Abstract

This research took place in Tasikmalaya City and aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance production department at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. This research involves use of survey methods with a quantitative approach, employee section production as a population, and random sampling techniques with cluster sampling as a sampling technique with a sample size of 55 people production employees. Data processing is carried out from primary data sources and and secondary. The research data is then processed by testing validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, statistical analysis tests, and hypothesis tests with using the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the F test results, it shows compensation and work discipline influence employee performance significantly. The T test results show that compensation partially influences performance employees significantly, while work discipline partially does not significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the condition of compensation, work life balance and employee loyalty, as well as to test and analyze the influence of compensation and work life balance on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City (survey of Gen Z employees in the formal sector). This type of research uses quantitative causality research and the respondents in this research are 100 respondents. In this research, samples were taken using non-probability sampling, namely using a purposive sampling technique.  The analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The research results show that compensation and work life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector. The results of research on partial compensation on employee loyalty have a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector and work life balance partially has a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector.

Abstract

  This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of service quality and product innovation on consumer satisfactionat the Rizky Shop Rajapolah Tasikmalaya regency. The method usedin this research methodwith a survey approach. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling and samples taken were 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is the multiple linear regression equation. The research results show that service quality and product innovation si,ultaneously have a significanteffect on consumer satisfaction at the Rizky Shop Rajapolah store. Servive quality partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Rizky Shop Rajapolah store. Product innovation partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Rizky Shop Rajapolah store Tasikmalaya district.

Abstract

The study was carried out in Tasikmalaya City to explore how overconfidence and risk tolerance influence the investment choices of Generation Z individuals in the capital market. The research employed a quantitative approach and survey method. The target population consisted of Generation Z members residing in Tasikmalaya City who are active in the capital market. The sampling technique involved non-probability sampling with a probability approach, resulting in a sample size of 100 individuals between 18 and 27 years old. Both primary and secondary data were collected for this study. The data analysis involved validity and reliability tests, classical hypothesis tests, statistical analysis tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The findings from the F test indicated that both overconfidence and risk tolerance significantly influence investment decisions. However, the t-test results revealed that while risk tolerance has a significant impact on investment decisions, overconfidence doesn’t have a significant effect when considered individually.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability and leverage on company value in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2022. Simultaneous testing shows that the influence of company size which is proxied by the natural logarithm, profitability which is proxied by ROA, and leverage which is proxied by DAR has an effect on company value which is proxied by price book value. Partially, using the test, it can be seen that the influence of company size, which is proxied by the natural logarithm, has a significant effect on company value, which is proxied by the price book volume. However, the influence of profitability as proxied by ROA and the influence of leverage as proxied by DAR do not have a significant effect on company value as proxied by price book value.
