Abstract

Pertumbuhan penggunaan layanan e-wallet di Indonesia meningkat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, khususnya pada platform DANA dan GoPay yang menjadi dua layanan dompet digital paling dominan. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat banyak variasi pengalaman dan persepsi pengguna yang tercermin dalam ulasan pada marketplace maupun media sosial. Analisis terhadap ulasan tersebut sangat penting untuk memahami pola kepuasan, keluhan, dan ekspektasi pengguna guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengambil topik analisis pengelompokan ulasan pengguna untuk mengidentifikasi kelompok opini dominan yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis penyedia layanan e-wallet.  Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data ulasan pengguna, pembersihan teks (preprocessing), ekstraksi fitur menggunakan Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), serta proses pengelompokan menggunakan algoritma K-Means dan K-Medoids. Kedua algoritma ini dibandingkan untuk melihat model klasterisasi yang paling optimal berdasarkan nilai silhouette score.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode mampu membentuk klaster opini yang jelas, seperti klaster kepuasan layanan, kecepatan transaksi, keluhan keamanan, dan masalah verifikasi akun. Namun, algoritma K-Medoids memberikan stabilitas klaster yang lebih baik pada data ulasan yang mengandung noise, sementara K-Means menunjukkan performa lebih efisien pada dataset berukuran besar. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar penting bagi penyedia e-wallet dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan layanan berbasis data.

Abstract

MSMEs have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and improving people's welfare. However, many MSMEs face challenges in operational efficiency and workplace management. The 5R concept (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, and Rajin) is a method that has been proven to increase productivity and work efficiency. This community service activity was carried out by the Lecturer Team of the University of Computer Science and Technology who held a 5R Training for 20 MSME actors in Sugihan Village, Tengaran District, Semarang Regency. This training aims to improve understanding and application of the 5R principles in the work environment, so that MSMEs can operate more efficiently and increase competitiveness. The methods used include theory sessions, discussions, and questions and answers. The results of the training activities, participants were able to absorb 80% of the material provided related to the implementation of 5R, related to increasing awareness of the importance of workplace organization, production efficiency, and cleanliness and safety of the business environment. It is hoped that in the future, participants through this training can provide real benefits in increasing productivity and the quality of their products.

Abstract

There are differences in the influence of inflation and interest rates on profitability (ROA) in banks that fall into categories on the IDX. Objectives: 1. Determine whether interest rates can partially influence profitability (ROA). 2. Determine whether inflation can partially influence profitability (ROA). 3. Determine how the inflation rate and interest rates (Bi Rate) affect profitability (ROA) simultaneously. This elitism in testing is carried out to determine the influence when inflation and interest rates occur which can affect profitability (ROA) in banking. In this research the researcher used the Associative Research method. The samples taken in the research carried out were 4 banks registered on the IDX. Results: 1. Interest rates have a partial effect on profitability (ROA). 2. Inflation also partially influences profitability (ROA). 3. Inflation and interest rates simultaneously have an influence, namely simultaneously on profitability (ROA).
