Abstract

The purpose of this study are (1) Knowing the implementation of non conventional marketing mix of Sahid Kusuma Hotel services consisting of service personnel, physical infrastructure, the service process. (2) Analyze the influence of non-conventional marketing mix of Sahid Kusuma Hotel service consisting of service personnel, physical infrastructure, and service process, to customer satisfaction. (3) Knowing the influence the consumers income as a moderating variable to customer satisfaction. The types of data used in this study are drawn from primary data customers of Sahid Kusuma Hotel. The samples taken are 100 from populations. The results of analysis using hierarchical regression analysis techniques found that the care workers have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction; Physical infrastructure has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction; Service process has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction; Interaction service representatives and service processes with a variable income as moderating effect of consumers not influential to customer satisfaction, and the consumers income as a moderating effect strengthens the influence of physical infrastructure on the level of customer satisfaction of Sahid Kusuma Hotel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar matematika dan hasil belajar matematika melalui penggunaan pendekatan Reciprocal Teaching pada siswa kelas VIII A MTs Negeri Prembun Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Desain penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A MTs Negeri Prembun tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi dan angket kemandirian belajar siswa, serta tes hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data dilaksanakan secara kualitatif untuk menganalisis lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan secara kuantitatif untuk menghitung persentase lembar observasi dan angket, serta persentase hasil belajar siswa, dan rerata hasil belajar siswa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Reciprocal Teaching dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar matematika dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII A MTs Negeri Prembun Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIstilah kewirausahan milenial enterpreneur baru-baru ini menggeliat di kalangan pelaku dan dunia kewirausahaan UMKM. Kewirausahaan UMKM menjadi bidang garap yang penting bagi perkembangan ekonomi usaha makro, kecil dan menengah seperti tertulis didalam UU no. 20 tahun 2008 tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah.(Kecil & Menengah, n.d.). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan kepada anak anak muda yatim piatu usia produktif tentang peluang kewirausahaan yang dapat dilakukan di bidang industri kreatif (2) meningkatkan keterampilan anak muda yatim piatu usia produktif salah satunya melalui industri kreatif berbasis seni cetak saring manual. Subjek sosialisai pada kegiatan ini adalah anak yatim piatu usia produktif yang berada di pondok yatim anissa jaten karanganyar sebanyak 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan workhsop. Luaran yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah produk kaos/sandang dan sejenis yang dibuat melalui proses sablon. Kata kunci: sablon; kewirausahaan; UMKM; industri kreatif. ABSTRACTThe term idealistic millenial entrepreneur, entrepreneurship has recently squirmed among the perpetrators and the world of entrepreneurship especially UMKM: Small medium enterprise (SME). SME entrepreneurship is an imperative field of work for the economic development of macro, small and medium enterprises as constitution no. 20 of 2008 relating focus to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This service purposes to: (1) to give perception and knowledge to young orphans of productive age round entrepreneurial projections that can be carried out in the inspired and creative business (2) improve the s abilities of young orphans of productive age, one of which is concluded a creative business based on manual screen printing. The object of socialization in this activity is the orphans of productive age who are in the Anissa Jaten Karanganyar orphanage as many as 20 people. The method used is training. Abstract

The study about the influence of production factors to cron product at Ngaru-Ngaru village, Boyolali Regency purpose to know : I) the discriplive cost of seed, fertilizer, water, planting, hoeing to corn product. 2) how far the influence of seed fertilizer, water, planting, hoeing to corn product. 3) the scale of the decrease or increase of corn product. The study is done by using survey method and the sample by proportional random sampling, took 30 farmers to he respondents. Method used to know how far the influence of:;eed fertilizer, water, corn product. To know the scale of the decrease or increase corn product used the pettern of: bi I decrease, bi : 1 increase. The result of the analysis show that the regression coefficient of Bj is 0,896 means seed variable has positive influence. B-j is -0,286 means TS fertilizer variable has negative influence. B^ is -0,164 means 7.A fertilizer variable has negative influence, Bj is 2,344 means Urea fertilizer variable has positive influence, li 5 is 3.426 means animal waste manure variable has positive influence. B(, is -1,046 means tractor cost variable has negative influence, By is 0,541 means water cost variable has positive influence. B^ is -0.636 means planting variable has negative influence, B9 is -2,364 means hoeing variable has negative influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknis pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dari proses rekruitmen karyawan, pengembangan dan kompensasi pada masa pandemi COVID-19, sehingga dapat menjadi keunggulan yang kompetitif bagi industri kreatif sablon ZEE Screenprinting Karanganyar. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan industri kreatif sablon Zee Screenprinting Karanganyar dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha dan karyawan industri kreatif sablon Zee Screenprinting Karanganyar. Pendekatan kulatitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimana pendekatan kualitatif mencoba menelaah lebih lanjut fenomena dalam setting dan konteks yang natural. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, peneliti berusaha menggali dan memahami pemaknaan dan persepsi lebih mendalam akan keberadaan yang berbeda-beda oleh orang yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada usaha industri kreatif sablon selama masa pandemi COVID-19 masih dilakukan secara informal, rekruitmen karyawan tidak cukup dengan hanya keahlian saja tetapi harus diiringi dengan memiliki kepribadian yang baik,pengembangan melalui pelatihan karyawan tidak dilakukan secara berkesinambungan, pemberian kompensasi tidak dilakukan secara berkala.Sedangkan pemberian motivasi dari luar pribadi karyawan yang ada, sudah cukup baik. Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif merupakan suatu cipta, rasa, karya dan karsa yang pada prosesnya terdapat nilai yang memiliki basis ide dari inovasi dan kreativitas dari sumber daya manusia dengan mengintensifkan pengetahuan skill dan talenta. Ekonomi kreatif 4.0 di era new normal terkhusus bidang industri olahraga merupakan suatu peluang yang dapat dioptimalkan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Melalui ekonomi kreatif 4.0 pada industri olahraga yang di implementasikan dengan terintegrasi dan terpadu diharapkan dapat berimplikasi terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh team kolaborasi pengabdian adalah memberikan sosialisasi berupa pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada mahasiswa olahraga FKOR UNS dan umum mengenai ekonomi kreatif 4.0 dalam meningkatkan produktifitas industri olahraga di era new normal. Obyek sosialisasi pada kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa FKOR UNS dan umum sebanyak 206 orang. Kegiatan kolaborasi pengabdian masyarakat ini telah disosialisasikan melalui webinar dan dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas industri olahraga yang dapat menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui ekonomi kreatif 4.0

