Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of work-life balance and resilience on employee work productivity at the Mitra Niaga Mamuju Savings and Loans Cooperative. This research uses quantitative methods, the research sample uses a total sampling technique with a total of 32 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires in the form of instruments directly to respondents. Testing the quality of research instruments uses validity tests and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing uses partial tests (t test), simultaneous tests (F test), and to determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination. The research results obtained were (1) Work-life balance has a significant effect on work productivity; (2) Resilience has a significant effect on work productivity; (3) Work-life balance and resilience have a significant influence simultaneously on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, the contribution of work-life balance and resilience to employee work productivity is classified as moderate with a percentage of 56.3%, which means there are still 43.7% other factors that can influence employee work productivity at the Mitra Niaga Mamuju Savings and Loans Cooperative

Abstract

Desa Panetean memiliki potensi besar dalam produksi buah nanas, namun hasil panen selama ini hanya dijual dalam bentuk segar dengan nilai jual yang relatif rendah. Kondisi ini menyebabkan kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan potensi lokal untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk olahan nanas dalam bentuk selai sebagai upaya mendukung ekonomi kreatif desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan pembuatan selai nanas, pendampingan pengemasan dan pemasaran, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah nanas menjadi produk selai yang higienis, bernilai jual, dan memiliki daya tarik pasar. Selain itu, masyarakat mampu menghasilkan produk dengan variasi rasa dan kemasan yang lebih menarik sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan daya saing di pasar lokal maupun luar daerah. Kegiatan ini berhasil mendorong lahirnya inisiatif usaha kecil berbasis potensi lokal dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya diversifikasi produk. Dengan demikian, pengembangan produk selai nanas terbukti dapat menjadi salah satu strategi untuk memperkuat ekonomi kreatif masyarakat Desa Panetean.

Abstract

Abundant marine products are seen as a sector that can encourage and opportunities in increasing economic activities that can increase regional income, if it can be managed and developed to its full potential, then one of the keys to economic success has an advantage. There are several factors that affect the low income of fishermen in the area of ​​the Bamboo waters such as low working capital of fishermen, modernization in the field of fishing and shipping technology that still uses traditional fishing gear so that it affects the number of catches, the settlement of the fisherman's residence that does not reflect this healthy location is seen from the condition of the house building that is not feasible and the environment is dirty, besides that natural factors also influence the amount of income received by fishermen such as in the light of the moon where the fishermen find it difficult to get fish because the activity of the fish in the moonlight is not grouped apart from that the fish can see if there fishing boats on the surface of the sea that causes fish to stay away from fishing boats

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of length of business, capital, and working hours simultaneously affecting the level of income of Micro and Small Business actors in Mamuju District and to analyze the factors of business length, capital, and working hours partially affecting the income level of Micro and Small Business actors. Small in Mamuju District. The type of data used in this study includes quantitative data and qualitative data. In this study, a 10% margin of error was used in determining the number of samples. The results of the calculation of the slovin formula above show that the number of samples in this study was 62. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the analytical test tools used by the author are partial tests and simultaneous tests. Based on the partial multiple linear regression test, it shows that the length of business variable has the most dominant influence on the Income Level of Micro and Small Business Actors, Mamuju District, Mamuju Regency. From the results of the study it was found that length of work, capital and working hours jointly affect the Income Level of Micro and Small Business Actors in Mamuju District, Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

Mamasa Regency is one of the areas where most of the people are still unable to meet their primary and secondary needs because many still do not have jobs, so that many residents are still unable to meet their daily needs. Unemployment and poverty that occur in Mamasa Regency will have an impact on economic growth in the region because it does not experience an increase as it should to help the development of the village and the Mamasa district area. This study aims to confirm the effect of unemployment and poverty on economic growth in Mamasa District. The research method uses quantitative methods with secondary data using time series. The data obtained will be analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. From the time series data, it was carried out using multiple linear regression methods, the F test and the t test. the results of the analysis reveal that the variables of unemployment and poverty have an effect but not significant on economic growth. The results analyzed for the value of unemployment, poverty and economic growth with data for the last 10 years show the results of SPSS with a negative value with a significance level greater than the specified standard error.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the factors that affect the income of rice farmers in Tapalang sub-district, Mamuju district. This type of research is a quantitative study with a sample of 96 people. Collecting data using literature study techniques, observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted in January-February 2023. Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted by the researchers, it was concluded that capital, land area, labor and prices partially and significantly affected farmers' income with a tcount value greater than the respective ttable (5.664 > 1.662); (5.302 > 1.662); (3.700 > 1.662) and (4.571 > 1.662 ). Likewise simultaneously which shows that capital, land area, labor and prices have a significant simultaneous effect on farmers' income in Tapalang District, Mamuju Regency with a value of 208.838 > 2.47, which means that fcount is greater than ftable.
