Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine employee responses and to analyze the direct and indirect influence of competence and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in the production division of PT. XYZ Tbk Bogor. The number of samples in this study was 78 people using probability sampling techniques. This research uses path analysis data analysis techniques. Testing the data using the SPSS program version 22. The results showed that the employee's response to performance and competence was in the very good category, and the employee's response to the work environment and work motivation was included in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing prove that competence and work environment have a direct and significant effect on work motivation. Competence, work environment and work motivation have a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competence and work environment indirectly have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

UMKM di Desa Muarajaya Kecamatan Caringin Bogor adalah salah satu UMKM di Kabupaten Bogor yang belum mengenal strategi pemasaran melalui digital marketing dan belum memiliki gallery offline sebagai sarana penjualan yang menjanjikan. Sementara di Desa Muarajaya terdapat tempat wisata yang sangat berpotensi sebagai sarana peningkatan UMKM khususnya UMKM makanan, karena jumlah pengunjung tempat wisata tesebut sudah mencapai 3.000 pengunjung dalam satu bulan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah Menciptakan Inovasi Model Penjualan melalui Digital Marketing dan Pembangunan Gallery Offline (CIMOL) dengan mengajukan proposal sponsorship yang diberikan kepada perusahaan di sekitar Desa Muarajaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat Participatory Action Research (PAR) mulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga tahap evaluasi. Melalui program CIMOL ini, mahasiswa berhasil membuat digital marketing produk UMKM desa dan pembangunan gallery offline di tempat wisata yang ada di Desa Muarajaya.

Abstract

Piscok production in Indonesia is experiencing significant growth, but there are challenges in terms of efficiency. The purpose of this study is to maximize the profit of piscok production through linear programming with the simplex method. This research analyzes data to find the most effective production combination, given issues such as raw materials and production capacity. The analysis results show that by producing four units of Cheese Piscok and ten units of Bluberry Piscok, the maximum profit that can be achieved is Rp38,000. This research adds insight to small and medium industry players about the application of linear programming in the food sector.

Abstract

Optimizing the profit from coffee bean production is crucial in the coffee industry consider the competitive environment and the need for maximize revenue. The aim of this research is to use the Simplex linear programming method to determine and maximize profits from coffee bean production. This technique is used to ascertain the best combination of coffee bean production volumes while still considering a number of limitations, including scarce resources (labor, raw materials and machines) and market demand. The findings of this research show that by using the Simplex approach, companies can maximize the profit generated from coffee bean production while adhering to the existing constraints. The simulation conducted provides an optimal solution in terms of the precise production volume for each type of coffee product, contributing significantly to production planning and business strategy.

Abstract

Home industries such as Noga Sari, daily produce processed nuts with original and chocolate flavors. With previous research that obtained information about the composition of many units of each variant in production, as well as determining the maximum profit obtained optimally, to determine this, as a consequence of the analysis, the maximum profit of UMKM Noga Sari must be calculated. To this end, a linear program is used to calculate the maximum profit using the simplex approach through a solver. The quantitative method is applied in this research. Information gathered from talks with the UMKM Noga Sari's owner.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize profits in the production of chocolate-filled bread at Sasari Bakery using linear programming and the simplex method. This study is motivated by the need to improve operational efficiency and maximize profits in the context of production limited by resources. The simplex method is used to find the optimal solution regarding the quantity of bread that can be produced to maximize profits. The results of this study indicate that with the application of linear programming and the simplex method, Sasari Bakery can achieve a maximum profit (Zmax) of Rp. 82,500 per day, from a combination of profits from 3 pieces of chocolate nut bread (X1) and 10 pieces of chocolate cheese bread. (X2). Overall, this research makes a significant contribution to integrating mathematical optimization techniques in the small and medium-sized bakery industry (IKM), opening opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize profits with limited resources.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the profit of donut production at UMM Donat Kyus through the application of the simplex method. By using a linear programming approach, this study analyzes the most effective combination of donut production to maximize profits. Research data were obtained through interviews and direct observation of the donut production process, including the amount of raw materials, production time, production costs, production capacity, and profit per day. The results showed that the optimal production combination was 46 pcs of potato donuts and 29 pcs of regular donuts per day, which has the potential to generate profits between IDR 100,000 to IDR 140,000 per day. This study highlights the importance of effective resource management in achieving maximum profits at UMKM Donat Kyus. These findings provide significant implications for production decision making in similar UMKM, so that it can increase business efficiency and profitability

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, and work environment of employees in the production department of PT Dobha Putra Salim. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 122 respondents who were employees of the production department of PT Dobha Putra Salim. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, F test and t test. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the R value was 0.938, meaning that each variable had a very strong relationship. While the determination coefficient (R Square) showed the influence of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee work productivity in the production department of PT Dobha Putra Salim by 88.1% while the remaining 11.9% was explained by other variables not included in this study. The results of the F test and t test showed that simultaneously and partially motivation, work discipline, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT Dobha Putra Salim

Abstract

Research aimed at examining the impact of leadership, competence and compensation on work performance at PT. Kelindo. The research method is quantitative descriptive and verification, involving 38 respondents through distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using an ordinal scale through multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that employee responses to leadership are quite good, competence is high, competence is quite capable, and work performance is quite high. Simultaneously and partially, leadership, competence, and failure have a significant positive impact on work performance. These findings illustrate that increased employee performance can be encouraged through effective leadership, appropriate competencies and fair increases, and can be used as material for strategic consideration in HR development at PT. Kelindo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and product innovation on the marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the snack food sector located in Caringin District, Bogor Regency. The background of this research is the increasing competition in the snack food industry, which requires MSMEs to adapt to market demands and continuously develop innovative products to sustain their competitiveness. The research employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the studied variables. A total of 81 MSME actors were selected as respondents using a proportional stratified random sampling technique to ensure fair representation of the population. Data collection was carried out through structured questionnaires and documentation to capture both subjective perceptions and objective evidence. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that market orientation and product innovation have significant effects, both partially and simultaneously, on the marketing performance of MSMEs in the snack food sector. Specifically, market orientation enhances the ability of MSMEs to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and market dynamics, while product innovation contributes to offering unique, varied, and competitive products that meet consumer expectations. The study concludes that strengthening market orientation and encouraging continuous product innovation should be considered as strategic priorities for MSMEs to achieve superior marketing performance. These results provide practical implications for MSME owners and policymakers to design programs and interventions that foster competitiveness and long-term business sustainability.
