Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat membuat perusahaan berupaya mempertahankan keunggulan dengan meningkatkan kinerja dan kondisi keuangan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menelaah faktor keuangan yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan (PBV) yang dimoderasi dengan kebijakan dividen (DPR). Diantaranya kebijakan hutang (DER), likuiditas (CR), dan profitabilitas (ROA). Sampel dalam studi ini diambil dengan mengimplementasikan metode purposive sampling, dengan total 120 sampel perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor barang konsumsi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui Uji MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh DER, CR, dan ROA secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Akan tetapi, kebijakan dividen (DPR) tidak mampu memoderasi DER, CR, dan ROA pada PBV perusahaan di sektor barang konsumsi periode 2019-2023.

Abstract

Fintech Lending statistics report from OJK in 2023 that total online loans in Indonesia exceeded IDR 47 trillion as of June 2023, with Generation Z (aged 19–34) as the largest user group. This study analyzes the factors influencing Generation Z’s decision to use online loans, with ease of use as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method through Smart-PLS 3.0. Data were collected through an online survey with 870 respondents. The findings indicate that financial literacy, lifestyle changes, consumerism, and trust significantly influence online loan decisions. However, ease of use only moderates the relationship between consumerism and online loan decisions, while its impact on other factors is insignificant. These results suggest that ease of use does not fully strengthen the relationship between these factors and online loan decisions. Further research is needed to explore its moderating role in this context..

Abstract

Modal merupakan komponen penting dan diperlukan untuk membangun dan menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis dengan mempertimbangkan cara terbaik untuk mengalokasikan dananya agar dapat meningkatkan atau memaksimalkan keuntungan. Maka dari itu penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk memahami determinasi faktor-faktor kinerja perusahaan pada struktur modal pada perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi termuat di BEI tahun 2020-2023. Desain pada penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis yang dioprasikan melalui aplikasi SPSS 26 dengan metode purposive sampling sejumlah 10 perusahaan sesuai kriteria. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisienn determinan, uji f, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan secara parsial aktiva struktur berdampak positif pada modal struktur. Sedangkan volatilitas laba, dan TATO secara parsial berdampak negatif. Fleksibilitas keuangan berdampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan pada struktur modal. Secara keseluruhan struktur aktivitas, volatilitas laba, TATO, dan Fleksibilitas keuangan berdampak pada struktur modal. Riset ini memakai data triwulan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi masa Covid-19, sehingga data yang diperoleh lebih optimal karena selama 3 bulan data akan terupdate

Abstract

Kalongan Village MSMEs have great potential to grow into a higher scale. Several obstacles in the production and marketing aspects are still faced by Kalongan Village MSMEs. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of MSME actors in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs through the SWOT strategy approach. SWOT analysis is useful for supporting the preparation of production and marketing strategies that have an impact on increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. This activity was attended by 20 MSME partners in Kalongan Village. The method used in this activity is a workshop based on learning by practice. This activity can improve the SWOT analysis skills of MSME actors as evidenced by the increase in pre-test and post-test scores from 65.37 to 87.51. This activity is able to provide an understanding for MSME owners regarding the importance of SWOT strategy and the preparation of SWOT matrix to support the sustainability of MSMEs.

Abstract

Fluktuasi kinerja keuangan dan isu sosial-lingkungan yang terjadi pada sektor pertambangan di Indonesia mempengaruhi persepsi investor terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap return saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019–2023. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan purposive sampling, menghasilkan 154 data observasi dari 48 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Sementara itu, CSR dan DER tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Disimpulkan bahwa dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, investor lebih mempertimbangkan profitabilitas perusahaan dibandingkan faktor tanggung jawab sosial maupun struktur modal.

