Abstract

This study analyzes the role of teachers as philosophers at MAS Babul Khairat, focusing on their teaching practices and the challenges they encounter. The findings indicate that teachers at this madrasah serve not only as academic instructors but also as moral and intellectual mentors, integrating Islamic values into their teaching. They employ various innovative methods, such as discussions, group projects, and problem-based learning approaches, to foster critical and reflective thinking among students. Additionally, teachers act as role models through their daily conduct, helping students to understand and apply ethical values in their lives. However, the study also identifies several challenges faced by these teachers, including limited resources, heavy workloads, insufficient professional development opportunities, and the pressure to meet high academic standards. These challenges underscore the need for increased support from both the school and the government, including restructuring teacher responsibilities, enhancing educational resources, and providing ongoing professional training. With appropriate support, teachers at MAS Babul Khairat can continue to develop effective and innovative teaching practices, further fulfilling their role as philosophers. This study highlights that with strong commitment and adequate support, teachers can cultivate a learning environment conducive to the intellectual, moral, and spiritual growth of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of madrasahs in integrating digital technology into the Islamic education curriculum in the Industrial Revolution 5.0 era. This integration is important considering the demands of the era that emphasize human and technology collaboration without ignoring Islamic values. The study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Five main variables were studied: infrastructure readiness, teacher digital literacy competency, curriculum limitations, madrasah innovation, and readiness for digital curriculum integration. The results show that infrastructure readiness and teacher competency have a significant effect on readiness for integration. Curriculum limitations are the main obstacle, while madrasah innovation strengthens the positive relationship between variables. This study provides an important empirical picture for policy makers and curriculum developers to design an Islamic education system that is adaptive to digital technology without losing the essence of religious values

Abstract

Desa Wisata Patengan yang terletak di Kecamatan Rancabali, Kabupaten Bandung, memilikipotensi besar dalam sektor pariwisata dan pertanian, khususnya budidaya teh dan sayur-mayur.Meskipun memiliki keindahan alam dan kekayaan produk lokal, pemasaran produk di desa inimasih terbatas, terutama dalam hal pengemasan, pemasaran dan promosi digital. Tujuan daripengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pengemasan, pemasaran dan promosidigital untuk masyarakat Desa Wisata Patengan, agar produk-produk lokal seperti sayur-mayurdan stroberi dapat dikenal lebih luas melalui media digital. Metode yang digunakan adalahpendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktifdalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini meliputi observasi lapangan, pelatihan pengemasanproduk, pemasaran serta pembuatan konten promosi, dan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatanplatform digital seperti media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkanpeningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pengemasan produk yang menarik, sertakemampuan mereka dalam memasarkan produk melalui platform digital yang lebih luas, sepertiInstagram, Facebook, dan marketplace seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia. Kegiatan ini jugamendapat respon positif dari masyarakat, dengan sebagian besar peserta menyatakan puas denganhasil pelatihan yang diberikan. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petanilokal dan memperkenalkan Desa Wisata Patengan sebagai destinasi wisata yang lebih dikenal dipasar global.Kata kunci: Desa Wisata Patengan, Pengemasan Produk, Pemasaran Digital, Media Sosial,Marketplace.

Abstract

Data UNICEF tahun 2019 terdapat 395.000 persalinan terjadi diseluruh dunia. Hampir setengah kelahiran ini diestimasikan berasal dari 8 negara diseluruh dunia yaitu, India, China, Nigeria, Indonesia, Amerika Serikat dan Republik Kongo. Data WHO tahun 2019 angka kematian ibu di dunia yaitu sebanyak 303.000 jiwa. Angka kematian ibu di ASEAN yaitu sebesar 235 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Masa nifas adalah masa di mulai setelah kelahiran plasenta dan berakhir ketika alat kandungan kembali semula seperti sebelum hamil, yang berlangsung selama 6 minggu atau 42 hari. Pasien yang di kaji dalam laporan tugas akhir ini adalah Ny. D pengkajian dilakukan penggunakan asuhan kebidanan 7 langkah Varney dengan mengumpulkan data secara subjektif dan objektif dengan diagnosa aktual P4 A0 post partum sectio caesarea hari pertama dan nyeri luka sectio caesarea, diagnosa masalah potensial antisipasi terjadinya infeksi luka operasi dan tidak ada data yang mendukung untuk dilakukannya tindakan segera dan kolaborasi. Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka, evaluasi dilakukan penulis mendapat kesenjangan antara teori dan studi kasus dan tidak terdapat masalah karena seluruh masalah pada Ny. D dapat teratasi dengan baik. Tujuan disusunnya laporan tugas akhir ini untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan kepada Ny. D dengan nyeri luka operasi di Rumah Sakit Pelamonia Makassar. Dengan menggunakan manajeman asuhan kebidanan sesuai dengan wewenang bidan. Penelitian ini, bidan dapat menerapkan manajemen asuhan kebidanan sesuai dengan prioritas masalah pasien secara menyeluruh sehingga tindakan yang akan dilakukan bidan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan berdasarkan metode ilmiah

Abstract

This research discusses the opportunities and challenges of sharia insurance in Indonesia. The research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through literature studies, such as books, the internet, trusted websites and previous journals. The purpose of the research is to understand the opportunities and challenges of Sharia insurance in Indonesia. Therefore, the results obtained from the research prove that sharia insurance products continue to experience growth with strong positive encouragement from the community, where people benefit from sharia insurance. This is because there is a value of justice in Sharia insurance itself. Apart from that, the challenges faced by sharia insurance companies are that many people are completely unaware of the existence of sharia insurance, there are no strong regulations regarding sharia insurance, sharia insurance products are still modified from conventional insurance, small capital, and. Lack of HR (Human Resources). Therefore, it is very necessary for the government to play a major role in ensuring sharia insurance experiences optimal development and growth.
