Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the quality control analysis of processed Rapoviaka Simple chocolate products with total quality control (tqc). The research was carried out through direct observation of all stages of rapoviaka chocolate production, starting from selecting raw materials to the final packaging process. Quality data is obtained through measuring various parameters such as texture, taste, aroma and visual appearance of the product. Quality control analysis is carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, control maps c. The research results show that the implementation of TQC is effective in improving product quality. After carrying out analysis using the Simple Rapoviaka Chocolate C Control Map, it can be said to be under statistical control. This is because the defect proportion (CL) value is within the expected range, between the specified UCL (Upper Control Limit) and LCL (Lower Control Limit). In other words, the Rapoviaka Simple chocolate production process is within the established statistical control limits. By paying attention to each stage of production and implementing strict quality controls, variability in products can be reduced significantly. This research provides an important contribution in the context of developing a quality control system in the food industry, especially for processed chocolate products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze business problems of PT Kimia Farma Apotek Business Unit Palu. There are several issues in the community, including the absence of certain brands of drugs sought by the people and the price of drugs that are quite expensive compared to other private pharmacies. This research describes inbound activities, conversion operations, and outbound logistics at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Business Unit Palu. The type of research used was descriptive, using a qualitative approach. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data were collected through interviews. The results of this study indicate that in inbound logistics activities, there are obstacles in the process of fulfilling drugs, some of which are pharmacies having difficulty fulfilling a drug of a certain brand if it has not been registered (listing) at the Head Office of PT Kimia Farma Apotek, this happens because the company makes rules centrally so that the Business Unit cannot decide our of its authority. Conversion operation logistics activities are very good because this activity is carried out to maintain the quality of drugs, and the amount is kept at the minimum and maximum limits. Outbound logistics activities are good, namely sales to individuals/community and cooperation with agencies, except that sales to individuals/the community should be considered so that the socialization of the "KF Mobile" application is intensified.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the effect of supply chain management, which consists of information sharing, long-term relationships, cooperation, and integration processes, on the operational performance of packaged coffee powder SMIs in Sigi District. This type of research was quantitative descriptive. The testing procedure usedwas census technique where the entire population was examined by 55 respondents. The types of information were quantitative and qualitative. Information sources covered essential information and optional information. Methods of collecting information were conducted through interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The research results show that (1) supply chain management, which consists of information sharing, long-term relationships, cooperation, and integration processes, has a positive and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District. (2) Information sharing has a positive and significant relationship with the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District. (3) The long-term relationship has a negative and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District. (4) Cooperation has a positive and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District (5) The integration process has a positive and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the occurrence of demurrage at PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans,to determine and analyze the factors that cause demurrage at PT Zona Madiri Indotrans and to determine and analyze the efforts made by PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans in overcoming demurrage due to delays in loading and unloading fertilizers. This research was conducted at one of the freight forwarder companies in Palu City, PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans regarding fertilizer unloading activities that cause demurrage with a total of three informants. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and uses the NVivo 12 Plus software analysis tool. The results showed that demurrage occurred at PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans due to delays in fertilizer unloading activities. The factors causing demurrage are lack of truck fleet, truck fleet damage, lack of unloading labor, scarcity of diesel fuel, unloading tools, unfavorable weather and late B/L (Bill of Lading) documents. Efforts made by PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans in handling demurrage that occurs due to delays in loading and unloading fertilizers, the company rents a warehouse to store fertilizers that have not been loaded so that the containers used can be immediately returned to the shipping party and the company supplies diesel fuel for each truck fleet before the goods arrive at the port.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the rice supply chain model in Tojo Una-Una Regency and look at the price margin from the initial supply chain process to the consumer as the final supply chain in its management. The research was conducted for 3 months. The method used was qualitative descriptive using a survey approach. The research was conducted in Tojo Una-Una Regency. The collection method was carried out by in-depth interviews. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis assisted by supply chain management analysis. The research results show that; The supply chain model in Tojo Una-Una Regency is quite long and involves at least nine supply chain models, the highest profit is for the miller with a total of Rp. 6,400-Rp. 6,600 and the majority of the rice food price margin is around Rp. 11,000 to IDR 15,000 per kilogram, with the price per 50 kg bag from the South Sulawesi area, IDR. 495,000 to Rp. 510,000. For food from the Parigi Moutong area the price is Rp. 600,000 per bag, while food from the Banggai area is Rp. 590,000 per bag. With a selling price to consumers of IDR 530,000 to IDR 550,000 per 50 kg sack for rice from the South Sulawesi region. Meanwhile, rice from the Parigi and Banggai areas are priced at IDR 620,000 to IDR 630,000.

Abstract

Controlling the production process is very important in improving product quality, especially in out of the box businesses. This research aims to find out how to control the production process in this business to improve product quality. To be able to answer the problem formulation in the research, qualitative analysis techniques were used, namely the data reduction stage, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the company has not been able to control the production process properly.

