Abstract

This present study aims to find out the teachers’ perception and practice about the implementation of Differentiated Instruction (DI) in English-as-a-foreign-language (EFL) teaching to students with Slow Learner (SL) in inclusive school. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method conducted at Junior high school in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, by selecting two English teachers as participants. The data were collected through observation, interview and document. The findings revealed that the teachers do not fully comprehend the concept of DI, especially in the analysis of student learning profiles, even though socialization regarding differentiated learning has already been given by the government. The challenges that teachers encountered were the insufficient training on how to identify and accommodate the needs of slow learner students, who constitute a large proportion of their classes. In concussion, the English teachers have already had the basic concept of differentiated learning, but have not been able to implement it effectively in practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak citra destinasi,electronic word of mouth dan keputusan berkunjung terhadap minat berkunjung kembali di desa wisata kabupaten sampang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah sampling101 Responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1. Citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. 2. Citra detinasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. 3. Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. 4. Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. 5. Keputusan berkunjung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali.

Abstract

Cooperatives in Indonesia, as a popular financial institution since the era of President Suharto, are defined by Law No. 25/1992 and Moh. Hatta. Cooperatives are business entities based on the principles of people's economy and the principle of kinship, as well as joint efforts to improve economic life through mutual assistance.Management, as a process of organizing the activities of individuals or groups, is crucial for achieving the goals of cooperatives. The definition of management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Experts such as G. Terry and Griffin define management as a dynamic and continuous process that incorporates these elements. Cooperative management, as formulated by Peter Davis, is a professional activity involving the management of the cooperative's values and assets by competent individuals, with the aim of empowering all its members. Cooperative management not only uses general management methods but also emphasizes member participation and involvement in decision-making, differing from the management of other organizations. Further discussion includes the functions and implementation of cooperative management, which consist of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Each function is explained in detail, including the division of tasks within the cooperative organization, such as member meetings, management, and supervision. The cooperative management process involves identification and evaluation, formulation of strategic and tactical plans, as well as preventive and corrective supervision to ensure the cooperative's objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the implementation of modification curriculum adapted in schools in Yogyakarta. The curriculum plays a crucial role in education and serves as a fundamental guide for effective instructional practices. Ensuring the proper implementation of the curriculum in inclusive education is crucial to ensure that children with special needs receive an educational curriculum that aligns with their abilities. This study aims to systematically review articles discussing the implementation of curriculum for students with special needs in inclusive schools within the Province of D.I Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The researchers employed a systematic literature review (SLR) method by analyzing 13 relevant articles. The writing process followed the guidelines outlined by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The findings indicated that not all-inclusive schools in Yogyakarta have implemented curriculum modifications for students with special needs. However, several research mentioned that certain schools have undertaken curriculum modification processes. The discussion section highlighted various obstacles hindering the implementation of curriculum modifications in schools providing inclusive education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting palm oil exports in Indonesia, focusing on the variables of domestic palm oil production, domestic consumption, international prices, and currency exchange rates. Using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Indonesian Palm Oil Company Association (GPKI) in the 2014-2023 period, this study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that domestic palm oil production, international prices, and currency exchange rates have a significant influence on Indonesia's palm oil export volume. However, domestic consumption did not have a significant effect on exports. This research contributes to the development of international trade theory and provides recommendations for government policies in increasing the competitiveness of Indonesian palm oil exports.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelaah secara komprehensif proses penghayatan atau penerapan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme yang diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam (SMPI) Fathul Ilmi, Pamekasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif (studi kasus), di mana teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara, pengamatan partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen yang relevan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah tersebut telah mengimplementasikan berbagai strategi dalam rangka menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Strategi-strategi tersebut mencakup pemberian ruang bagi siswa untuk terlibat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, penyelenggaraan kegiatan yang berorientasi pada penguatan kepedulian sosial, serta pembentukan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inklusif guna mendukung keberagaman dan toleransi dalam interaksi akademik maupun sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the rahn contract at the Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang Bank. This research approach is an object of field research using a qualitative approach, namely a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of research regarding the Implementation of the Rahn Agreement at Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang as follows: first, the pawn financing procedure: has fulfilled the administrative requirements and complies with the harmony and conditions of the rahn, such as; Prospective customers submit requests for pawn financing facilities, valid identification (KTP), and collateral to the pawn party. The pawn party assesses the collateral that has been submitted by the prospective customer and the loan nominal is based on the estimate. Second, delivery of pawned goods as collateral for debt; Loans by pawning goods as collateral for debts in the form of rahn are permitted by law, and practices that follow sharia principles as stated in Article 1 of the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number: 26/DSN-MUI/III/2002. Third; Determination of maintenance rental fees; Maintenance and storage fees are ujrah that customers must pay every ten days, based on the amount depending on the value of the customer's loan. Yet the maintenance and storage costs for marhun do not follow the provisions of paragraph 4 of the DSN-MUI fatwa Number 25/DSNMUI/III/2002.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus mengkaji dampak implementasi Educaplay terhadap peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa, dengan fokus pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas V SDN Lawangan Daya II.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain pre-eksperimental, dengan menerapkan one group pretest-posttest design untuk mengukur perubahan kemampuan siswa. Sampel penelitian melibatkan 32 peserta didik kelas V, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes objektif (pilihan ganda) dan subjektif (esai). Tahapan penelitian terbagi menjadi dua fase utama: pemberian tes awal (pretest) sebelum penggunaan Educaplay dan tes akhir (posttest) setelah siswa menggunakan media interaktif tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, sebuah metode statistik non-parametrik yang cocok untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan dua sampel berpasangan.Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan hasil yang signifikan, dengan nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, jauh di bawah batas signifikansi 0,05. Hasil ini secara tegas membuktikan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang nyata antara nilai pretest dan posttest, menegaskan efektivitas Educaplay dalam mendorong pencapaian akademik siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini tidak hanya memperkuat pentingnya adopsi teknologi interaktif dalam pendidikan, tetapi juga menyoroti potensi besar gamifikasi sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada hasil.
