The research used analysis tool of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to describe structured mechanism in deciding consumer need. QFD consisted of monitor and right control operational process. Result of the research showed that there were three attributes used for mainly consideration to consume dangke, i.e., aroma, taste, and price. Performance of the industry was satisfy enough for cow dangke and satisfy for water buffalo one. Price and package was the most critical attribute and needed to be developed and managed seriously. Economical production cost without decreasing its quality was needed to product cheaper dangke reached by consumer. The use of good and attractive package would give positive value of the product so that the consumer could pay it with higher pricewithout decreasing satisfaction value received. Smaller package of the product (economical package) would give reachable price per unit. Package with leaves needed to be modified or changed with polypropylene plastic or aluminum foil one because it could protect water transpiration, texture, and color.

However, this contradiction in actualization with the fact that Indonesia was in the second position of the world’s largest plastic garbage contributor and National Geographic data stated that there were four rivers in Indonesia, including the 20 dirtiest rivers in the world. This paper aims to analyze the actualization of the meaning of the hadith al-Tuhuru Shatru al-Iman through the Waste Bank as an effort to improve environmental health in preventing the risk of disease occurring and utilization of waste in the economic field to achieve Indonesia Golden 2045. Through the Waste Bank the community gets more effective waste management education, and the community as a customer gets benefits in terms of health and economic aspects

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to understand the role of budget planning in enhancing development in Pinrang Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include data reduction, data presentation, data interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The subjects of this study are employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Pinrang Regency who are knowledgeable about budget planning and regional development enhancement. The results of the study indicate that the government's budget or Regional Budget (APBD) plays a crucial role in planning and controlling development, serving as a guide in planning and managing local government development programs. This is evident in the process of program and budget formulation carried out by the Pinrang Regency government using a bottom-up system approach, which begins with program and budget planning from the lowest level of government structure, namely the village, up to the highest level, the regency government.
