Abstract

Background: Hypertension is linearly associated with cardiovascular disease morbidity and mortality. Therefore, hypertension must be prevented and treated, and controlled adequately. Early treatment of hypertension is crucial because it can prevent complications in several organs such as the heart, kidneys, and brain. The treatment of hypertension has shifted from pharmacology to non-pharmacology because of the side effects it causes. One of the non-pharmacological management for hypertensive patients is slow deep breathing exercises. The mechanism of slow deep breathing relaxation (slow deep breathing) in the respiratory system is in the form of a state of inspiration and exhalation with a frequency of breaths of 6-10 times per minute, resulting in an increase in a cardiopulmonary stretch.Objective: To determine the effect of relaxation therapy: slow deep breathing on lowering blood pressure in patients with grade 1 hypertension.Method: Pre-experimental Design One Group Pre-Post Test Design.Results: Before being given slow deep breathing relaxation therapy, patients with grade 1 hypertension had an average (mean) systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 152.16 and 93.68 mmHg. After being given slow deep breathing relaxation therapy, patients with grade 1 hypertension have an average (mean) systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 140.42 and 92.74 mmHg.Conclusion: There is a significant effect between Relaxation Therapy: Slow Deep Breathing on Decreasing Blood Pressure in Level 1 Hypertension Patients.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aimed to identify caregiver experiences encountered by parents of children with physical and intellectual disabilities. Methods: The study used a systematic review method with the guidelines of Enhancing Transparency in Reporting the Synthesis of Qualitative Research (ENTREQ) and PRISMA 2020. The review focused on parents caring for children with physical and intellectual disabilities. The literature was searched for relevant studies from five electronic databases including PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science (core collection), Cochrane, and Scopus. This systematic review examined 14 articles out of a total of 63,400 articles found. The study used a thematic analysis method to analyze the study. Results: Providing care for children with physical and intellectual disabilities requires addressing a variety of challenges. It is critical to have a comprehensive understanding of these intricacies to ensure that families receive the necessary support and interventions. Our synthesis identified seven themes: (1) gendered and emotional experiences, (2) compromising quality of life: physical and psychological impact, (3) lack of knowledge about disabilities, (4) lack of social support, (5) stigma, (6) uncertain future of the recipient, and (7) unavoidable caregiving responsibility. Conclusions: The results of this study provide recommendations that health professionals and researchers further explore these challenges and strive to build a supportive and inclusive environment that recognizes the unwavering dedication of parents and prioritizes the optimal care and development of children with disabilities. Abstract

This study aims to examine team member satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek, highlighting its importance in the hospital's success and the quality of service. The method used was a quantitative survey approach, which 145 employees analyzed. The study's results showed high satisfaction with the work environment and team member relations, but there were varying responses regarding compensation and career development. Although most employees were satisfied with their workload, some expressed dissatisfaction, indicating problems in task management. In conclusion, decision-making policies require more attention, with many employees feeling neutral or dissatisfied. Abstract