Abstract

CV. Rapoviaka Simple is one of the MSMEs in the chocolate processing industry that processes semi-finished products into finished products in the form of chocolate bars with various flavors. This shows an effort to increase the added value in the chocolate processing process. This study aims to determine and analyze the amount of added value obtained from processing semi-finished chocolate (block paste) into chocolate bars at CV. Rapoviaka Simple. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and interviews. The data analysis method used is using the hayami method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that processed chocolate bars at CV Rapoviaka Simple provide high added value and profits for producers, with an input of 4kg /day, an output of 4kg/ day is obtained. The amount of added value obtained is Rp 157,188/kg with a value-added ratio of 49.9%, while the profit obtained is Rp 157,188/kg. The return to the owner of the production factor of labor and the contribution of other inputs is 22.72% and 4.73%, so that the company's profit is 72.53%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan inbound dan outbound logistik pada usaha frozen food Cece Shop di Kota Palu, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis apakah strategi logistik yang digunakan oleh Cece shop dalam mengelola arus barang masuk (inbound) dan keluar (outbound) sudah efektif dan efesien sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan karyawan, serta analisis data sekunder dari laporan penjualan dan inventaris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan inbound logistik yang efektif, seperti pemilihan pemasok yang tepat dan manajemen persediaan yang optimal, mampu mengurangi biaya penyimpanan dan meningkatkan ketersediaan produk. Sementara itu, outbound logistik yang efisien, termasuk sistem distribusi yang terorganisir dan pengiriman tepat waktu, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan Jpelanggan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pengusaha frozen food lainnya dalam mengelola logistik untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Abstract. The high arrival flow of freight vehicles at Kayumalue Motor Vehicle Weighing Implementation Unit at certain times causes queues. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the utilization factor (utility) in the system, the average number of units (vehicles) in the system, the average time by units in the system, the average number of units (vehicles) in the queue, and the average time by units (vehicles) in the queue at UPPKB Kayumalue. The results of this observation show that at arrival door one (1) Time period 08.00-18.00 WITA the utilization factor (utility) in the system is 0.583, the average unit (vehicle) in the system is 1.40 vehicles, the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the system 12 minutes, the average unit (vehicle) in the queue is 0.817 vehicles, and the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the queue 7 minutes. While at the arrival door, two (2) time periods 08.00-18.00 WITA utilization factor (utility) in the system is 0.357, the average unit (vehicle) in the system is 0.555 vehicles, the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the system 6.66 minutes, the average unit (vehicle) in the queue is 0.198 vehicles, and the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the queue 2.4 minutes. Abstrak. Tingginya arus kedatangan kendaraan angkutan barang di Unit Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor Kayumalue pada waktu-waktu tertentu menyebabkan antrian. Antrian terjadi karena UPPKB Kayumalue memiliki keterbatasan layanan satu platform (jembatan timbang) dan satu server untuk sistem informasi, meskipun ada dua pintu kedatangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem, jumlah rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem, waktu rata-rata yang dihabiskan unit dalam sistem, jumlah rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian, dan waktu rata-rata yang dihabiskan unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian pada UPPKB Kayumalue. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 30 sampel per pintu kedatangan. Hasil pengamatan ini menunjukan bahwa pada pintu kedatangan satu (1) periode waktu 08.00-18.00 WITA faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem sebesar 0.583, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 1.40 kendaraan, waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 12 menit, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 0.817 kendaraan, dan waktu  rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 7 menit. Sedangkan pada pintu kedatangan dua (2) periode waktu 08.00-18.00 WITA faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem sebesar 0.357, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam  sistem 0.555 kendaraan, waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 6.66 menit, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 0.198 kendaraan, dan waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 2.4 menit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat prototype aplikasi digitalisasi rantai pasok komoditas unggulan Sulawesi Tengah yang mencakup komoditas beras, jagung dan kelapa. Prototype aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi harga komoditas dan menjadikan pasar lebih mudah diakses oleh petani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan responden 10 orang, diantaranya adalah petani, tengkulak, pengepul besar, dan pedagang pengecer. Pembuatan prototype aplikasi rantai pasok komoditas unggulan Sulawesi Tengah menggunakan metode Waterfall (metode air terjun) yang memerlukan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian Prototype aplikasi. Hasil penelitian berupa prototype aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan petani dalam mengakses informasi pasar. Prototype aplikasi telah diuji mulai dari halaman login, dashboard, daftar produk, artikel, fitur komunitas barang, jadwal transportasi, dan manajemen pengguna. Fitur prototype berjalan baik, namun prototype ini masih memiliki kekurangan yang memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut agar bisa difungsikan untuk mengontrol dan membantu digitalisasi rantai pasok komoditas unggulan Sulawesi Tengah.
