Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the active personality habits of student exchange in the Modul Nusantara movement toward their level of participation in sports and the risk of psychological impacts during the inbound activity. This study did not include a review of the Modul Nusantara activity process and lectures based on scientific areas. Methods: This study utilises a quantitative descriptive research design, combining two methods: survey and bibliometric analysis. The primary goal is to identify barriers in engaging in sports among specific students who participate in the Modul Nusantara activity. The participants were selected from a list of 99 student populations. These students were accepted by Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta to participate in student exchanges under the MBKM program, which is facilitated by the PMM scheme administered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. Participants were selected using a population of 85 individuals, including 37 males and 48 females, who voluntarily participated part in generating the information.  The study used questionnaires to assess motives engaging sports activity through exercise barrier questionnaires, as well as bibliometric measurements using digital learning media to verify the effects of obstacle activities on stress, depression, and anxiety levels. Data measurement analysis is conducted using descriptive statistical tests and calculation formulas that are based on the measurement category approach of each instrument, with a particular focus on the psychosocial element. Additional investigation into the association between variables related to barriers to physical activity, in connection to mental factors, including sub-indicators such as depression, anxiety, and stress. Results:  Distinct findings from the distribution of perception to the exercise motive questionnaire revealed that most participants expressed disagreement with the statements in the instrument. However, the second highest response, particularly among inbound students, demonstrated agreement with the 12 indicators of challenge motivations in exercise. Psychosocial aspect data revealed a leftward trend in the distribution of responses. Each question item reflects the individual's condition, with answers indicating experiences at a certain level or throughout a certain period of time, some time, or experiences that do not apply to the subject at all. A thorough investigation of each item related to the correlation between barrier to exercise and psychosocial aspects revealed that variables such as lack of a preferred exercise location in close location, unfamiliarity with the nearest exercise facility, living at a considerable distance from colleagues, a far-off exercise location, preference for activities besides exercise, laziness, lack of motivation to exercise, and insufficient time or minimal time allocation for exercise exhibit a strong correlation (r>0.05; p: <0.05) and a very powerful correlation (r>0.05; p: <0.01) with dimensions of depression, anxiety, and stress. At the same time, weather conditions are strongly correlated with depression and stress. Additional variables, plenty of college assignments (r: 0.298 > 0.05; p: 0.006 <0.05) and insufficient time for physical exercise (r: 0.355 > 0.05; p: 0.000 <0.01) are strongly and significantly associated only with anxiety. In contrast to other variables, lack of exercise among friends and family members proved to be rather unsatisfactory in terms of depression, anxiety, and stress. In conclusion, Objectives xdriving physical activity and exercise among students participating in the Modul Nusantara strongly associated with the likelihood of developing depression, anxiety, and stress. This, in turn, can lead to a decrease in the willingness to engage in physical activity, therefore reducing the chance of impaired immunity associated with mental illnesses.  More extensive study will be expected to explore in greater depth about the ratio of lectures load during inbound in each inbound students, possibilities for physical activity and recreation, and more thorough psychological factors.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Kader Posyandu dan Lansia dalam memahami penyakit degeneratif dan penanganannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini juga membekali keterampilan Self Massage penyakit degeneratif kepada Kader Posyandu dan Lansia yang berguna untuk mengurangi gejala yang timbul akibat peyakit degeneratif. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 1 hari pada hari Sabtu, 3 Agustus 2024 Pukul 08.00-11.00 yang diikuti oleh 60 peserta yang terdiri dari Kader Posyandu dan Lansia. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Posyandu Lansia Bougenville Iroyudan, Guwosari, Pajangan, Bantul. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kegiatan terdiri dari 2 sesi acara acara pertama yaitu sosialisasi penyakit degeneratif dan penanganannya yang diampu oleh narasumber. Acara kedua yaitu pelatihan Self Masssage Penyakit Degeneratif yang dipandu langsung oleh praktisi dengan cara demonstrasi dan praktik secara langsung. Hasil Kegiatan ditunjukan dengan mewawancari sampel sejumlah 5 orang lansia dan 5 orang kader posyandu sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Sebelum kegiatan hasil wawancara menunjukan peserta tidak paham tentang penyakit degeneratif dan cara penanganannya selain itu, peserta juga belum mengetahui teknik Self Massage untuk terapi penyakit degeneratif. Setalah pelatihan selesai wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil pelatihan yang menunjukan tingkat pemahaman peserta tentang penyakit degeneratif dan Self Massage menjadi meningkat.  Harapannya setelah kegiatan selesai ilmu yang didapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan keseharian mereka sehingga tercipta angka harapan hidup dan kesehatan lansia yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menampilkan hasil analisis strategi yang digunakan dalam menghadapi tantangan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam dengan guru PJOK dan peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Magelang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah peneliti sendiri dengan didukung alat bantu smartphone, catatan lapangan, kisi-kisi wawancara, catatan wawancara dan alat tulis. Method: Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis data reduksi dengan kategorisasi dan pembanding. