Abstract

In efforts to create strong entrepreneurs, the world of education, in this case vocational schools, is one of the institutions that has a very important role. Empirical facts show that the majority of vocational school graduates do not meet the needs or demands of stakeholders. Graduates tend to be "job seekers" and not many are able to work "independently". To overcome this problem, the policy made by the Indonesian government is to improve the quality of human resources through education, instill an entrepreneurial spirit at every level and level of education, and try to expand employment opportunities. one of the strategies created is to implement a teaching factory or industrial teaching program in vocational schools. This research applies library research, namely the method used by collecting data. Teaching factory is a development of a production unit and dual education system that has been implemented in vocational schools. The teaching factory concept is a form of development from a vocational school to a production school model. Teaching factories have several objectives, namely increasing the competency of vocational school graduates, increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of vocational school graduates and producing products in the form of goods or services that have added value. Teaching factories as a means of learning are quite effective in increasing students' competence and entrepreneurial spirit, so that teaching factories can If it runs well and is able to achieve the expected goals, it requires cooperation and assistance from various parties involved in it

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze teacher’s perceprions through Kampus Mengajar. This research was conducted at SDN 9 Batu, Pitu Riase where the principal, operator and teachers were the respondents. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The data collection methods used in this research are interview and documentation methods. This research used qualitative research method. The results of the research show that the teachers' perceptions of Kampus Mengajar not only provides classroom teaching experience for students, but also help teachers educate and guide students to give better knowledge especially in remote villages and benefits from Kampus Mengajar is very big because there are changes  and student progress in learning. Then there is a high motivation that students have to continue learning, increase their knowledge after Kampus Mengajar activities are finished.

Abstract

This study used descriptive qualitative method as the research methodology. Data collection procedures used questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were English students at UPT SMP 1 PANGSID school with a sample of 29 students of class VIII2. The existing data will be analyzed by describing the percentage results of the diagram and then given a conclusion as the final result.  The findings of this study indicate that differentiated learning strategies can improve student learning outcomes. With the differentiated learning strategy, respondents can choose a learning style that is suitable for the learning interests of each student. Differentiated learning strategy also has a positive role in increasing students learning motivation.

Abstract

In this era, technology has been very advanced and developed to facilitate the process of education and learning, various kinds of technological media that we can find in this sophisticated era, one of which is very popular media and all humans can access it, namely network media. Network media has many features, one of which is application-based network media, with the use of interesting learning applications so as to provide attraction for educators, students. The method used by researchers in this study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation and using tests to strengthen the research conducted.
