Stunting not only has an impact on children's physical growth and development, but also has significant long-term implications for the quality of Indonesia's human resources (HR) in the future. Comprehensive and multi-sectoral stunting management efforts involving various parties need to be carried out. To analyze more deeply the intervention strategies that have been implemented in efforts to deal with stunting in Indonesia as a form of identifying approaches that have been proven successful and are relevant for the Indonesian context. This research uses the PRISMA literature review, through a digital library database that is connected to various scientific publication pages through keywords such as "Stunting", "Stunting Intervention", "Stunting Strategy", and "Stunting Program". Eligibility criteria use various types of methods The research includes quantitative, qualitative methods and reviews related to intervention strategies for handling stunting in Indonesia. Intervention strategies for handling stunting in Indonesia include three groups of programs, namely age-specific nutrition programs, nutrition and reproductive health education as well as strengthening posyandu and community health centers. Strategies Stunting prevention interventions in Indonesia must involve all stakeholders, prioritize preventive approaches, and encourage changes in community behavior. By strengthening government commitment and innovative cross-sector collaboration, it is hoped that Indonesia can overcome the challenge of stunting in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Based on the results of the initial survey, it is known that the highest number of Tb cases in Riau Province occurred in Pekanbaru City with 3361 cases. One of the Puskesmas working areas with the highest Tb cases is the Umbansari Puskesmas working area. The results of observations generally the community has a job with an income that is still below the minimum wage, meaning that the economic status in the community specifically suffering from Pulmonary TB is more prevalent than the economic status above the minimum wage standard. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between economic status and physical condition of the house with the incidence of Tb. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Umbansari Health Center work area in 2023. The sample amounted to 78 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between economic status (p value 0.000) and physical condition of the house (p value 0.011) with the incidence of Tb. It is suggested that the Puskesmas is expected to use the results of this study to improve contact investigation to reduce the incidence of TB and break the chain of transmission, especially related to contact history. Keywords: Economy, Physical House Condition, Tuberculosis

Abstract

Interactive technology-based learning is an innovative strategy to enhance nursing students' understanding, particularly on multidisciplinary topics such as wetland ecosystems. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Mentimeter as an interactive learning tool in improving nursing students' knowledge of the benefits and social determinants of wetland ecosystems. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with pretest and posttest design without a control group. The participants were 72 seventh-semester nursing students enrolled in the Wetland Ecosystem course. The intervention was conducted through offline learning sessions that utilized Mentimeter for quizzes, polls, and discussions focused on the benefits and social determinants of wetlands. The results showed an increase in students knowledge following the intervention. The pretest results indicated that 65% of students were in the “good” knowledge category, which increased to 87% in the posttest. The “sufficient” category decreased from 25% to 10%, and the “poor” category dropped from 10% to 4%. Overall, there was a 22% improvement in knowledge, with the majority of students reaching the “good” category. Student responses to the use of Mentimeter reflected a high level of satisfaction. Most students reported that this method enhanced their active participation, increased learning motivation, and made it easier to understand the material through engaging approaches. In conclusion, interactive learning using Mentimeter has proven effective in increasing nursing students' knowledge of the benefits and social determinants related to wetland ecosystems.

Abstract

Abstrack Background: Diabetes mellitus has a negative impact on both the psychological and physical well-being of patients. Most amputations experienced by DM patients can be prevented by performing foot care and engaging in physical exercises such as diabetic gymnastics and foot exercises. Aim: to identify the influence of diabetic exercise and foot exercise on ABI in type 2 DM patients. Method: This quasi-experimental study with a one group pre-test-post-test design involved 36 respondents divided into two groups. The research sample was recruited through consecutive sampling at the Endocrinology Clinic of RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. The intervention group was given diabetic exercises and foot exercises 3 times a week for 45 minutes over 4 weeks. ABI measurements were taken using a sphygmomanometer and Doppler. Results: Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. The research results show a significant difference in blood glucose levels between the intervention group (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study recommends that type 2 DM patients are expected to utilize diabetic foot exercises as a natural exercise for the prevention of complications in type 2 DM patients, particularly in the foot area.

Abstract

Welcoming the era society 5.0, Nursing Education make adjustment by implementing a digital-based and focused learning process Student Centered Learning (SCL). However, the problem that exists is lecturers still play an important role as the main learning source (Teacher Centered Learning). Students tend to be passive because they only listen to explanations of material from lecturers. EBook multimodality interactive developed to help improve lecturers' abilities in the digital field and help increase student interest in learning. This research aims to analyzing the effect of providing interactive multimodality EBooks using the SCL method on nursing students' learning interest in this era society 5.0. The research design used quasi experimental with post-test control group design. The research was conducted in September-November at the Nursing Study Program at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. The sample was 84 respondents with Total Sampling. Statistical test using independent sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. Measuring student interest in learning using a questionnaire. Significance value p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) with a value of 95% confidence interval amounting to 3,513-6,261 so it can be concluded that there is an influence of giving EBook multimodality interactive through the SCL method on nursing students' learning interest in this era society 5.0. EBook multimodality interactive developed can be applied by lecturers in every nursing course, making it easier for students to carry out independent learning and interact digitally.
