessment application based on information and communication technology which is implemented at the Lenterahati Islamic boarding school elementary school, namely the Quizzizz application. The aim of this research is to find out what things are implemented in the Quizziz application and what are the benefits of the Quizziz application. The research method used is a qualitative approach using descriptive studies. The sample in this research were teachers in grades 4, 5 and 6. Data collection was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of Quizziz at SD Negeri 01 Sinunukan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal has been implemented for 2 semesters or 1 year and is used by grades 4, 5 and 6. This Quizziz application is a very useful application to lighten the workload of educators (teachers) and for students This quizziz application is very useful and fun in answering and working on quiz questions given by the teacher. In conclusion, the application of information and communication technology in the world of education is very important and mandatory so that good educational qualities can be implemented in accordance with the initial objectives in accordance with the benefits of providing education.

Abstract

Abstract The role of the school principal as a leader in the education process and improving the quality of human resources related to teacher professionalism is needed. One of the roles of the school principal is as a supervisor in the learning process. Through the supervisor's duties, it is hoped that the school principal will be able to provide evaluations in the implementation of the Main Duties and Functions of teachers so as to create teacher professionalism. In this study, we tried to improve the results of teacher supervision carried out over 2 cycles, with results increasing in each cycle. In cycle 1, the RPP assessment showed that there were 8 respondents who got very good marks and 3 respondents who got good scores. for the assessment of supervision of visits in the classroom, it showed that there were 8 respondents who got very good marks and 3 who got good scores. The average results of the instruments for assessing Learning Plans and Observations in the classroom showed 8 respondents who got very good scores and 3 who got good scores. in cycle 2 for the RPP assessment, it showed that there were 9 respondents who got very good marks and 2 respondents who got good scores. For the assessment of supervision of visits in the classroom, it was shown that there were 10 respondents who got very good marks and 1 who got good marks. The average results of the instruments for assessing Learning Plans and Observations in the classroom showed 9 respondents who got very good scores and 2 who got good scores. Another result obtained in this classroom action research was that although the assessment predicate remained very good, there was an increase in the scores obtained from cycle 1 to cycle 2. in cycle 1 the score for very good was still in the range of eight tens, but in cycle 2 the score for very good was in the range of 90. With these results, this research was considered successful in accordance with the established success criteria.

Abstract

Abstrak Persaingan dunia pendidikan menjadi fokus utama didalam dunia global, termasuk pendidikan matematika didalamnya. Peran pendidikan matematika menjadi peran penting dimasyarakat dalam menyiapkan dan membentuk sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki beberapa kompetensi sebagai fondasi pendidikannya, seperti kompetensi analitik, kompetensi interpersonal, kemampuan untuk bertindak, kemampuan untuk memproses informasi, dan kemampuan untuk mengelola perubahan. Kompetensi-kompetensi tersebut dilatihkan kepada siswa/siswi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung agar siswa/siswi memahami akan pentingnya pendidikan matematika dalam kehidupan sehari- hari dimasyarakat. Metode yang digunanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitiatif, karena permasalahan penelitian ini alamiah dari kehidupan masyarakat islami, yang hasilnya dianalisis sesuai data yang diperoleh. Pada artikel ini dijelaskan peran pendidikan matematika dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia guna membangun masyarakat islam modern yaitu masyarakat yang menjalankan prinsip islami di tengah-tengah perkembangan zaman dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin modern. Karakter yang dibangun dalam belajar matematika misalnya kejujuran dan keterbukaan, konsisten, ketelitian, percaya diri, kerja keras, berjiwa wirausaha, berfikir logis, mandiri, ingin tahu dan cinta ilmu.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya penerapan teknologi, pembelajaran yang masih menerapkan sistem tradisional dan konvensional dalam pembelajaran matematika. Faktor lainnya adalah kurangnya sumber belajar dalam mencari informasi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis model Blended Learning yang memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi yaitu Google Classroom pada materi trigonometri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan/research development (R&D). Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa bahan ajar/modul ajar. Objek penelitian ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan veru berikut penambahan fitur baru di Aplikasi Google Classroom (combine academia.edu). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru matematika dan siswa/siswi Kelas X SMA N 2 Padangsidimpuan dengan jumlah siswa 36 Orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah validasi perangkat ajar, uji praktikalitas perangkat ajar dan uji efektivitas perangkar ajar. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data digunakan uji validasi, uji-t, observasi, angket, pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kevalidan bahan ajar 86,58% sangat valid digunakan, kepraktisan bahan ajar sebesar 80,54% cukup valid digunakan siswa dan efektivitas sebesar 85,94% sangat efektif digunakan siswa dan guru dan keefektivitasan sebesar t-tabel 1,697, t-hitung 18,4, t-hitung > t-tabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan Bahan Ajar yang teruji kevalidannya, kepraktisannaya dan keefektivannya teruji kepraktikalitasannya dan sangat efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika materi trigonometri.