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on the Performance of Wonogiri District Dispora Office Employees, both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative using primary and secondary data. Data quality analysis testing uses validity tests and reliability tests. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires. From a population of 32 people, all were sampled using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. This research shows that Leadership Style partially influences employee performance by 35.1%. The work environment partially influences employee performance by 14.7%. And Work Motivation partially influences employee performance by 20.2%. Leadership style, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously or together also have an influence on employee performance, shown by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination test results have an Adjusted R Square value of 92.80%, which means that employee performance variables are influenced by leadership style variables, work environment, work motivation and the remaining 7.208% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and measure both partially and simultaneously the influence of compensation, work environment and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction. To find out the factors that have the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of PT Giri Aneka Usaha (Perseroda) Wonogiri Regency. In this study, the population was all employees of PT Giri Aneka Usaha (Perseroda) Wonogiri Regency, namely 71 employees. Considering that the population size in this study is not too large, the entire population in this study, totaling 71 employees, was taken as a sample. Thus, this research is a population/census research. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The research results found that both partially and simultaneously compensation, work environment and organizational commitment had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. It was also found that compensation had the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction of PT Giri Aneka Usaha (Perseroda) Wonogiri Regency employees is influenced by compensation, work environment and organizational commitment by 94.20%, while the remaining 5.80 is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Pelatihan dasar-dasar investasi dan strategi pemilihan portofolio bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat, khususnya dalam pengelolaan risiko dan pengambilan keputusan investasi yang bijak. Berdasarkan Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan, literasi investasi di Indonesia masih rendah, hanya sekitar 20%, sehingga banyak masyarakat belum memahami pentingnya diversifikasi dan pengelolaan aset. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan interaktif yang terdiri dari teori, simulasi, dan studi kasus, dengan peserta dari berbagai kalangan, termasuk pelaku UMKM dan mahasiswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata kenaikan skor post-test sebesar 45%. Survei tindak lanjut satu bulan setelah pelatihan mengungkapkan bahwa 60% peserta telah memulai investasi nyata dan menerapkan strategi diversifikasi. Dampak sosial terlihat melalui efek berantai, di mana peserta menyebarkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh ke keluarga dan komunitas sekitar. Meski menghadapi tantangan seperti waktu pelatihan yang terbatas dan keragaman tingkat pemahaman peserta, program ini memberikan dampak positif yang nyata. Pelatihan ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan modul lanjutan yang lebih kompleks dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga keuangan untuk mendukung inklusi keuangan secara nasional.

Abstract

The second-year Covid-19 pandemic becomes an emergency pandemic in Indonesia. Economic movement begins to creep gradually to get out of recession. Covid-19 exerts a great effect on MSMEs around us. We, as the academicians implementing tridharma (three pillars) of university, are responsible for realizing the expectation and the ideals of our brothers/sisters who establish MSMEs and fighting for surviving amid Covid-19, and make this the background of current community service. This community service activity was conducted in Jaten Village area, Jaten Sub District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province, with the MSME actors being the target of program. This activity was conducted for one day to maximize the facilitation of entrepreneurship digitalization as the attempt to boost the economic growth rate in MSMEs affected by Covid-19 through mojo and siapik application. This activity implementation was done used training and facilitation method. These two methods were implemented by giving information, role play, FGD, simulation, practice, and reflection. The output of activity is to improve the sale performance through digitalization, to give added value to entrepreneurial knowledge thereby helping MSME actors in vending their product and service. The enthusiasm of MSME actors to keep stepping forward vigorously to pass through Covid-19 gives them positive energy to fight for recovering their family economy. The activity ran well and effectively.