Abstract

Faced with fierce competition, coffee shops need to stay in tune with evolving customer preferences. This research was conducted the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, specifically the House of Quality (HoQ) tool, to analyze feedback from subject consist of 100 customers of Skenario Kopi Cafe. The HoQ is a structured approach that translates customer desires (Voice of Customer or VoC) into actionable technical improvements. The sampling technique is based on purposive sampling technique. Analysis of Validity Test and Reliability Test data using SPSS 24 software. The research identified 15 key customer needs, categorized by their level of importance. They then compared these needs to 5 potential technical responses that Skenario Kopi Cafe could implement. Based on this analysis, the result showed such as prioritizing communication training for staff, followed by facility upgrades, and lastly, implementing regular performance evaluations. By analyzing the relationships between these factors, the researchers were able to prioritize the actions that would have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah investor muda di Indonesia, terutama Generasi Z, tidak selalu diiringi oleh peningkatan kualitas keputusan investasi yang rasional, mengingat besarnya pengaruh faktor psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh bias perilaku terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Kota Semarang, dengan overconfidence berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif eksplanatori, dengan metode survei terhadap 112 investor Generasi Z berusia 17–27 tahun yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa bias perilaku memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap overconfidence (β = 0,748; p < 0,001), sementara overconfidence memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (β = −0,437; p < 0,001). Selain itu, bias perilaku juga menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (β = −0,401; p < 0,001). Lebih lanjut, overconfidence terbukti memediasi pengaruh bias perilaku terhadap keputusan investasi secara signifikan (β = −0,327; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keputusan investasi Gen Z cenderung dipengaruhi oleh bias kognitif dan keyakinan berlebihan, sehingga pendekatan keuangan perilaku menjadi kerangka yang relevan dalam memahami perilaku investor muda di Indonesia

Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial leverage on financial performance in property and Real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and whether financial distress modifies that effect. The objective is to  determine whether higher leverage reduces financial performance and  whether financial distress strengthens or weakens that relationship. We use a quantitative panel regression on 68 firms observed between 2020 and 2024. Outliers were screened using the interquartile range and an indicator saturation procedure implemented in EViews 13, yielding 249 usable  observations. Financial leverage is measured by the debt-to-asset ratio, firm  performance by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), and  financial distress by a bankruptcy-risk score (Altman Z-Score). Results show  that higher debt-to-asset ratios significantly reduce both ROA and ROE.  Financial distress does not have a significant direct effect on performance,  but the combined effect of leverage and distress is positive and significant,  indicating that distress tends to weaken rather than amplify the negative  impact of leverage. The findings suggest that firms under financial pressure  often adopt restructuring or efficiency measures that mitigate leverage’s  adverse effects. The study concludes that property firms should manage  leverage carefully and address distress proactively through timely  restructuring and operational improvements to preserve profitability and  long-term viability.

Abstract

The growth of student entrepreneurship in Semarang City has not been fully accompanied by adequate financial management capabilities. Financial record-keeping problems, particularly the inability to separate personal and business finances, remain prevalent and tend to increase, potentially hindering the sustainability of student-owned MSMEs.  This study aims to examine the effects of Financial Attitude, Financial Self-Efficacy, and Love of Money on the financial management of student entrepreneurs in Semarang City. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, involving 182 student entrepreneurs selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that Financial Attitude, Financial Self-Efficacy, and Love of Money have a positive and significant effect on students’ financial management. The R-square value of 0.670 demonstrates the model’s ability to explain variations in financial management. In conclusion, psychological financial factors play an important role in improving financial management among student entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the influence of the five SERVQUAL dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer satisfaction and its subsequent effect on customer loyalty at Rainbow Gym in Semarang, Indonesia. The research is motivated by a significant 37.65% decline in gym membership and negative customer feedback concerning interpersonal service quality. Methodology: A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling to gather data from 140 respondents. Data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 4. Results: The analysis shows that all five SERVQUAL dimensions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with assurance and empathy being the most influential. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly drives loyalty. Findings: The study underscores the dominant role of interpersonal service quality especially assurance and empathy in enhancing satisfaction and fostering loyalty in a gym setting. Originality: This research uniquely explores the application of SERVQUAL in the fitness industry using a PLS-SEM approach, which is still rarely used in this context. Novelty: The study contributes new insights into how interpersonal service dimensions impact loyalty through satisfaction, specifically in the context of weight-training gyms in Indonesia. Conclusions: Rainbow Gym and similar businesses should prioritize enhancing interpersonal service quality through staff training and consistent service delivery to retain members and foster long-term loyalty.
