Abstract

:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari cara agar UMKM bisa bersaing di pasar internasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber untuk memahami strategi pemasaran, pengembangan produk, dan cara mengelola risiko. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UMKM dapat memanfaatkan pemasaran digital, menciptakan produk yang inovatif, dan bekerja sama dengan distributor lokal untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Selain itu, mematuhi standar internasional dan mengelola risiko dengan baik bisa membantu mengatasi hambatan bisnis. Evaluasi strategi secara rutin juga penting agar UMKM tetap bisa mengikuti perubahan pasar global. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, UMKM diharapkan mampu bersaing secara efektif dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia. Kata Kunci: Strategi Bisnis Internasional; Pasar Global; Pemasaran Digital

Abstract

The expansion of global companies into international markets is a crucial strategic step in enhancing growth and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by multinational companies in facing the dynamics of international markets as well as the challenges that arise during the expansion process. The research method used is qualitative analysis with case studies of several global companies, both successful and those encountering difficulties in international expansion. The main findings of this study indicate that the success of expansion depends not only on the right market penetration strategy but also on the company’s ability to adapt products, processes, and business models to local market conditions. Furthermore, the main challenges faced include cultural differences, strict regulations, and risky economic and political fluctuations. This study also identifies the importance of companies’ ability to build global networks, innovate, and effectively manage risks. Global companies face complex challenges in formulating expansion strategies in international markets. The results of this study contribute theoretically to the understanding of international expansion strategies and provide practical implications for companies planning to enter global markets.

Abstract

Operations management is a series of activities that a company uses to convert a variety of input ( raw materials, labor, etc.) into end products and services. Operations Management relates to the production of goods and services, and the output of the abundant production of Goods and Services is under the coordination and supervision of the operations manager. International operations management refers to the activities related to the transformation of an international company. Operations management is also closely linked to quality, productivity, and information technology. A company determines how input is transformed into goods or services. Correctly designed and operating systems are successful and procedures play a major role in determining product quality and productivity. The aim of this research is to find out how management on international operations. The method used is the library study method. This article is about managing international operations. Operations management is a series of activities that a company uses to convert a variety of input ( raw materials, labor, etc.) into end products and services. Operations Management relates to the production of goods and services, and the output of the abundant production of Goods and Services is under the coordination and supervision of the operations manager. The primary role of operations management is to create potential for achieving maximum value for the company. In other words, operation management is an activity to provide added value that is meant to create or add new value to the input of the organization in a way that directly affects the output.

Abstract

A country's success can be reflected through its economic growth, which is measured from aspects such as the value of exports and imports which influence the trade balance. Success is achieved when industry is supported by solid economic strength, requiring the government's commitment to providing positive policies to encourage rapid and stable economic growth, especially in the context of international trade or business. With positive economic growth, national income will increase and create economic prosperity for society. Studies in the last decade show that exports drive economic growth by generating foreign exchange, which can be used to support domestic development and finance imports. The aim of this research is to determine strategies for increasing economic growth through export-import policies in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review approach in data collection and analysis. The research results show that exports in Indonesia are still low compared to other countries in the world, one of which is due to policies that are not in accordance with public policy theory.

Abstract

The development of information technology is rapidly triggered by the need for information quickly, accurately, and current. Information technology has become a major facility for the activities of various sectors of life which contributed greatly to the fundamental changes in organizational management structure and operations, information technology has been exploited by some people who can see business opportunities of the technology, influence and role of information technology indirectly, have made an online business grow. Those who understand the business can see good opportunities in the world of online business. Because many of the benefits or profits in the business online. So, Information Technology (IT) plays an important role in the development of online business information technology or IT has been commonly referred to many an important role in various fields that exist in this world. These areas include communications, medicine, economics and others. Online business is a lot of this outbreak could not be separated from the influence and role of IT.