Introduction: The study examines the role of parenting self-efficacy as a mediator in the relationship between caregiver burden and parenting stress. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 204 parents of children with disabilities. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires, including the General Information Questionnaire, Zarit Burden Interview Questionnaire, Parenting Sense of Competence Scale (PSOC Scale), and Parenting Stress Index. Data analysis included multiple linear regression and Hayes’s PROCESS Macro. Results: The mean scores for caregiving burden, parenting self-efficacy, and parenting stress were 16.98 (SD = 10.10), 31.03 (SD = 6.72), and 61.72 (SD = 12.84), respectively. Parenting stress was negatively correlated with parenting self-efficacy (r = –0.35, p < 0.001). The findings reveal that caregiving burden significantly reduces parenting self-efficacy (B = −0.16, p < 0.001), which in turn lowers the ability of caregivers to manage stress (B = −0.48, p < 0.001). While caregiving burden has a direct effect on parenting stress (B = 0.07, p < 0.001), the total impact, including both direct and indirect influences, remains significant (B = 0.52, p < 0.001) with mediation percentages of 12.9%. Conclusions: The findings suggest that strategies to enhance parenting self-efficacy could significantly reduce the negative impact of caregiving burden on parenting stress. By improving self-efficacy, caregivers may better manage stress, highlighting the importance of targeted interventions that boost self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri, focusing on medical personnel’s attitudes and the factors influencing adoption, such as knowledge, training, and support. Qualitative research was conducted through structured interviews with four informants (two dentists and two dental nurses) who had experience using the EMR system based on the Health Information Technology System (HINTS) application. The findings indicate that EMR has improved healthcare efficiency by enhancing patient data access and supporting better coordination among medical personnel. However, challenges such as slow internet connections, unstable servers, and occasional system errors hinder its full potential. Resistance to EMR adoption, primarily due to inadequate training, was also noted. Although most medical personnel expressed positive attitudes towards EMR, concerns regarding data security, including potential breaches and input errors, were significant. The study recommends addressing these issues by enhancing network infrastructure, improving server reliability, and providing more comprehensive training and technical support. Additionally, periodic system evaluations are suggested to ensure its effectiveness. These improvements are essential for increasing user confidence and optimizing EMR’s contribution to healthcare quality at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri, supporting the broader digital transformation of healthcare in Indonesia.

Abstract

Waktu layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan menjadi dua indikator utama dalam layanan farmasi di raumah sakit. Untuk mencapai target diperlukan sistim inovasi layanan bertransfomasi yaitu sistim Electronic Presciption Check-in Information Monitor Evaluation Delivery (ECIMED), suatu sistim layanan famasi yang terintegrasi dengan pelayanan rawat jalan serta pihak asuransi kesehatan sehingga terjadi percepatan waktu tunggu dan memberikan peningkatan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui implementasi dari sistim ECIMED beserta mengukur hasil capaian dan mengetahui faktor-faktor pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian implementasi, Generic Implementation Framework (GIF) dengan menggunakan design mix-methode. Hasil didapatkan dengan jumlah resep pada triwulan III 2024 meningkat 11,4% dibandingkan dengan triwulan yang sama di tahun 2023, namun waktu tunggu rata-rata terjadi percepatan dari 1 jam 17 detik menjadi 40 menit 12 detik untuk obat non racikan dan untuk obat racikan dari 1 jam 39 menit 9 detik menjadi 42 menit 19 detik. Capaian indeks kepuasan pada bulan September 2024 sebesar 91,13, angka tersebut menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan 5,6% dibandingkan tahun 2023 di bulan yang sama. Simpulan, meskipun terjadi peningkatan jumlah resep dari tahun ke tahun, namun waktu tunggu semakin cepat. sebagai faktor pendukung keberadaan tim pelayanan, aplikasi elektronik sesuai kebutuhan, informasi proses dan antar obat, monitoring evaluasi dan sebagai faktor penghambat, gangguan teknis dan karakter pasien. Sistim ECIMED sebagai inovasi proses sangat bisa digunakan dalam rangka upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan farmasi.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membawa perubahan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk aspek kesehatan mental. Tak hanya orang dewasa, kondisi psikologis remaja pun rentan terganggu oleh situasi. Salah satu upaya mengatasinya dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pendidikan kesehatan(health education) melalui media daring, sehingga dapat meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19. Pendidikan kesehatan melalui daring ini diharapkandapat menurunkan kecemasan remaja akibat pandemi. Kegiatan memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan ini dilaksanakan kepada remaja yang mengalami kecemasan. Remaja terlebih dahulu diskrining tingkat kecemasannya Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Remaja yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah remaja yang mengalami kecemasan ringan dan sedang. Jumlah remaja yang diberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan sebanyak 5 orang remaja dengan klasifikasi tiga partisipan mengalami kecemasan ringan dan dua partisipan lainnya mengalami kecemasan sedang. Pelaksanaan pendidikankesehatan melalui daring dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan tingkat kecemasanberdasarkan skor yang diperoleh partisipan yang diukur mengunakan HARS. Tiga partisipan yang mengalami kecemasan ringan menjadi tidak cemas dan dua partisipan dengan kecemasan sedang menjadi cemas ringan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kesehatan, Daring, Kecemasan, Remaja, Covid-19Reducing Adolescent Anxiety during the Covid-9 Pandemic Through Online Health Education in Sutorejo, Mulyorejo DistrictABSTRACKThe COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes to various aspects of life, including aspects of mental health. Not only adults, the psychological condition of teenagers is also vulnerable to being disturbed by the situation. One of the efforts to overcome this can be done by providing health education through online media, so as to minimize the spread of Covid-19. This online health education is expected to reduce adolescent anxiety due to the pandemic. The activity of providing Health Education is carried out for adolescents who experience anxiety. Adolescents were first screened for anxiety levels on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Adolescents who are involved in this activity are teenagers who experience mild and moderate anxiety. The number of adolescents who were given Health Education was 5 adolescents with a classification of three participants experiencing mild anxiety and two other participants experiencing moderate anxiety. The implementation of health education through online was carried out in three meetings. The results of the evaluation showed that there was a decrease in the level of anxiety based on the scores obtained by the participants as measured using HARS. Three participants who experienced mild anxiety became less anxious and two participants with moderate anxiety became mildly anxious.Keywords: Health Education, Online, Anxiety, Youth, Covid-19

