Abstract

The success of curriculum implementation depends on the policies implemented and the effectiveness of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators. Teachers have an important role in facilitating and guiding the student learning process at school by utilizing digitalization. The rapid and rapid development of technology provides a lot of room for teachers to continue to improve their competence. The results of observations obtained that the competence of junior high school teachers in the Sukraja sector, especially in the field of digitalization technology, is still not optimal in utilizing learning media in the classroom. The community service program answers this challenge with the aim that junior high school teachers in the Sukaraja sector can maximize their abilities in carrying out their obligations in the learning process so that they can improve student learning outcomes. Mentoring activities are carried out for two months every Saturday by optimizing the role of the Sukaraja sector junior high school teacher learning community. Based on the results of the feedback (Pre-test and Post-test) that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an increase in aspects of participant abilities in utilizing technology and using learning media in the learning process in the classroom which is significant from the results of the Pre-test and Post-test reliability analysis with a correlation value reaching 0.961. This also indicates that there is an influence of increasing partner skills related to the mentoring that has been given and based on the results of validation of the resulting learning media products, the quality of the products produced is better.

Abstract

Apotek Mitra Sehat merupakan salah satu apotek yang berada di daerah Manna Bengkulu Selatan. Dalam operasionalnya, Apotek Mitra Sehat ini menyediakan pembelian obat-obatan dengan resep dokter (obat yang diharuskan menggunakan resep) ataupun bukan. Akan tetapi Apotek Mitra Sehat belum dapat memprediksi pemasokan data obat berdasarkan data transaksi. Karena data penjualan yang ada hanya sebatas data yang disimpan untuk laporan saja dan belum diolah sedemikian rupa untuk dimanfaatkan kembali. Untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan produk yang dapat disesuaikan dengan permintaan pasar Apotek Mitra Sehat belum menggunakan sistem dan masih dihitung secara manual. Oleh karena dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Hash Based dalam pengelompokan data penjualan obat pada Apotek Mitra Sehat. Sehingga dengan mudah dapat menentukan dan mengklasifikasikan penjualan obat yang tinggi. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Setelah dilakukan proses Hash Based pada Apotek Mitra Sehat dengan uji data maka didapatkan hasil tingkat penjualan produk tertinggi di Apotek Mitra Sehat. Hal ini dapat dijadikan acuan oleh Apotek Mitra Sehat untuk persediaan  obat bulan berikutnya.

Abstract

Sertifikasi guru adalah proses peningkatan mutu dan uji kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam mekanisme teknis yang telah diatur oleh pemerintah. SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan belum menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam merekomendasikan guru untuk mengikuti uji sertifikasi. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk proses transparansi dalam penilaian kinerja guru disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah/memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam memverifikasi dan merekomendasikan data guru yang akan mengikuti uji sertifikasi dari Diknas. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) di SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan ini dibuat menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Aplikasi ini dapat menampung data guru yang akan direkomendasikan untuk mengikuti uji sertifikasi di SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat digunakan dalam menentukan guru yang layak direkomendasikan untuk mengikuti uji sertifkasi di SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan maka tidak terdapat error pada sistem dan hasil rata – rata jawaban responden yang mencapai 53% menjawab sangat setuju, 26% menjawab setuju, 14% menjawab kurang setuju dan hanya 14% responden yang menjawab tidak setuju. Maka dengan hasil pengolahan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya sistem ini sudah layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Pemilihan Balita Sehat di UPTD Puskesmas Ipuh dapat di katakan masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Karena proses pemilihan Balita Sehat masih mengunakan blangko sebagai media penilaian Balita Sehat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan balita sehat pada UPTD Puskesmas Ipuh. Penelitian yang dilakukan membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan pertimbangan dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan pemilihan untuk pemilihan Balita Sehat di UPTD Puskesmas Ipuh dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai basis dalam pengolahan data untuk perengkingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan Databse MySQL. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, dengan sample data yang digunakan maka didapatkan hasil bahwa aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan penilaian balita sehat. Abstract

