Abstract

This research aims to find out how taste and perceived quality influence purchasing decisions through purchase intention as an intervening variable (case study of customers at Mimi Restaurant, Tebing Tinggi City). The population in this research is Mimi Restaurant customers, with an average of 1520 customers per month. In determining the sample size, the Slovin formula was used, namely 75 respondents. The regression analysis method used is multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis the t test and path analysis test are used. The research data were analyzed or processed using the SPSS version 25 program. From the results of this research it can be concluded that taste influences the purchase interest variable, perceived quality influences the purchase interest variable, taste influences the purchase decision variable, quality perception influences the purchase decision variable. purchase decision, purchase interest has no effect on the purchase decision variable, purchase interest cannot mediate between the taste variable on the purchase decision, purchase interest cannot mediate between the quality perception variable on the purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna dianalisisnya pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Elians Sukses Sejahtera. Data lembur karyawan yang tidak konsisten menjadi dasar dilakukannya studi ini. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan 90 responden dari unit rodding plant. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang dirancang untuk mengukur stres kerja, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas. Pengaruh signifikan dari stres kerja terhadap produktivitas tidak ditemukan berdasarkan hasil analisis. Sebaliknya, motivasi kerja terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Meskipun tingkat signifikansinya berbeda, kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama diidentifikasi memengaruhi fluktuasi produktivitas di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Workload, and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Pabatu. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 282 employees in the harvesting division and a sample of 74 respondents, determined using the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results indicate that, partially, OHS and Workload do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with significance values ​​of 0.356 and 0.389, respectively. However, the Physical Work Environment variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a significance value of 0.012. Simultaneously, the three variables (OHS, Workload, and Physical Work Environment) have a significant influence on Employee Performance, with an F-value of 3.403 and a significance level of 0.022. The adjusted R² value of 0.090 indicates that 9% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by these three variables. These findings highlight the importance of managing the physical work environment effectively to improve performance, although attention to OHS and workload remains essential as part of a comprehensive human resource management strategy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the effect of compensation and the work environment on the performance of village officials with work motivation as an intervening variable''. (case study on Pergulaan village officials). The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Quantitative methods are a type of research that has a systematic, planned and structured approach from the start until the creation of the research design. The nature of the research in this study is replication. This research uses multiple linear analysis methods, multiple linear analysis methods are used to test the influence of two or more independent (explanatory) variables on the dependent variable. The results of the research show that compensation influences the work motivation of Pergulaan village officials, the work environment influences the work motivation of Pergulaan village officials, compensation influences the performance of Pergulaan village officials, the work environment influences the performance of Pergulaan village officials, motivation influences the performance of Pergulaan village officials, motivation can mediating the relationship between compensation and the performance of Pergulaan village officials, work motivation can mediate the relationship between the work environment and the performance of Pergulaan village officials.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Prior Experience and Trust on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study on Customers of PT. Pawnshop, Tebing Tinggi City Branch). The population in this study are all customers of PT. Tebing Tinggi Branch Pawnshop. In determining the sample used the slovin formula with purposive sampling technique, samples taken were 91 respondents. The analytical tool in this study used data processing using IBM SPSS 25.00 for windows. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, work placement and career development on employee job satisfaction (case study at Pt. Sinergi Inti Deksa Kuala Tanjung). The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00, which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to PT employees. Deksa Kuala Tanjung Core Synergy as many as 67 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this research are that the incentive variable (X1) has an effect on the workload variable which has an effect on job satisfaction, meaning that work placement has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has no effect on job satisfaction, workload, work placement and career development have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of facilities and reliability on loyalty and community trust as chicken rearing partners of Pt. Ciomas Animals Siantar as an Intervening Variable. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of Smart PLS version 3.0 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 96 consumers of Café BO & Resto Tebing Tinggi. The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. measurement model (outer model), namely validity test, reliability test, then the structural model (inner model) includes: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis testing with the t-statistic test and indirect effect test (indirect influence). The results of SPSS in this research are that the variable Facilities influences Trust, Reliability influences Trust, meaning that Facilities influences community loyalty, Reliability does not influence community loyalty, Trust influences community loyalty, trust can mediate the relationship between facilities and community loyalty, trust cannot mediate the relationship between reliability and community loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Nasabah Bank BRI Unit Ahmad Yani Tebing Tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25.00.yang dikumpulkan dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner kepada nasabah Bank BRI Unit Ahmad Yani Tebing Tinggi sebanyak 97 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas , uji multikolonearitas, uji heteroskedasitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), uji hipotesis yaitu uji T dan Uji F. Hasil dari SPSS dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah (Y), variabel kepercayaan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah (Y), dan Uji F kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan kepercayaan (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y).