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi (i) Strategi guru dalam penglibatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran PJOK yaitu dengan mengikuti pelatihan guru, pengimplementasian pada model pembelajaran, pengimplementasian pada proses pembelajaran, penggunaan dalam kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran. (ii) Strategi guru dalam kebermaknaan PJOK pada pembelajaran sepanjang hayat dalam penelitian ini yaitu melakukan pengorganisasian kelompok belajar yang fokus pada pembelajaran sikap dan efektif pada nilai-nilai P5 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ditemukan strategi guru yang digunakan untuk menghadapi tantangan baru pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada jenjang sekolah menengah atas. Strategi pembelajaran yang dikemas oleh guru PJOK untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut dilakukan menghasil variasi kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih beragam. STRATEGY FOR FACINNG THE INDEPENDENT LEARNING CURRICULUM AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMAN) 2 MAGELANGAbstractsThis study aims to present the results of the analysis of strategies used in facing the challenges of implementing the independent learning curriculum in Physical Education, Sports and Health subjects in Senior High Schools. The data collection technique used in this study was by using direct observation and in-depth interviews with PJOK teachers and class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Magelang. The research instrument used was the researcher himself supported by smartphone tools, field notes, interview grids, interview notes and stationery. Method: Data analysis used data reduction analysis with categorization and comparison. Data validity was obtained through triangulation. The results of this study include (i) Teacher strategies in involving technology in PJOK learning, namely by participating in teacher training, implementation in learning models, implementation in the learning process, use in learning evaluation activities. (ii) Teacher strategies in the meaningfulness of PJOK in lifelong learning in this study are organizing study groups that focus on learning attitudes and are effective in P5 values. The results of this study indicate that teacher strategies were found to be used to face new challenges in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at the high school level. The learning strategies packaged by PJOK teachers to face these challenges resulted in a more diverse variety of learning activities.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Downsyndrome children in exercising. This community service activity also improves the cognition of downsyndrome children to be better by doing sports activities. This activity can be a talent guide for downsyndrome children in the field of sports. This activity is composed of several posts that can hone downsyndrome children in terms of cognition with activities Arranging puzzles and matching shapes. To improve skills with posts to enter the ball, move the ball and kick the ball. This activity was carried out for 1 day on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 08.00-11.30 which was attended by 30 downsyndrome child participants. This activity was carried out at the Yogyakarta State University Community Sports Park (TOM). It is hoped that after the activity is completed, good cooperation can be established to explore the potential of downsyndrome children in increasing knowledge and skills in sports.

Abstract

Cedera olahraga dapat terjadi kapan saja, termasuk di lingkungan sekolah, terutama saat pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani. Guru PJOK berperan penting sebagai pihak pertama yang menangani kasus cedera di sekolah. Sayangnya, banyak guru belum memiliki keterampilan dasar pertolongan pertama yang memadai, sehingga perlu diberikan pelatihan khusus. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru PJOK SMP se-Kabupaten Kebumen dalam penanganan cedera dan masase olahraga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Service Learning berbasis Experiential Learning, dengan instrumen evaluasi berupa wawancara sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 14 Mei 2025, di Hotel Candisari Kebumen, dan diikuti oleh 90 guru PJOK. Kegiatan terdiri dari tiga sesi utama: sosialisasi cedera olahraga, pelatihan penanganan cedera, dan praktik masase olahraga bersama tenaga ahli. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pemahaman guru terhadap pertolongan pertama setelah pelatihan. Program ini berhasil memperkuat kesiapan guru dalam menangani cedera secara tepat di lingkungan sekolah. Diharapkan, pelatihan semacam ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang aman dan responsif terhadap risiko cedera fisik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis cara meningkatkan konsistensi pemain tenis lapangan junior Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experiment dengan melakukan 16 kali pertemuan dengan setiap minggu 4 sesi. Sample penelitian ini 20 atlet junior tenis Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan rentan umur 14-18 tahun yang tingkat konsistensi pukulan groundstrokenya masih rendah. Instrumen untuk tes yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan tenis lapangan (Sport Skill Tennis Test) Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan uji paired-t test, yaitu dengan maksud untuk membandingkan nilai rerata dari hasil pre test dan post test sebelum dan sesudah latihan superdrill perlakuan dengan sampel yang sama. Sebelum uji paired-t test, terlebih dahulu uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari latihan superdrill terhadap konsistensi atlet. Persentase peningkatan konsistensi sebesar 18,3% dan 27.31 %. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan program superdrill efektif untuk meningkatkan konsistensi atket tenis lapangan junior Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze how to improve the consistency of junior field tennis players in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research uses an experimental method by conducting 16 meetings with 4 sessions each week. The sample of this research was 20 junior tennis athletes of Yogyakarta Special Region with the age range of 14-18 years whose level of consistency of groundstrokes was still low. The instrument for the test used is the field tennis skill test (Sport Skill Tennis Test) The data analysis technique uses the paired-t test, which is with the intention of comparing the mean value of the pre-test and post-test results before and after superdrill training treatment with the same sample. Before the paired-t test, first the normality test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of superdrill training on the consistency of athletes. The percentage of consistency improvement is 18.3% and 27.31%. From these results it can be concluded that the superdrill program is effective for increasing the consistency of junior field tennis athletes in Yogyakarta Special Region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 SMA Kota Magelang tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Model evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu model evaluasi Stake Countenance Models. Populasi yaitu 7 sekolah yang mengunakan Kurikulum 2013. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, serta siswa yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yaitu angket, lembar observasi, dan lembar dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) kondisi siswa rata-rata berkategori sangat baik (2) kondisi guru rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (3) pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (4) kondisi sarana prasarana rata-rata berkategori baik, (5) perencanaan pembelajaran rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (6) pelaksanaan pembelajaran rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (7) pelaksanaan penilaian autentik rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, dan (8) hasil penilaian autentik  rata-rata berkategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata baik.
