Abstract

The aim of this research is describing how to detect fraud using Computer Assisted Audit Technique (TABK).This research focus on purchasing fraud. Qualitative research method has used in this research.Symptoms offraud can be separated into six categories: accounting anomalies, internal control weaknesses, analyticalanomalies, extravagant lifestyle, unusual behavior, and tips and complaint. Auditor can use TABK especially todetect accounting anomalies, and analytical anomalies. The using TABK in detecting fraud can increase theeffectiveness and efficiency of audit process. In the company which was implementing computer basedinformation system, most of the data was stored in digital format, it could not read directly, and only a littlephysical audit tracking. Therefore, this is the chance for the auditor to use TABK to detect symptoms of fraud.When the auditor find fraud’s symptoms, he or she must investigate whether the symptoms resulted from actualfraud or by other factors. The result of the test using TABK is just a mediator for the auditor to find fraud’ssymptoms. So, the auditors have to do further investigation. By using TABK, the process to detect fraud will beable to be done more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, pertumbuhan internet di dunia semakin pesat. Jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia juga meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pertumbuhan pengguna internet ini juga berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pengguna media sosial dan mobile. Meningkatnya penggunaan dan popularitas media sosial telah mendorong munculnya istilah electronic word of mouth (eWOM). Adanya eWOM telah dimanfaatkan oleh banyak bisnis tidak terkecuali pada bisnis kuliner. Salah satu bisnis kuliner yang berkembang di Indonesia saat ini adalah Richeese Factory. Konsep eWOM yang diterapkan oleh Richeese Factory pada media sosial Instagram, yaitu platform assistance, concern for other consumers, dan expressing positive feelings.            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh eWOM yang terdiri atas variabel platform assistance, concern for other consumers, dan expressing positive feelings di media sosial Instagram terhadap minat beli konsumen Richeese Factory. Jenis penelitian ini ialah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey dilakukan kepada 180 responden pengguna akun Instagram Richeese Factory. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mengguanakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis F, seluruh variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa concern for other consumers, dan expressing positive feelings secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat beli ialah variabel expressing positive feelings. Kata kunci: Electronic Word of Mouth, Platform Assistance, Concern for Other Consumers, Expressing Positive Feelings, Minat Beli

Abstract

Globalization has created business opportunities that are expanding worldwide. In this increasingly connected business environment, intercultural communication is very important. Cultural differences which include language, values, norms, and beliefs affect the way people interact and do business. This article will discuss the background and importance of intercultural business communication in the era of globalization. This study analyzes the impact of globalization on business and identifies intercultural communication challenges that organizations face. Furthermore, this article discusses the benefits of developing intercultural communication competencies and strategies that can be used to enhance effective communication between different cultures.

Abstract

The developments in the current era make it easier for us to carry out trade, both national and international trade. But behind that, there is a match to this. The existence of this phenomenon means that there will definitely be consequences caused by progress that occurs, especially in the trade sector. After that, there will also be an impact, especially on the country itself. So the aim of this research is to find out how international trade affects Indonesia's economic prosperity. This research uses a qualitative approach related to international trade and investment on Indonesia's economic prosperity. The results of the research show that the efficiency level of the ASEAN countries taken in the research, Indonesia's efficiency is relatively low. The results of these two studies are related to factors that influence the efficiency of the country's economy, namely international trade and foreign investment. The results of this research show that foreign investment, international trade and financial market development improve a country's economic performance

Abstract

A letter is a means of communication to convey written information by one party to another and also functions as a reminder. Seeing the importance of a letter to be managed properly, the presentation of the latest information regarding management is very important because it plays a major role in supporting the implementation of activities and other functions. Management of letter data in a company that is relatively large is certainly a problem, if the management of letters still uses manual methods. For this reason, it is necessary to think about developing an effective system that is considered capable of helping in handling the process of administering letter data which includes storage, changes and accuracy and speed in its presentation. Here the author focuses on designing an information system for incoming and outgoing letters at the Financial Management and Regional Asset Agency of North Sumatra Province using the Visual Studio 2008 Program. The use of this system is to make it easier for employees when creating incoming and outgoing letter report data

Abstract

Abstract - Scheduling is an important aspect in the company to manage the length of production process time so as not to experience delays. Moulding Company is a manufacturing industry company with a production flow of job shop. The company's scheduling system on the manufacture of Injection Mould Base Frypan Handle is delayed where there is a non-achievable duration between actual production and planned production, to be able to obtain a solution to this problem, the proposed method, namely the Genetic Algorithm. The Genetic Algorithm method was chosen because this method does not have special criteria found in other heuristic algorithms, so the computation time is relatively shorter. Calculations on the Genetic Algorithm method using Microsoft Excel and MATLAB R2016a media. The calculation of the Genetic Algorithm method produces the optimal job operation flow, namely : 6-17-7-21-15-24-23-14-1-8-10-22-18-11-20-2-13-16-5-19-4-12-9-3. In addition, costs of Genetic Algorithm method decreased by 44% or Rp. 3,401,891, - more economical than company scheduling.