The Kaur District Fisheries Service annually has a grant assistance program for fishermen such as the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. So far, the process of providing assistance is still carried out manually, starting from collecting data on fishermen groups to determining whether grant assistance for fishing groups is feasible or not. Of course, this requires quite a long time and in addition, the process of submitting proposals is still done manually, so there is often a backlog of documents at the Kaur District Fisheries Office. Analysis of the Promethee Method in providing recommendations for fishermen groups who are eligible for grant assistance was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language (IDE Visual Studio 2010) and SQL Server 2008 database. Based on data from fisherman groups as many as 4 fisherman groups which have been analyzed using the Promethee Method, the results obtained that the Meluang Jaya fishermen group has the highest net flow promethee value compared to the 3 other groups, namely the Meluang Jaya Fishermen Group, it is recommended to receive grant assistance from the Kaur District Fisheries Service. Based on the results of system testing that has been carried out, the functionality of the recommendation application for fishermen groups who are eligible for grant assistance at the Kaur District Fisheries Service has been running as expected.

Abstract

The Merdeka curriculum is a curriculum that, in its learning process, refers to an approach based on talents and interests. One way to implement the Merdeka curriculum effectively is by optimizing learning communities within educational institutions. However, teachers face challenges in applying differentiated learning. This community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge and competencies of the learning community of junior high school teachers in the Sukaraja sector in implementing the Merdeka curriculum through the utilization of digital-based technology. The method used consists of three stages: preparation, workshop implementation, and evaluation. The results indicate that 86% of teachers experienced an increase in understanding and knowledge, 87% acquired new skills, and 75% produced high-quality outputs. This demonstrates that the empowerment activities significantly contributed to improving teachers' skills in implementing the Merdeka curriculum through digital-based technology utilization.

Abstract

Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu is one of the privately owned public hospitals and is one of the type C hospitals in the Bengkulu region. Bhayangkara Hospital provides services in the field of leave applications to employees who want to apply for leave. So far, the employee leave application system is still manual and through a process that is not fast enough, where employees must seek approval from the hospital director and then submit the leave application form provided, therefore this leave application still cannot provide an opportunity for employees to apply for leave online. The decision support system (SPK) for leave applications using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method can be accessed online with internet access via the web link: https: //cutipegawairsbhayangkarabkl.online/. This decision support system application was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application has embedded the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method which is used to apply for annual leave based on the criteria taken by employees. This application can assist in making decisions in applying for leave, employees can access the application starting from entering the Username and password to getting the results of the leave application whether the leave is accepted or not. Based on system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has run well and this decision support system can provide results for leave applications based on the values and weights taken from employee criteria through the stages of the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method.

Abstract

Abstract: Decision Support System for evaluating projects of student at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City using the Vikor Method can simplify the process of managing student project evaluation data while providing recommendations for the best student projects based on the final evaluation results in the form of rankings, sorted from the lowest to the highest Q index scores obtained by each student. Based on the data used for the project scores of Informatics subject for Grade X ULP 1 in the first semester of 2024/2025 academic year, involving 12 students, the results show that the project evaluation using the Vikor Method successfully identified 4 students with the highest scores. Based on the system testing conducted, it can be concluded that the decision support system application for student project assessment at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City has been functioning well and successfully implemented the Vikor method on student project assessment data per academic year, ranking scores from the lowest to the highest. Keywords: Decision Support System, Student Project Assessment, the Vikor Method Abstrak: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk penilaian proyek siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu menggunakan Metode Vikor dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan data penilaian proyek siswa, sekaligus memberikan  rekomendasi proyek siswa yang terbaik berdasarkan hasil akhir penilaian berupa ranking dengan mengurutkan nilai indeks Q terendah ke nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh setiap siswa/i. Berdasarkan data yang digunakan pada nilai proyek mata pelajaran Informatika Kelas X ULP 1 Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 12 siswa/i, diperoleh hasil bahwa penilaian proyek melalui tahapan Metode Vikor berhasil mengidentifikasi 4 siswa/i dengan nilai terbaik. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian proyek siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu telah berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil menjalankan proses metode Vikor terhadap data penilaian proyek siswa per tahun ajaran dan mengurutkan nilai dari nilai terendah ke nilai tertinggi. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Penilaian Proyek Siswa,  Metode Vikor

