Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine several things, including knowing and explaining the effect of work stress on work motivation, knowing and explaining the influence of the work environment on work motivation, knowing and explaining the effect of work stress on performance, knowing and explaining the influence of the work environment on performance, knowing and explaining the effect of work motivation on performance, and knowing and explaining the effects of work stress on performance through work motivation and knowing and explaining the influence of the work environment on performance through work motivation at PT. BPR Luhur Damai Kediri Tabanan. Respondents in this study were 68 employees of PT. BPR Luhur Damai Kediri Tabanan, collecting data in this study using sampling techniques using saturated samples (census research). Data analysis was performed using PLS (partial least square).The results showed that (1) Job stress has a positive and insignificant influence on employee work motivation, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation, (3) Job stress has a negative and insignificant influence on employee performance, (4) The work environment has a positive and not significant influence on employee performance, (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (6) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on performance through employee work motivation, and (7) Environment work has a positive and significant influence on performance through employee motivation at BPR Luhur Damai Kediri Tabanan.

Abstract

Branding merupakan bagian penting dari strategi pemasaran yang berkelanjutan. Branding tidak hanya menyangkut logo dan kemasan, tetapi mencakup nilai-nilai dan identitas yang ingin dikomunikasikan kepada konsumen. Tujuan melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk mengedukasi branding produk lokal sebagai strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah kajian pustaka (library research), yaitu metode pengumpulan data dan informasi yang dilakukan melalui penelusuran terhadap berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan dengan topik edukasi branding. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi branding terhadap produk lokal memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mendukung strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Branding yang kuat mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal melalui penciptaan identitas merek yang konsisten, citra positif di mata konsumen, serta loyalitas pelanggan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

This community service training program aimed to enhance the digital marketing competencies of vocational high school students through Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The training addressed students’ low understanding of productive digital media use for entrepreneurship. A five-stage method was employed: preparation, pre-test and initial survey, theoretical and hands-on training, guided independent projects, and evaluation. Twenty students participated, and pre-test results indicated limited familiarity with digital advertising concepts (e.g., CPC, CTR, audience targeting). After the practice-based training, knowledge improved significantly, with average post-test scores over 30% higher than pre-test. Participants successfully created simulated ad campaigns, defined target markets, wrote ad copy, set budgets, and evaluated campaign performance. The training not only improved technical skills but also fostered an entrepreneurial mindset, as many students expressed interest in applying digital advertising strategies to personal ventures. In conclusion, the program effectively increased students’ digital marketing literacy and practical skills, aligning with industry needs. It is recommended that digital marketing content be integrated into the school curriculum and similar training be conducted regularly with broader stakeholder support to ensure sustainable impact.

Abstract

Power BI merupakan alat analisis data yang populer dan powerful di era digital saat ini. Dengan kemampuannya untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menganalisis, dan memvisualisasikan data dengan mudah dan cepat, Power BI membantu pengguna dalam mendapatkan insight dan informasi yang berguna untuk pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang lebih efektif. Kerjasama antara institusi pendidikan, INSTIKI, dan perusahaan konsultan, Gama Consulting & Training, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan Power BI untuk analisis data bisnis yang efisien dan pengambilan keputusan yang terinformasi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, termasuk penyampaian materi, diskusi, sesi praktek, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasilnya menunjukkan kepuasan peserta secara keseluruhan, dengan umpan balik positif terhadap materi yang disajikan. Studi ini merekomendasikan pelatihan lanjutan dengan fokus pada fitur-fitur yang belum tergali untuk mengoptimalkan potensi Power BI sebagai alat komprehensif dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

Technological developments in Indonesia are increasing rapidly. With the emergence of Information Technology applications and services such as mobile commerce, it has become common practice for Businesses to utilize Information Technology to facilitate their daily operations in the economy, financial sector, and retail sector. Mobile commerce is becoming popular and increasingly widespread among Indonesian people. Along with the increasingly rapid development of technology, Balindo Paradiso is also taking advantage of technological sophistication by building innovations in the m-commerce sector. This system was created to make it easier for students to access all administrative and financial activities. Students can access the application via smartphone or PC. This research was carried out to find out various aspects that impact students' intentions to use the Balindo Paradiso University Information System. This research is aimed at analyzing aspects that impact student acceptance of the Balindo Paradiso Information system. This research aims to recommend development and improvement to the developers of the Balindo Paradiso Information system in accordance with the research results obtained. The UTAUT 2 theoretical framework was used for this investigation using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the hypothesis test state that the performance expectancy, social influence, habit, and perceived trust variables have a high impact on users' intentions to use the Balindo Paradiso University Information System.

Abstract

Poverty is a highly complex social issue influenced by various interconnected factors, including Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product, and Population Size. The hypotheses are as follows: (1) Minimum Wage has a negative and significant partial effect on poverty in Tabanan Regency, (2) Gross Regional Domestic Product has a negative and significant partial effect on poverty in Tabanan Regency, (3) Population Size has a positive and significant partial effect on poverty in Tabanan Regency, (4) Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product, and Population Size have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on poverty in Tabanan Regency. Minimum Wage (X1) has a negative and significant impact on Poverty (Y) in Tabanan Regency. The lower the minimum wage received by the community, the higher the poverty rate. Gross Regional Domestic Product (X2) has a negative and significant impact on Poverty (Y) in Tabanan Regency. The lower the GRDP received by the community, the higher the poverty rate. Population Size (X3) has a positive and significant impact on Poverty (Y) in Tabanan Regency. The higher the population size in Tabanan Regency, the higher the poverty rate. Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product, and Population Size have a simultaneous impact on Poverty.

Abstract

Praktik Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) semakin diakui sebagai strategi penting bagi organisasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif, adil, dan mampu menghargai perbedaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau peran DEI dalam membentuk dan memperkuat budaya organisasi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap publikasi akademik terkemuka yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020–2025, mencakup studi tentang kebijakan inklusi, keadilan dalam akses kesempatan, serta pengelolaan keberagaman di sektor publik dan swasta. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan praktik DEI berdampak positif terhadap budaya organisasi dengan cara meningkatkan kepercayaan antarpegawai, memperkuat kolaborasi tim, serta mendorong inovasi melalui beragam perspektif. Lingkungan kerja yang inklusif juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan dan keterikatan karyawan, sehingga mendukung produktivitas dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih dihadapi, seperti resistensi internal, bias struktural, dan kesenjangan pemahaman antar generasi dalam menerima keberagaman. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya komitmen kepemimpinan, kebijakan yang konsisten, dan program pelatihan yang berkesinambungan untuk memastikan implementasi DEI berjalan efektif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi para pemimpin dan pembuat kebijakan organisasi dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip keberagaman, kesetaraan, dan inklusi untuk membangun budaya organisasi yang lebih tangguh dan responsif terhadap perubahan.
