Abstract

In general, every job has a goal, the goal will be achieved after the activity is completed. Likewise, this research also has goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district and identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district. In addition, this research is also expected to bring benefits in the form of knowledge and insight to the wider community in achieving halal certification according to Islamic teachings. This research was conducted based on descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used include interviews with information providers (MSME actors) as a source of information.

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behaviour is very important to be applied to daily life in boarding schools, this is shown so that each student can adapt and increase everyone's immune system. Based on this awareness, we, the participants of KKN Pondok Pesantren Darul Aman, invite the students to do sports and cleaning activities. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding to the students that the importance of maintaining health and cleanliness to foster a sense of care for themselves and the environment. Through this service we succeeded in increasing the awareness of the students about clean and healthy living behaviour, and we also succeeded in increasing the awareness of the students to maintain environmental cleanliness in the boarding school

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk Pemberdayaan Santri Pondok Pesantren: Pengaruh Konteks Sosial dalam Pengembangan Fikih Di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Nurul Qur’an Kraksan Probolinggo. Meski para warga binaan ini merupakan kelompok santri penghafal Qur’an, akan tetapi Pemberdayaan Santri Pondok Pesantren terhadap Pengaruh Konteks Sosial dalam Pengembangan Fikih Di Pondok Pesantren merupakan hal yang perlu dilakukan. Proses pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang diawali dengan pemetaan masalah, membangun kepercayaan dengan warga binaan, menentukan masalah prioritas, menyusun strategi gerakan, pelaksanaan program, pengamatan dan refleksi teoretis. Hasil pendampingan yang telah dilakukan adalah; terbentuknya kesadaran untuk bersumbangsih pada kehidupan sosial bagi warga binaan yang dapat membentengi dirinya dari segala bentuk perubahan sosial yang merugikan; terbentuknya kesadaran beragama yang moderat melalui layanan segala bentuk keagamaan untuk mencegah dari radikalisme dan terorisme

Abstract

According to Saputra and Rumangkit (2021), one of the factors that can affect organizational commitment is organizational culture, because organizational culture is an identity that exists in an organization that distinguishes organizational culture from other companies. High commitment from employees is what the company really wants. The more highly committed employees, the overall company productivity will increase, and the company can survive in its business competition. Commitment to the organization is an important behavioral dimension that can be used to evaluate the strength of workers to stay in an organization. Therefore, the management of an organization or company needs to continue to encourage the creation of commitment from members of the organization. Several factors that can increase organizational commitment are carried out through the role of transformational leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and destination image on visitor satisfaction and loyalty of visitors to the Lon Malang Beach destination. This research uses a quantitative approach with analytical methods Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is processed using a statistical program SmartPLS version 4. The population in this study consisted of tourists who visited Lon Malang Beach, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected randomly. The main instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire prepared using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions of the variables studied. The research results show that service quality has a significant influence on visitor loyalty, making it the main factor that plays an important role in increasing tourist loyalty at Lon Malang Beach. In addition, destination image was found to have a smaller influence on visitor satisfaction and loyalty compared to service quality. Visitor satisfaction has also been proven to be an important variable in building loyalty, meaning satisfied visitors are more likely to return to visit in the future. Thus, this research highlights that service quality is a key factor in creating visitor loyalty, while destination image makes a more limited contribution to visitor satisfaction and loyalty at Lon Malang Beach.
