Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competency and compensation on employee performance through organizing citizenship behavior as an intervening variable at the Bukittinggi Regional Financial Agency. This study's population were all Bukittinggi Regional Finance Agency employees. Meanwhile, the samples were taken from 86 members (all employees of the Bukittinggi Regional Finance Agency) using quantitative techniques. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to the public as respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) is the data analysis technique used. The results obtained were based on the Competency Hypothesis Test. There is a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior at the Bukittinggi City Financial Agency. While the Compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Bukittinggi City Financial Agency. Meanwhile, Competency positively and significantly affects employee performance at the Bukittinggi City Financial Agency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence Information Technology, School Environment, Emotional Intelligence, and Intellectual Intelligence have on the Learning Achievement of Students at SMK Negeri 9 Padang. The research results obtained were (a) that there was no significant influence of the Information Technology variable on the learning achievement of students at SMK Negeri 9 Padang, (b) there is a positive and significant influence of the School Environment variable on the Learning Achievement of students at SMK Negeri 9 Padang (c) there is a positive and significant influence of the Emotional Intelligence variable on the Learning Achievement of SMK Negeri 9 Padang students (d) there is no significant influence of the Intellectual Intelligence variable on the Learning Achievement (e) Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Information Technology, School Environment, Emotional Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence on Student Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between motivation, work discipline and leadership on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Padang Branch. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis by distributing questionnaires to 89 respondents. Hypothesis testing using T test and F test. The results of the study obtained based on the Persian Test (t Test) obtained: (a) there is a significant influence between the relationship between motivation and employee performance as evidenced by the t count value> t table (3.613> 1.988) with a significant level (0.001 <0.050), (b) there is a significant influence between the relationship between Work Discipline and employee performance as evidenced by the t count value> t table (2.713> 1.988) with a significant level (0.008 <0.050), (c) there is a significant influence between the relationship between Leadership and employee performance as evidenced by the t count value> table (2.627> 1.988) with a significant level (0.010 <0.050). Then based on the simultaneous hypothesis test (F Test) it can be seen that the f count value is 46.410 with a significant level (0.000 <0.050). So the writer concludes that the influence of motivation, work discipline and leadership on the performance of employees of Bank BTN Padang branch based on the Determination Coefficient (R Square) test, the value is 0.622 or 62.2%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of motivation, work discipline and leadership variables on employee performance is 0.609 or 60.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational culture on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of Perum Bulog Padang. The design of this research is in accordance with the research objectives and the problems being researched and formulated, the research that the author makes using quantitative methods. With a significant level of 0.001 less than 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. That there is a positive and insignificant effect between Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Perum Bulog Padang. With a significant level greater than alpha (0.882 > 0.05). That there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Perum Bulog Padang. With a significantly smaller level of alpha (0.000 < 0.05). That there is a positive and insignificant influence between Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Perum Bulog Padang. With a significantly less than alpha level (0.068 > 0.05). Simultaneous Testing (F-Test) can be done by comparing the value of Fcount with Ftable because the value of Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable (12.335 > 2.92). The F value is 2,045 with a significant level of 0.000 less than 5%. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means this is done jointly between Organizational Commitment (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), Organizational Culture (X3) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh emotional intelligency, komitmen dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabelintervening pada Kantor Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan Kota Solok. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel independen yaitu emotional intelligency, komitmen dan stress kerja dan satu variabel kinerja pegawai serta kepuasan kerja variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan Kota Solok. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: a) tidak terdapat pengaruh Emotional intelligence terhadap Kepuasan kerja, b) terdapat pengaruh Komitmen terhadap Kepuasan kerja, c) terdapat pengaruh Stres kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja, d) tidak terdapat pengaruh Emotional intelligence terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, e) terdapat pengaruh Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, f) terdapat pengaruh Stres kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, g) terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, h) Kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja pegawai, i) Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara Komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai, j) Bahwa Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara Stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The results of the study show (a) there is a positive and significant effect between Placement on Satisfaction. Where the calculated t value is greater than t table (5.742 > 2.045) or the significant level is smaller than alpha (0.000 <0.05) (b) There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on job satisfaction in. Where the calculated t value is greater than t table (4.295 > 2.045) or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0.000 <0.05) (c) There is a positive and significant effect between Placement on Performance. . Where t count is greater than t table (5.728 > 2.045) or a significant level equal to alpha (0.000 <0.05) (d) There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance. Where the calculated t value is greater than t table (2.392 > 2.045) or the significant level is smaller than alpha (0.022 <0.05) (e) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. Where t-count is greater than t-table (3.331 > 2.045) or significantly lower than alpha (0.002 <0.05) (f) Job satisfaction can mediate Placement on Employee Performance. Where the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect (0.772 > 0.577) (g) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the work environment on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Incasi Raya. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuesioner, dengan Sampel 40 responden dengan menggunakan metode teknik random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, (1.) Terdapat, pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (2.) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (3.)Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (4.)Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada Pengembangan Karir terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (5.) Terdapat pengaruh Positif yang signifikan pada Kepuasan Kerja terhadap KOmitmen Organisasi. (6.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi melalui Kepuasan Kerja  (7.) Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Self Efficacy Terhadap Kinerja Karyaan melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan Dapoer Enha . Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Dapoer Enha yang berjumlah 32 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh : (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Self Efficacy terhadap Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Terdapat pengaruh posotif dan signifikan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and human resources on work performance and employee motivation as a mediation variable at PT. Teluk Luas Padang. Primary data was obtained by administering questionnaires directly to respondents who are PT Teluk Luas Padang employees. Data analysis in this study used validity, reliability, classical assumption test (data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, Path Analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), partial regression coefficient (t-test), the regression coefficients together (F-test), while the overall data analysis uses SPSS statistic 16 software. The results of this study conclude that (1) leadership style significantly affects work performance. (2) human resources have a significant effect on work performance. (3) work motivation has no significant effect on work performance. (4) leadership style has no significant effect on work performance through work motivation. (5) human resources significantly affect work performance through work motivation. (6) leadership style and human resources simultaneously significantly affect work performance. (7) leadership style and human resources simultaneously significantly affect work performance through work motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar signifikan Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam.Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 variabel Indenpenden yaitu Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 37 responden.Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif. Data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 37 respondents.The method used is the Quantitative Method. Based on the results of this study, it is in line with the research conducted. From the results of the research on the effect of self-leadership and self-efficacy on organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable for employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security, Agam Regency, it can be concluded that: 1. Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 2. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 3. Self-leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment to Service employees Fisheries and Food Security in Agam Regency, 4. Self-efficacy has a positive and not significant effect on organizational commitment at the Fisheries and Food Security Service in Agam Regency, 5. Organizational citizenship behavior is important positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 6. Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 7.
