Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) Service Quality, (2) Facilities, on New Royal Adventure visitor satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative using primary data types. Testing the analysis of data quality using validity and reliability tests. This study used a purposive sampling method where the samples taken were from certain consideration data which were generally adapted to the objectives and research problems and the sample in this study totaled 100 respondents who were visitors to New Royal Adventure. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale and directly with the respondents. The results of this study by means of the t test show that the variables of service quality and facilities have a positive and significant influence on New Royal Adventure visitor satisfaction. Also, the F test shows that the variables of service quality and facilities have a positive and significant influence on New Royal Adventure visitor satisfaction. While the results of the R2 coefficient test have an Adjusted R Square value of 52,1%, which means that the variable visitor satisfaction is influenced by the variables contained in this research and the remaining 47,9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as destination image, tourist loyalty, and product quality

Abstract

The existence of sports human resources in the petanque sport in Surakarta City, competency development in various ways is needed so that human resources in petanque sports in Surakarta City can be competent in completing their main tasks and functions. The aims of this study were to: (1) Know and describe the flow and process of sports human resource management in the petanque sport in the city of Surakarta. (2) Knowing and describing the potential of sports human resources in the petanque sport in Surakarta City. In this study the method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. The sample used. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, questionnaires and document collection. Data analysis used interactive analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The findings from the research conducted included: (1) The sports human resource management process carried out by Petanque Surakarta City has fulfilled the provisions of the running of the organization, namely processes in the form of planning, organizing, directing and supervising. (2) The potential of Human Resources for the Petanque Sport in Surakarta City in general has not been optimally developed. This can be seen from the results of the data obtained from several indicators, namely the number of Sports Human Resources, qualifications, involvement in activities, achievements and welfare of the Surakarta City Petanque

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovation in management through the development of knowledge-based sports human resources in the sports and recreation center of Karanganyar Regency. The main focus of this study is on the development of knowledge-based sports human resources (knowledge-based workers). In the corporate context, the development of sports human resources should involve several important aspects, including participation in training, mandatory learning, training to improve skills relevant to various modern positions, as well as providing a broad career path and competency development. In addition, performance and competency assessment as well as effective communication in providing feedback are also an integral part of this process. Knowledge-based development is considered a fundamental requirement for achieving sustainable competitive advantage. This underlines the important role of professional intellect in creating value and profits for sports and recreation centers to face business competition. The concept of professional intellect is implemented at four levels, namely cognitive knowledge (professional intellect), skill improvement (advanced skills), system understanding (system understanding), and self-motivated creativity (self-motivated creativity)

Abstract

This research is a continuation of community service activities entitled "Introduction and Training of the Sportif.App Application as an Effort to Increase the Readiness of Sports Human Resources and Digitalization of Sports Data Information Management at KONI Surakarta City." Through this tridharma activity, the writing team continued with research aimed at describing and analyzing the benefits of Sportif.App in increasing the readiness of sports human resources through digitizing sports data information management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which is based on the results of interviews and observations. The Sportif.App application really helps sports human resources by providing data management services that are easy to access and provide information at any time. Administrative requirements can be integrated with sports databases (such as sports, achievements, coaches, referees, etc.), documented, and uploaded through the information system, including verification mechanisms and information about required administrative completeness, as well as monitoring data progress. In this way, sports human resources can work effectively and efficiently in reporting at any time without being limited by time and space.