Abstract

PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finane Tbk Bengkulu City is one of the companies engaged in the financing of four-wheeled vehicles. Since its inception on December 12, 1994, as a Multifinance Company, BPF has obtained a business license for a Financing Institution from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia which includes Financial Lease, Factoring, Credit Card and Consumer Finance. The company has not used a special application in determining the selection of new employee recruitment, and is still using it manually like one-on-one for the selection of new employees, so it is possible that the selection of employees is often long. One method that can solve this problem is by using the naive bayes classifier method, because the naive bayes classifier method is a method for solving multiple decision-making criteria, so the final calculation result has a probability for data analysis of new employee recruitment as the final output. Based on the results of observations using 50 applicant data, of which 30 data is accepted and 20 data is not accepted. With this method, it helps the company to find out which probability is the greatest to be able to help in overcoming the existing problems

Abstract

Abstract: Cyberpsychology focuses on the impact of digital technology and the internet on behavior and interaction between individuals as creatures socially. This research explore data mapping related to the mental condition of health students in midwifery, nursing and nutrition study programs at three different higher education so as to find balanced data mapping related to students' psychological conditions regarding current advances in digital and internet technology which have an impact on aspects of addiction, existence, self-confidence, privacy, anxiety and social interactions between individuals. This research used developmental and qualitative methods. The questionnaire items were validated by experts and tested using the Dick & Carey, 2015 development model and the distribution of the questionnaire was carried out online with a total of 384 student respondents.  Research showed that the health aspect of internet addiction students was 74.5%, impact on social was 61.8%, digital well-being was 80.8%, social comparison was 70, 7%, digital mental health at 68.1%, and fear of missing out at 76.2%, based on these aspects it was in the high category, while the aspect of worry about being a victim of cyberbullying was 48.6% in the low category.  Health students were not yet fully equipped with soft skills in mastering technology, especially digital literacy, so they cannot detect early the negative impact of digital on their mental health as potential health workers professional. Keywords: Cyber, psychology, students, mental health, digital literacy. Abstrak: Siberpsikologi berfokus pada dampak teknologi digital dan internet terhadap perilaku dan interaksi antar individu sebagai makhluk sosial. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pemetaan data terkait kondisi mental mahasiswa kesehatan di program studi kebidanan, keperawatan, dan gizi di tiga perguruan tinggi yang berbeda untuk menemukan pemetaan data yang seimbang terkait kondisi psikologis mahasiswa terkait kemajuan teknologi digital dan internet terkini yang berdampak pada aspek kecanduan, eksistensi, kepercayaan diri, privasi, kecemasan, dan interaksi sosial antar individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan dan kualitatif. Item kuesioner divalidasi oleh para ahli dan diuji menggunakan model pengembangan Dick & Carey, 2015, dan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara daring dengan total 384 responden mahasiswa. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek kesehatan mahasiswa adiksi internet sebesar 74,5%, dampak pada sosial sebesar 61,8%, kesejahteraan digital sebesar 80,8%, perbandingan sosial sebesar 70,7%, kesehatan mental digital sebesar 68,1%, dan rasa takut ketinggalan sebesar 76,2%, berdasarkan aspek-aspek tersebut berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan aspek kekhawatiran menjadi korban cyberbullying sebesar 48,6% berada pada kategori rendah. Mahasiswa kesehatan belum sepenuhnya dibekali soft skills dalam penguasaan teknologi, terutama literasi digital, sehingga mereka belum dapat mendeteksi dini dampak negatif digital terhadap kesehatan mental mereka sebagai calon tenaga kesehatan profesional. Kata kunci: Cyber, psikologi, mahasiswa, kesehatan mental, literasi digital.