Abstract

The potential of rural women weavers in the Sabumi Group in Pagatan, Tanah Bumbu Regency, is highly significant, particularly in the villages of Manurung, Mundalang, and Saring. Among a total of 67 weavers, 63 are women, highlighting the dominant role of women in preserving and developing the traditional Pagatan weaving craft. This community service program aims to establish a Pagatan weaving business incubator through the formation of a youth group that functions as a center for training, production, and business development for women’s weaving communities. Additionally, the program seeks to create a digital platform for promoting and marketing Pagatan woven products through social media and online marketplaces. The implementation involved several stages, including mapping the complete network of weaving actors, conducting a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and providing training on digital marketing strategies. Furthermore, activities included content creation, product digitalization, and the establishment of a shared marketplace account to expand the market reach of woven products. One of the key achievements was the formation of the Kelompok Tenun Muda Majang Kaluku, consisting of 20 young weavers from Manurung and Mundalang villages. This group is expected to play a vital role in sustaining the weaving tradition while introducing modern business and marketing practices. Overall, this initiative demonstrates that integrating traditional skills with digital marketing innovation can enhance economic empowerment for rural women, foster cultural preservation, and strengthen local creative economies in Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the history of development and monetary policy of the Central Bank of Indonesia in financial stability. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study research method through literature study. The results of this study explain that the Central Bank is an institution that has an important role in the economy of a nation, especially in the fields of monetary, finance and banking. The purpose of the central bank as stated in the Indonesian Law No. 23 Year 1999 Chapter 3 Article 7 is to achieve and maintain rupiah stability. Another role of Bank Indonesia is in terms of channeling money, especially currency or paper and metal where Bank Indonesia has the sole right to distribute currency. Bank Indonesia has three pillars which are its three areas of duties: setting and implementing monetary policy, regulating and maintaining a smooth payment system, and regulating and supervising banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

In an era marked by the expanding coverage of the National Health Insurance (JKN), the utilization of health services remains influenced by disparities in access and the availability of health facilities across various regions. This study aims to analyze whether the expansion of JKN coverage has been accompanied by equitable access to health services in North Sumatra Province during the 2021–2025 period, based on the socioeconomic conditions of the population and the availability of health facilities. This study employs a quantitative approach with a comparative study design based on secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publications for the years 2021–2025. The results indicate that JKN enrollment has increased in areas with high poverty rates, yet the availability of healthcare facilities in those regions tends to remain stagnant or decline. Conversely, regions with higher per capita expenditure exhibit relatively stable or increasing availability of health facilities. This disparity is reflected in the rising unmet health care needs in North Sumatra Province, which increased from 3.83% in 2021 to 5.07% in 2025. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the increase in JKN coverage in North Sumatra Province has not been fully accompanied by equitable access to health services. This situation is particularly prevalent in areas with high poverty rates, such as the Nias Islands and Gunungsitoli, which still face limitations in the availability of health facilities and access to adequate healthcare services.

Abstract

Perempuan merupakan pilar pembangunan yang krusial, namun implementasinya sering terkendala terutama dalam pemanfaatan potensi ekonomi. Program Inkubator Tenun Pagatan ini bertujuan memberdayakan komunitas perempuan penenun di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu melalui pendekatan ekonomi kreatif. Tenun Pagatan sebagai warisan budaya dan sebagai sumber ekonomi berkelanjutan, permasalahan yang terjadi pada pengelolaan tenun minimnya akses pelatihan manajemen usaha, inovasi produk, dan terbatasnya jangkauan pasar. Metode pengabdian dilakukan selama 7 bulan di Desa Manurung, Kecamatan Kusan Tengah, melalui tahapan Identifikasi Awal, Sosialisasi, Pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas (Analisis SWOT, Desain Inovasi, Manajemen Usaha), dan Digitalisasi Usaha. Tujuan spesifiknya meliputi pembentukan Inkubator Usaha, peningkatan kemandirian, regenerasi perajin (membentuk Kelompok Tenun Muda Majang Kaluku), dan perluasan jangkauan pasar melalui digitalisasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas penenun Kelompok SABUMI, ditandai dengan penguasaan manajemen usaha, perolehan NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), dan kreasi produk turunan inovatif. Program ini berhasil mengatasi tantangan pemasaran dengan mengimplementasikan pemasaran online melalui marketplace (Shopee). Dampak signifikan yang dicapai adalah penguatan posisi perempuan sebagai aktor ekonomi lokal dan peningkatan pendapatan perajin, memastikan Tenun Pagatan menjadi aset budaya sekaligus sumber ekonomi yang tangguh dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Ekonomi Kreatif, Tenun Pagatan, Digitalisasi, Inkubator Usaha
