Abstract

This study was aimed to identify internal and external factors in BFFFG, develope alternative strategies to conduct SWOT analysis. The study was done in Kedisan Village, KintamaniDistrict, Bangli Regency, Bali. Data were collected for 4 months from 12 June to 2 October 2006 through direct interview by using open questionnaires and discussion. IFE, EFE, andSWOT analysis. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, strategies were developed. These included introducing ”Bali Fresh” products to areas outside Bali island, maintaining thecompany’s marketing strategies, and utilizing abandoned vegetables to open new opportunity for the company. Several recommendations given were : the establishment of kindergarten for children of partner farmers, adding more young labors, transparency on harvested product price. For PT DIF Nusantara, it was recommended that new consumers be sought in order to reduce wasted vegetables.Keywords: Strategy, Working time allocation, SWOT

Abstract

The use of non-prescription drugs in self-medication efforts has been widely used by the public for minor illnesses. Drugs that are often used for self-medication generally fall into the category of non-prescription drugs. People's behavior in self-medication is influenced by the ease of accessing various information about drugs and is also one of the respondents' considerations in selecting drugs. Pharmacists have an obligation to provide correct information regarding the use of non-prescription medicines. This study aims to determine the opinions of pharmacy respondents regarding non-prescription drug counseling and provide an overview of the implementation of self-medication in the Bantul area. A descriptive research design with a direct survey research method with a sample of pharmacies and patients was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study show that the three classes of medicines most frequently purchased in the implementation of self-medication are vitamins and supplements (31%), cough and cold medicines (31%), and antipyretic analgesics (25%). Most respondents knew the rules for using drugs (100%), and pharmacists were a factor in selecting drugs (50%). As many as 96% of respondents admitted to reading drug labels when first purchasing. Respondents' opinions regarding counseling showed that there was a large need for non-prescription drug counseling (89%), as many as 61% had received non-prescription drug counseling with a counseling duration of 1–5 minutes.

Abstract

This research was done to analyze the effect of variable (X1) quality of service to the variable (Y) that is customer retention, the influence of variables (X2) is the quality of products to variable (Y) that is customer retention, , the influence of variables (X3) is the customer satisfaction to variable (Y) that is customer retention and the effect of variable (X1) which is variable quality Comfort , variable (X2) is the quality of the product and variabel (X3) is the customer satisfaction simultaneously to variable (Y) customer retention. This research was conducted using a survey method. The population in this study is that consumers Roti Bakar 88  Pasar Lama Tangerang. Sampling with 100 respondents conducted by random sampling technique. While the analysis is done with the data, the classic assumption test hypothesis testing, validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R ²). Based on data analysis performed in this study, it can be concluded that the variable (X1) quality of service and significant positive effect on the variable (Y) is 38% of customer retention. Variable (X2) is the product quality and significant positive effect on the variable (Y) is 11% of customer retention, Variable (X3) is the customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on the variable (Y) is 18% of customer retention. F-count value is greater than the value of 798,01 F-table is 0,39. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The rest was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam terkait pengelolaan dana sekolah dalam pemberdayaan sarana prasarana untuk menunjang proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai optimalisasi pengelolaan dana sekolah dalam pemberdayaan sarana prasarana di SDN Banyuajuh 3. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana di Sdn Banyuajuh 3 sudah baik, namun terdapat beberapa sarana dan prasarana yang sudah rusak, sehingga dapat menghambat kelancaran proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Perencanaan dalam pemberdayaan sarana prasarana dilakukan secara terorganisir melalui rapat antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf-staf sekolah. Pihak sekolah melakukan analisis kebutuhan serta menyusun anggaran yang diperlukan, hal ini bertujuan untuk memastikan penggunaan dana secara efisien. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kendala, khususnya terkait jumlah ruang kelas yang belum memadai, sehingga mengharuskan sistem belajar bergilir. Selain itu, beberapa fasilitas, seperti buku di perpustakaan atau peralatan olahraga, memerlukan penambahan dan perbaikan untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Hal ini terjadi karena anggaran dana yang terbatas untuk memenuhi keperluan sarana dan prasarana sekolah.

Abstract

Students often feel reluctant to work on worksheets given by teachers because of their unattractive appearance, monotony, and only consisting of material or a collection of questions that do not guide students to find the concept of the material. This makes learning boring and meaningless. Therefore, a development research was conducted on student worksheets using a blended learning model of the flipped classroom type on the material of the system of two linear equations in grade VIII. The purpose of this research is to determine the process and results of developing student worksheets using a blended learning model of the flipped classroom type on the material of the system of two linear equations in grade VIII. The design of the student worksheet in this research is based on the 4-D development model which consists of 4 stages, namely the defining stage (define), design (design), development (develop), and dissemination (disseminate). The development results show that the student worksheets are valid with an average total validity of 3.96; practical with a percentage of learning implementation of 97.06% stated as good; and effective with a percentage of student activity of 90.38% stated as very active, student response questionnaire of 96.08% stated as positive, and a percentage of student mastery of 86.96% stated as classically complete. ABSTRAKSiswa kerap kali enggan mengerjakan lembar kerja siswa yang diberikan oleh guru karena tampilannya yang tidak menarik, monoton, dan hanya terdiri atas materi atau kumpulan soal yang tidak menuntun siswa untuk menemukan konsep materi. Hal tersebut membuat pembelajaran menjadi membosankan dan kurang bermakna. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian pengembangan lembar kerja siswa menggunakan model blended learning tipe flipped classroom pada materi sistem persamaan linier dua variabel kelas VIII. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil pengembangan lembar kerja siswa dengan model blended learning tipe flipped classroom pada materi sistem persamaan linier dua variabel kelas VIII. Rancangan lembar kerja siswa pada penelitian ini berdasarkan model pengembangan 4-D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan lembar kerja siswa valid dengan rata-rata total validitas 3,96; praktis dengan presentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 97,06% dinyatakan baik; dan efektif dengan presentase keaktivan siswa 90,38% dinyatakan sangat aktif, angket respon siswa 96,08% dinyatakan positif, dan presentase ketuntasan siswa 86,96% dinyatakan tuntas secara klasikal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus mengkaji dampak implementasi Educaplay terhadap peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa, dengan fokus pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas V SDN Lawangan Daya II.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain pre-eksperimental, dengan menerapkan one group pretest-posttest design untuk mengukur perubahan kemampuan siswa. Sampel penelitian melibatkan 32 peserta didik kelas V, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes objektif (pilihan ganda) dan subjektif (esai). Tahapan penelitian terbagi menjadi dua fase utama: pemberian tes awal (pretest) sebelum penggunaan Educaplay dan tes akhir (posttest) setelah siswa menggunakan media interaktif tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, sebuah metode statistik non-parametrik yang cocok untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan dua sampel berpasangan.Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan hasil yang signifikan, dengan nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, jauh di bawah batas signifikansi 0,05. Hasil ini secara tegas membuktikan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang nyata antara nilai pretest dan posttest, menegaskan efektivitas Educaplay dalam mendorong pencapaian akademik siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini tidak hanya memperkuat pentingnya adopsi teknologi interaktif dalam pendidikan, tetapi juga menyoroti potensi besar gamifikasi sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada hasil.
