Abstract

This study aimed to examine and comprehend the cognitive development of young children, particularly those between the ages of five and six, at Tk Cerdas Ceria. Direct observation of the children's activities and learning process at Tk Cerdas Ceria was used in this study. Teachers' interviews and field reports were used to gather data. The findings demonstrated that children between the ages of 5 and 6 had substantial cognitive development, as seen by improved language use, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities. Youngsters started to solve basic problems, comprehend cause-and-effect relationships, and classify items. An engaging learning environment, a range of varied learning activities, and the active involvement of parents and instructors all have an impact on this.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between drawing activities and the fine motor development of young children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Anak Ceria, Parbaju Julu Village, Tarutung District. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. Population is all children u sia d this 5-6 years class B at Ceria Children's Early Childhood Education Center in Parbaju Village Julu District of Tarutung, totaling 18 people. Data was collected using an observation sheet of 20 items. Based on the results of the study, namely the calculation results of a positive relationship test, the value of rxy= 0.483 was obtained > rtable( =0.05,n=18)= 0.468 Thus it is known that there is a positive variable X between variable Y. 2) A significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 2.204 > ttablel(=0,05,dk=n-2=16)= 2.120, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha says there is a relationship between activities drawing with fine motor development for early childhood 5-6 years in Ceria Children’s PAUD, Parbaju Julu Village, Tarutung District and H0¬ was rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of the Recitation method on students' active learning in teaching Christian Religious Education and Character in class The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population of all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items, namely 15 items for variable SMA Negeri 1 Ronggurnihuta Samosir Regency Academic Year 2023/2024: 1) Data processing results: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.476 > rtable(=0.05,n=52) = 0.297. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 3.827 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=50)= 2.000. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="27","68"+0.39X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 22.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=19, dk denominator=n-2=52-2=50) namely 14.62 > 1.39. Thus Ha, that is, there is a positive and significant influence of the use of the Recitation method on students' learning activeness in learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class Therefore, it can be seen that Christian Religious Education teachers must use the Recitation method because it has an influence on students' active learning in learning Christian Religious Education and Character.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the serial story method on increasing the vocabulary of early childhood at the ABCD Sipoholon Mandiri Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population was all children at the Mandiri ABCD Sipoholon Kindergarten, totaling 108 people and a sample of 20 children was determined. Data was collected using an observation sheet of 30 items. The result of data analysis show that there is an influence of the serial story method on increasing the vocabulary of early childhood at the ABCD Sipoholon Mandiri Kindergarten : 1) Test analysis requirements: a) Positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.658 > rtable( a=0.05,n=20) = 0.444, thus it is know that there is a positive relationship between variabel X and variabel Y. b) a significant relationship test was obtained thitung=3,711>ttabel(α=0,05,dk=n-2=18)= 2,101 thus there is a significant relationship between variabel X and variabel Y. c) regression coefficient of determination test (r2)=43,3%. 2) influence test: regression equation test, the regression equation is obtained . Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
