Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of learning evaluations for Islamic religious education through daily tests at UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Parepare and to find out students' learning motivation after implementing learning evaluations for Islamic religious education through daily tests at UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Parepare. The type of research used was field research conducted at UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Parepare, using a qualitative research approach, there were two data sources used, namely primary data sources including students and Islamic religious education teaching staff and secondary data sources including documentation results and various literature in the form of books, journals, articles related to research, the research instruments used are the researchers themselves, observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation guidelines, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and data collection and drawing conclusions. Abstract

This research aims to determine the morals of students and determine the influence of the Hybrid Learning method in Islamic religious education subjects on improving the morals of students at UPTD SMPN 4 Parepare. The research uses a qualitative approach, there are two data sources used, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources, the key research instrument is the researcher himself, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, the data analysis technique used is data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: Students' morals have decreased since post-pandemic learning. Implementation of the Hybrid Learning method in Islamic Religious Education Subjects to improve students' morals, namely the Hybrid Learning method can support the improvement of students' morals but on the other hand it can also hinder the improvement of students' morals if it is not implemented properly.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini berdampak pada banyak bidang, termasuk ekonomi, kesehatan, masyarakat, dan keamanan, termasuk pendidikan. Dampaknya pada bidang pendidikan adalah penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan media online. Hal ini membutuhkan pemikiran kreatif dan inovatif dari pihak guru ketika memutuskan sistem pembelajaran mana yang akan diterapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi pembelajaran pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di PAUD Islam Terpadu Parepare. Metode survei yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang menggambarkan lokasi survei di PAUD Islam Terpadu Parepare. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pelaksanaan inovasi pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19, serta menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber untuk validasi keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa inovasi pembelajaran di PAUD Islam Terpadu Parepare bertujuan untuk menopang kualitas pembelajaran dan perkembangan siswa. Inovasi yang diterapkan adalah: 1) Inovasi Perencanaan Pembelajaran, 2) Pembelajaran daring via Whatsapp Grup, 3) Pembelajaran daring via Google Classroom atau google kelas, 4) Home visit, 5) Pembelajaran luring dengan system rolling, 6) Evaluasi Perkembangan anak via google form.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah Parepare dengan permasalahan yaitu bagaimana semangat belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, bagaimana peran pendidik dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dan untuk bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menumbuhkan semangat belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu peserta didik, kepala sekolah, guru pendidikan agama Islam dan sumber data sekunder yaitu buku, dokumentasi dan artikel, teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa semangat belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam sesuai data di lapangan berbeda-beda ada yang memiliki semangat belajar tinggi, sedang hingga rendah. Sejalan dengan hasil wawancara bahwa semangat belajar peserta didik berbeda-beda, akan tetapi mayoritas peserta didik memiliki semangat belajar tinggi. Peran pendidik terhadap peningkatan semangat belajar peserta didik memiliki peranan penting, antara lain, sebagai demonstrator, pengelola kelas, mediator, fasilitator dan motivator. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menumbuhkan semangat belajar peserta didik pertama, faktor pendukung seperti metode pembelajaran motivasi, dukungan dan kebutuhan peserta didik dalam belajar. Kedua, faktor penghambat seperti penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat, kurang disiplin, materi kurang diminati peserta didik.

Abstract

Educational quality is a critical indicator in determining the success of national education implementation. Achieving quality requires a consistent and continuously improving system. Quality assurance plays a strategic role in ensuring that all educational components operate according to established standards. One widely adopted approach is Total Quality Management (TQM), which emphasizes the collective participation of all organizational members to achieve optimal quality. This literature study aims to analyze the strategic role of educational quality assurance through the TQM approach in the context of improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The study employed a literature review method using scientific articles, reference books, and research reports published in the last ten years. The results indicate that applying TQM principles—such as customer focus (students), strong leadership, involvement of all stakeholders, process-based approaches, and continuous improvement—is highly relevant in the educational system. A structured quality assurance strategy can enhance school management effectiveness, teacher performance, and student satisfaction. This study recommends integrating the quality assurance system into national education policies and strengthening the culture of quality within educational institutions

Abstract

Quality control has become an important aspect of modern management, with the aim of ensuring that products or services meet the established standards. This article examines various literatures related to the integration, implementation, and evaluation of quality control in the context of modern management. This literature review aims to explore current approaches in managing quality within organizations, as well as the role of quality control in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In the context of modern management, quality control is not only focused on technical aspects but also involves the participation of all organizational elements, from top managers to field employees. The study also discusses various models and tools of quality control, such as Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma, and how these two approaches are applied in various industrial sectors. The findings suggest that the integration of effective quality control requires commitment from all levels of the organization, along with clear evaluation mechanisms to ensure the successful implementation of quality control. This research provides insights into the importance of quality control in creating sustainable competitive advantages in the era of modern management

Abstract

The implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) is an approach that provides more autonomy to schools in managing resources and making policies tailored to the needs and potentials of the school. The main goal of SBM is to enhance educational quality through the active participation of all stakeholders, including school principals, teachers, students, parents, and the community. This study aims to analyze the optimization of school performance through the implementation of SBM based on existing literature. The findings show that SBM can improve learning effectiveness, teaching quality, and the relationship between schools and the community. However, challenges such as the lack of training for educators, limited resources, and resistance to change remain major obstacles in the implementation of SBM. This study also emphasizes the crucial role of school leadership in managing this process to achieve SBM’s objectives optimally

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile represents a concrete manifestation of the national education goals, serving as a fundamental reference in shaping educational policies—including the crucial area of religious literacy. In reality, Indonesia continues to face issues such as bullying, child sexual abuse, and other incidents that highlight the urgent need for character reinforcement. This study aims to (i) identify the influence of religious literacy on the reinforcement of the Pancasila Student Profile (P5), (ii) map the dimensions and aspects integrated within religious literacy, and (iii) explore the integration patterns of religious literacy in strengthening P5. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining both quantitative and qualitative procedures. The findings reveal three key points: First. At the same time, several indicators of religious literacy were statistically insignificant when analyzed individually; the variable significantly influences the reinforcement of P5. Second, the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile were further broken down into practical indicators for integration purposes. Third, the integration strategies were implemented through co-curricular, intra-curricular, and extracurricular activities using a multiliteracy approach. This study contributes to the reinforcement of the Pancasila Student Profile, aiming to cultivate students who are faithful, pious, and morally upright while also demonstrating global diversity, collaboration, independence, creativity, and critical thinking.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile represents a concrete manifestation of the national education goals and serves as a fundamental reference in formulating educational policies, including religious literacy. This study aims to identify the noble values of local wisdom in South Sulawesi that contribute to the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile (P5), and explore the patterns of integrating local wisdom values into the implementation of P5. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with the researcher acting as the primary research instrument. The research findings confirm that local wisdom values have been incorporated into the learning process to strengthen the P5 program in schools. Each dimension of P5 includes elements of local wisdom: D1 incorporates the values of mallise ale and mabbokong; D2 integrates sipakatau, sipakainge, and sipakalebbi; D3 reflects asunpololo; D4 includes agettengeng; D5 emphasizes amaccang; and D6 upholds the value of reso. These values are embedded through intracurricular, cocurricular, and extracurricular activities. The intracurricular approach can also be implemented through project-based or problem-based learning models, encouraging students to think critically about local issues as a means of reinforcing national integration.
