Abstract

This research aims to find out how to improve listening comprehension in English in Uinsu students of the 2nd semester education management study program to improve listening comprehension in English. This research explores the extent to which students improve listening comprehension through films with and without subtitles, music, radio, and heard podcasts in English and what was their attitude towards this teaching tool. In order to be able to hear well, understand the meaning of each word, sentence, when talking to the other person in English. This research used qualitative methods, namely interviews and observations carried out directly in the MPI 2 class, interviews with several students and forming study groups to carry out teaching in improving listening comprehension in English, and taking several documentation as evidence that the research had been carried out. The results of this research are that MP2 class students' listening comprehension in English has increased after learning in study groups. Ways to improve students' listening comprehension in English are by watching films, listening to the radio, listening to music, and listening to podcasts in English. In this way students are able to improve their listening comprehension in English

Abstract

Teacher pedagogical competence is a competency that teachers must have in the form of the ability to organize student learning in the classroom. The issue of this research is how teachers integrate pedagogical competence in the independent curriculum in the digital era at MTS LABORATORY UINSU. The type of research used focuses on in a qualitative approach that involves case studies. The data collection technique used is the observation method, interview and study documents. Interviews are often also said to be interviews conducted with Mrs. Helmiati S.Pd as an arts and culture teacher. Observations or observations are carried out to obtain accurate information from the research object. Documentation, in other words, document study is carried out in the first two sessions. during the interview and secondly when the interview process has been completed as research evidence. The research results show that the analysis of teacher pedagogical competence in implementing the independent curriculum in the digital era has not gone well in accordance with pedagogical competence due to the lack of supporting infrastructure for learning according to the independent curriculum in the digital era .

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat stakeholder tentang pelayanan administrasi dan manajemen perkantoran di UPT SMPN 27 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Di antara responden adalah kepala sekolah, staf tata usaha, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah ini memiliki kemampuan manajemen perkantoran yang baik, terutama dalam hal mengelola dokumen, informasi, dan karyawan. Tapi masih ada masalah, seperti kekurangan tenaga kerja dan fasilitas teknologi yang buruk. Dari sudut pandang stakeholder, layanan administrasi cukup responsif, tetapi informasi harus diberikan lebih cepat dan tepat. Mereka juga menekankan betapa pentingnya pelatihan staf administrasi dan digitalisasi sistem. Menurut penelitian ini, pelayanan administrasi profesional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan stakeholder dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, sistem berbasis TI, dan komunikasi yang lebih baik dengan stakeholder.