Abstract

Data BPS di tahun 2019 menunjukkan ada sekitar 20% (atau 54,9 juta jiwa) penduduk Indonesia yang tergolong dalam kategori kelompok rentan miskin, dan lebih dari separuh penduduk tergolong dalam kategori menjelang kelas menengah (aspiring middle class). Kedua kelompok ini rentan untuk kembali jatuh miskin apabila mengalami guncangan, seperti kehilangan pekerjaan, sakit berkepanjangan, gejolak harga pangan, ataupun bencana seperti yang dialami selama krisis COVID-19. Sebagai upaya mitigasi dalam melakukan proses membangitkan ekonomi dikalangan muda, khususnya bagi Angkatan muda Muhammadiyah di kecamatan Gubeng yang merupakan masyarakat terdampak pandemi sehingga perlu adanya trobosan dalam upaya pendampingan dalam melakukan upaya mitigasi dampak pandemic khususnya pada sector ekonomi (UMKM). Pendampingan yang dialakukan adalah dalam bentuk memberikan wawasan tentang online selling dan meberikan praktik tentang aplikasi masketplace. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang merupakan pengabdian yang melibatkan secara aktif semua pihak-pihak yang relevan (stakeholders) dalam mengkaji tindakan yang sedang berlangsung (dimana pengalaman mereka sendiri sebagai persoalan) dalam rangka melakukan perubahan dan perbaikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Hasilnya adalah bahwa dalam upaya pendampingan online selling Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah (AMM) Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah Gubeng menunjukkan peran antusias untuk melakukan proses migrasi system penjualan dengan pendekatan konvensional menuju pendekatan digital yakni dengan melakukan online selling pada platform digital.Increased Sales Through Online Selling Assistance on Digital Platforms ABSTRAKBPS data in 2019 shows that there are around 20% (or 54.9 million people) of Indonesia's population belonging to the category of the poor vulnerable group, and more than half of the population belongs to the aspiring middle class category. These two groups are vulnerable to falling into poverty again if they experience shocks, such as job loss, prolonged illness, food price fluctuations, or disasters such as those experienced during the COVID-19 crisis. As a mitigation effort in carrying out the process of awakening the economy among young people, especially for Muhammadiyah youth in the Gubeng sub-district which is a community affected by the pandemic so there needs to be a breakthrough in assistance efforts in mitigating the impact of the pandemic, especially in the economic sector (MSMEs). The assistance he provides is in the form of providing insight into online selling and providing practices about masketplace applications. This service uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which is a service that actively involves all relevant parties (stakeholders) in reviewing ongoing actions (where their own experience is a problem) in order to make changes and improvements to a better direction. good. The result is that in an effort to assist the online selling of the Muhammadiyah Youth (AMM) Muhammadiyah Branch Manager Gubeng shows an enthusiastic role in migrating the sales system with a conventional approach to a digital approach, namely by doing online selling on a digital platform.Keywords: economy; digital; on line; selling
