<![CDATA[This study describes the role of political parties to develop the concept of wawasan kebangsaan in Indonesia. This role relates to the law on political parties (Undang-Undang Partai Politik No. 31 Tahun 2003). In this law there are rules about political education for the community. The study found that the role of political parties is strategic to promote the concept of wawasan kebangsaan. But unfortunately there is a gap between planning and implementation of educa-tional insight in terms of wawasan kebangsaan and party themes. There are several factors that cause the condition. First, the political parties does not have large financial resources. Second, existing human resources have less political awareness. Third, political parties are concerned with power. The divergence of interests between the political parties (as the political institu-tions) and government (as the holder of power), impact on congestion of the program for strengthening the concept of wawasan kebangsaan. This study supported by data sourced from library and documents and using institutional and political system approach in analysis procces.Keywords: Political education, political parties, nationalism, wawasan kebangasaan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is the realization of the performance achievements of program plans and regional priority activities that have been targeted in the North Sumatra Province Regional Work Plan (RKPD) 2019. To evaluate public policies, it is necessary to measure the success of public programs and policies (effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy) Accuracy indicators are the most successful to be used in measuring the level of consistency. Meanwhile, the success of the Equity indicator is very difficult to measure, considering that the amount of the budget for programs and activities is not the same. The research design used in this study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches with a dominant-less dominant design model. The results of the data obtained were carried out using descriptive-analytical methods. The results of the study showed that by looking at some of the standards used to evaluate the results of the North Sumatra province's RKPD Implementation in 2019 it showed a very good value. Evaluation of the results of regional development plans aims to achieve conformity between regional development achievements and established performance indicators. The performance indicators in question are performance indicators determined at the national, provincial, and district/city levels. So far, the measurement used by BAPPEDA of North Sumatra Province in evaluating development planning is only based on budget realization.]]>

<![CDATA[Updating voter data is one of the most important indicators of the success of the Pilkada in Indonesia. However, the accuracy of voter data in the city of Medan is still a problem that affects the level of public participation in the Pilkada. This phenomenon, has an impact on the constitutional rights of the people, determines the number of polling stations, the availability of ballots and budget formulation. This study aims to analyze voter data problems and the role of the Medan KPU in updating voter data. Edwards' theory about policy implementation is used as an analytical tool for public participation in the 2018 Pilkada in Medan City. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through documentation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman's techniques, among others: data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The problem of 2018 Pilkada in Medan was influenced by multi factors, including the accuracy of the DPT, the HR of Voter Data Updating Officers and regulations which tended to be consistent regardless of other factors, such as the removal of a very large number of DPT. Therefore, it requires mutual attention, synergy, and commitment to all related parties to carry out their duties and functions in Pilkada activities. The urgency of the Pilkada as a means of community sovereignty must be protected collectively in terms of quantity and quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar Belakang : Pada masa pandemi covid-19 para pelaku bisnis harus memiliki strategi bisnis tersendiri agar dapat unggul dari para pesaing. Bubur Ayam Muslimah bergerak di bidang kuliner selama 16 tahun yang telah senantiasa memberikan pelayanan dan produk terbaik terhadap konsumen. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan faktor eksternal pada bubur Ayam Muslimah. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan matriks IFAS, matriks EFAS,diagram SWOT dan Matriks SWOT. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bubur Ayam Muslimah selama ini menggunakan strategi produk dan strategi pelayanan terbaik terhadap pelanggan. Kesimpulan : Strategi bisnis yang digunakan sudah cukup baik namun, masih perlu dilakukan evaluasi dalam strategi untuk memperoleh strategi yang paling tepat untuk perkembangan Bubur Ayam Muslimah.]]>

<![CDATA[The importance of entrepreneurship in society is not just to make improvements and changes in quality of life community, but also also proven to play a significant role in realizing the quality of the people and the nation. This study aims to determine the factors that determine the success of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurs in the city of Medan. This study uses quantitative research methods through the provision of questionnaires using predetermined indicator indicators in addition to extracting information through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that lifestyle variables influence the success of an entrepreneur. In addition, lifestyle variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurial. So, the hypothesis is acceptable, namely the existence of partial lifestyle influences onsuccess intentions entrepreneurial. The results of partial tests explain that psychological capital variables (X2) have a positive effect. In addition, psychological capital variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurship. So, the hypothesis can be accepted, namely the influence of psychological capital partially onsuccess intentions. entrepreneurialThat individual talent variable (X3) has a positive effect and individual talent variables influencesuccess. entrepreneurIndividual talent variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurship. <![CDATA[Pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) di Desa Padang Sangggar Kecamatan Tambangan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal dijalankan sesuai dengan peraturan bupati mandailing Natal no 05 tahun 2019 tentang pengelolaan keuangan dana desa. Namun pada saat ini di dalam oenerapannya terdapat permasalahan di dalamnya seperti masyarakat yang kurang dilibatkan di dalm pengelolaan alokasi dana desa ini. Di dalam oenelitian ini menggunakan model akuntabilitas, di daalam model ini terdapat tiga variabelyaitu akuntabilitas proses, akuntabilitas kebijakan dan akuntabilitas program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptip dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan adanya peneljtian ini diharapkan a dapat memberikan perubahan pada pengelolaan alokasi dana desa di Desa Padang Sanggar.]]>

<![CDATA[North Sumatra Province-2 priority development programs for 2019-2023, namely increasing and fulfilling access to education. Evaluation of priority development programs in the education sector of North Sumatra Province is aimed at knowing the realization of program achievements, to find out the inhibiting factors in program implementation, to determine the evaluation of development priority programs in the education sector of North Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed by examining all the data that has been collected which is supported by the results of interviews with the CIPP theoretical approach by Stufflebeam (1966), namely context, input, process, results. The results of this study have not gone well. This is due to the refocusing of the North Sumatra Province APBD for the construction of new school units in 2020, the limited number of teachers both in quality and quantity, the limited number of scholarships from the North Sumatra Provincial Government, and the lack of synchronization between OPDs in implementing priority programs.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the effect of training, the application of SOPs on the productivity of barbers/capters at J&K Barber shop Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The primary data obtained from the study were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square method with the help of Smart PLS Version 3.0 software. This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach and by using purposive sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable training has a significant effect on the productivity of the barber/capster, then followed by the independent variable, the physical work environment, which has a significant effect on the productivity of the barber/capster. In addition, in this study, it was found that the independent variable of the reward system did not have a significant effect on the productivity of barbers/capters, the same thing also found that the independent variable of SOP implementation did not have a significant effect on the productivity of barbers/capters at J&K Barber shop Medan.]]>
